Betts shoes- I bought a pair of fabric high heels shoe from Betts recently and worn them once for couple of hours in an indoor event. The next day I noticed the fabric behind one of the ankle strap is threaded. I returned the shoes back to the store and told the sale team the story as I didn't expect that part of the shoe to get damaged just after one use. They asked me to leave the shoe at the store to discuss the matter with the store manager and they will get back to me. After almost 4 days that no one didn't get back to me, I called the store and they advised me that the strap behind the ankle is actually rubbed to something and for that reason they can't change the shoes for me, which I don't understand how that happened?! I didn't asked for any refund and I was just want them to change the shoes with new pair for me. Anyway, not a great experience and not worth the money and time I spent travelling multiple times to the store.

Today we came to shop like 3pm but staff were busy attending others so we decided to come back then like around 4.35pm we returned & my wife wanted to get two pairs but very annoying despite the sales consultant being free & my wife asking her to get size, but she was very ignorant felt like she was more keen in arranging & preparing to close shop then helping customers is this how you treat customers? we were literally standing there watching her busy arranging shoes all that the other consultant was busy serving other customer. Wasn't expecting this level of service.

They have really nice styles but they need to add half sizes to their selections. I typically wear a 7 1/2 size shoe and their size 7s are too small and 8's are too big depending on the style. I think one shoe actually fit me as an 8 so I purchased it but they definitely should add half sizes. It would up their sales for sure!

We went to Castle Towers to quickly buy shoes for a last minute occasion. We were so glad to find Betts and find nice shoes. Ashley gave us great service. She had helped me find the right shoes that were comfortable and good for the occasion. I’m really happy with my purchase.

Even though the store was busy, the two ladies on duty were extremely polite and acknowledged all walk-in customers. I walked into three other stores feeling ignored by sales staff before I purchased from here. Keep up the great customer service.

Food is really good, the milkshakes are really nice however they are not set up well to handle peak hour. They seem to struggling when the restaurant is not even half full. Best to visit at off peak times :)

Super helpful and friendly staff! Went to another Betts’ branch and staff was rude and couldn’t solve the problem but they were great at towers! Would definitely come back.

Customers are an inconvenience for these uninterested sales staff. Asked to try on a different size and they gave me a nice big eye roll.
