First ever writing a bad review, store people are nice, though the delivery driver wow, was so inpatient if I did not have a male at my house today my new $1000.00 fridge would’ve stayed out the front of my house until a family member could put it in my house. The delivery driver was so rude not listening to what I was saying, left the new fridge out the front realising it was to big to fit through the door. Wouldn’t wait until the front door was removed a 5 minute job it took me so the fridge could fit in. Scratched the side of the new fridge due to rushing and complaining he has no time for this, has to many deliveries to do. I would’ve picked it up myself if I knew this unprofessional behavior would occurred, left the new fridge blocking the front door, than tries to take the bigger old fridge to have them both blocking through the front door as trying to explain to him before trying to bring the new fridge in, to take the old one out first ‍♀️ Not happy the fridge is brand new with a scratch on it. You work hard and have that hard working money material essentials you need to live to feed your family get damaged right in-front of your eyes won’t be going back there ☹️

I am not one to ever leave bad reviews but let's just say unfortunately this store deserved it. They told me they would deliver the order for me right away. It was going to take about a week. Called them multiple times to follow up, promised they would follow up and never actually called back. I had to do all the following up. Then they tell me they can no longer get the product adter 5 qeeks of waiting. I have to upgrade for a later model, which I agreed to (they confirmed it was available and I will recieve it in about a week. 2 works after and nothing, when you call them all they say is sorry let me follow it up. Sorry is not good enough when you have been waiting for 7 weeks. False promises. Avoid if you can.

Worst experience. I would really not recommend Betta Home living to anyone and ignore it. Had to wait more than a week for 1 appliance and store has no idea and no stock after a week of wait. They changed the store after 10days the store provided with delivery time and date. Took off and stayed home whole day but the provided time frame had passed 2 hours and they told me to wait another 2 hours as the driver is delivering another item. Well seriously??? Waste of time and money. The customer service is on another level I would give 0 if I could. I had to call customer service back to cancel my order as it was really frustrating. And wait for refund I paid.

This is far and away the worst retail experience I have ever experienced. If I could give less than one star I would. I suggest avoiding this store at all costs and definitely avoid dealing with Tony who at no point offered any customer service, quite the opposite. After purchasing a faulty scandium oven that had issues from the outset, our upgraded 5 year warranty was not honoured and after months of emails and phone calls to the ACCC we were still left with no oven in our brand new home. We've since had to purchase a new oven from a reputable dealer. Again avoid this store at all costs.

Worst experience I have ever had, Tony the sales guy is argumentative, rude and arrogant, and is incompetent of doing his work. When asked if I need their assistant in my warranty. He said yes the store does hold some obligations, but it’s too much of a work for him to go back in Fort when I can just do the work myself. Easy to take money but hard to help customers once the transactions made. I would prefer to pay a little bit extra and go with trusted companies like Harvey, bing Lee or good guys. Not worth the money. Absolute rubbish Customer Service .

Good customer service, show customers the latest of what they need to buy and compare prices with the market to make the customer satisfy. They always show the best price for your budget and give the best discount they can. Warranty is on all products. I was very happy in their service. Good luck to the stuff working there and to the customers who buy from them.

I waited around for 1hour with toddler twins running around store. To process my transaction after having had to speak to manager 3 times about a gas heater. In the end got refund after almost 2 weeks as they seemed to have put in wrong bsb number while processing return. Stick with good guys or bing lee. Beware!!!

Bought an air conditioner with installation .No phone call from installer .I call the shop they call the installer apparently some emergency can't do the installation for another week.Fair enough but where's the phone call so I'm not waiting all day for someone who's not turning up not much to expect.

Just a follow up to the review posted 6 weeks ago. After posting the review had 5 missed calls. Very concerned with taking the review down. Promised replacement parts and very apologetic. 6 weeks later nothing. AVOID at all costs. Glad I didn't delete the review when I was asked.

Bought a fridge there. Gets delivered and it was the display fridge. Scratch on the side, compartment cracked and water already in the water dispenser. Call up. They say send us an email. Send an email. Been a week with no response.

They wouldnt return my faulty gas heater, they told me to call the manufacturer and return to manufacturer what a joke even when i told them i bought it from them and showed them my receipt.
