To start off the customer service and vibe of this place is impeccable! Felt welcomed right as you walk in the door and could see that they all did this to every customer that came in. This was my first time to this salon I had my cut done from shoulder length to a pixie by Pete and he did fantastic job exactly what I wanted. Then got my color done by Rad, and after talking to me I mentioned hair health was important so she tried tinting first instead of going straight to bleach which I really appreciated and when the color didn't get quite there she went the extra mile to correct, meaning I left feeling great Will be back when I need an touch up.

I'm never going anywhere else! Pete gave me the most flattering fringed bob. I've had long hair my whole life - after showing him a picture of what I had in mind he translated it perfectly to my face shape, explaining everything he wanted to do as we went. It's the most beautiful haircut I've ever had. Pete's experience, patience and skill not to mention the ultra friendly atmosphere in the salon is unparalleled. The price was extremely reasonable for the time he spent and I'd recommend the salon to everyone I know. Thanks so much Pete, you rock :)x

The whole team at Biba provide such a warm atmosphere from the second you walk into the shop; and it’s so refreshing to have a salon feel clean, yet homely and comfortable! They clearly know their craft well, and it’s so nice to see such a passionate team behind a beautiful business. An exceptional job done by the one and only Holly. I had a fantastic experience getting my hair bleached and cut by her. With attention to detail and careful consideration for the texture of my hair, it's any wonder why my latest cut has been the subject of so many compliments, upon my return to work this week. She ought to be proud of herself; I know I'm in good hands for my next touch-up in a couple of months!

Great friendly atmosphere. Pete is lovely and a great cutter, maddison and Ash do colours, so patient and talented. Always so friendly and welcoming each time I've visited. They also have another cutter Charlie who is lovely! Great team. We're lucky to have a local in Belgrave at a worldwide level of expertise.

This place opened up a couple of months ago and I'm glad I checked it out. Pete loves cutting hair and he treats it like a craft, paying close attention to detail while setting very high standards for what he produces. It's worth paying a few extra dollars for the quality you get.

If like me your hair has always sucked, go to Biba! These guys have transformed my unmanageable nest into something presentable and actually pretty darn nice. Rad is my hairdresser (such a nice human) but all of the staff are fabulous
