Very happy with their service. Moses is not just very professional but also a nice gentleman. He answered all my questions and explained clearly. He also sent me videos when he saw I had some doubts. I like their transparency. I always think doing business is about win win. The business owner needs to make money, but customers also get what they pay for. Moses didn't try to convince me to change a lot of stuff, to make more money. He told me what needs to be done, what is still in good condition and can wait, which is different from the other place I went to. I paid similar price as last year but got more done. They are very efficient too. I got my car back in a few hours. They also did cleaning for my car. Trust has been built. Highly recommend this place.

I brought my car yesterday for tyre change and car servicing. Ali and the team were very efficient and professional with what they do. Very transparent as Ali showed me the parts of the car that were often overlooked and neglected by the other mechanics. Ali also sent me video updates of the whole process which gave me more peace of mind and reassurance knowing that my car is in good hands. None of the other mechanics would go their way to make that effort so I really appreciate that. When I got my car, it felt like brand new I have no words. Took my car there for the first time. It needed a service and brakes done. Ali and the boys turned the car around within 8 hours. He provided constant video updates on the progress of the car. Provided me a quote and made sure I as happy with it before any work was carried out. Washed and cleaned the car inside out. Highly recommend Bexley tyres and auto!!! I did my car servicing recently for the first time. Ali was so good and the pricing is really reasonable around the area. He fid a great job in my Honda Accord 2009 model car, the quotation and professionalism was outstanding. Highly recommended to everyone who lives around this shop. Need to change my car's tyres, called several mechanics to check the price of the tyre brand I wanted and found that Bexley Tyres have the cheapest one. I asked for wheel alignment in the quote, but after Ali checked the car, he said alignment was not needed and he didn't charge fee for it. All processes were completed in 1 hour. Highly recommended!

Got a puncture in my tyre last night (Sunday), nothing is opened until this morning. There were cars already lined up in front of the Bexley Tyres ready to service, rocked up at 7:55am and they happily serviced my tyre first and did such an amazing job. Great deals on this business! Reasonable prices for brake replacements, and the guy definitely knows his stuff. Past reviews indicate past management which has now changed. Anyone who's had past bad experiences might want to reconsider and try again, because they've definitely improved their customer service and reliability.
