The location of this hotel is amazing. You can see the Bibi-Khanym Mosque right out the front door. The hotel itself was basic, but very good. The Wifi is very poor in the rooms, but very acceptable in the lobby. The rooms were clean. The bathroom of the room I stayed in was very small, but we had no issues with hot water or anything. The breakfast was fantastic. Typical hotel breakfast but they had a great variety of choices. Plus the view from the restaurant was amazing. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Registan so it was great without a car. The service was great. The main owners spoke decent English, but other staff did not really. It wasn't a big deal. We were able to communicate via Whatsapp as well. The staff was also able to arrange a ride for me to Bukhara with short notice (although quite a bit more expensive). With the exception of poor wifi, I would definitely stay here again.

Spent three nights here after a two week trek in the Fann mountains. As soon as we arrived I knew I was going to love the place, and it didn't dissapoint. The main entrance is just of a main street which is closed to traffic so it's very peaceful, there is also a back entrance which also leads to a quiet ally just behind the Bibi Khanym Mosque. It's a small hotel so it's very peaceful and homely. The view is absolutely fantastic, it can't get much better and you feel that you are truly in a historic city. The restaurant is quite spacious and modern with a small bar, the windows are massive with a stunning view of the Mosque just like a postcard. The breakfast is buffet style with a great selection of savoury and sweet foods, our evening meals were a set menu for a group of 13, so I can't comment on the range of dishes available, but what we were served was of good quality and tasty. The rooms are in a rustic style,comfortable and pleasant with a modern bathroom and very clean. I certainly would be happy to stay there again if I ever returned.

I couldn’t think of a better choice than this hotel for Samarkand! The views are incredible, it feels like staying in a sort of Riad and being able to look up closely at the dome of the mosque is priceless!! I personally liked the breakfast, their savory options and yoghurt are incredible. They do have sweet options, unlike what another reviewer said. Once again, the views are fantastic. Room is ok, a bit old but quite functional and I slept very well. Used the Wi-Fi from the lobby because none in the room. Location is convenient, you can walk to pretty much any of the major attractions in Samarkand. The only thing to improve is service - the staff works hard but is not very communicative. I reached too early so I couldn’t check in and I told them if it was ok to reach in the evening… which it was but they forgot to tell me that the entrance I used was going to be locked!! And I wasn’t aware of the other door, nor did they tell me. Eventually they picked up the phone and let me in but I had a good 15 min of panicking… and the staff seemed more annoyed than understanding of the situation.

Very nice place BUT just be careful when booking a pick up driver with them!! The staff overcharged us. They made us pay 10 times the normal taxi fare from the train station when we arrived. 15 USD instead of 1,5 USD. And it had to be cash and without receipt. While not a huge deal it felt fishy and was a slight disappointment on an overall enjoyable stay. Better get a cab on your own at the train station. Which is easy. Bel hôtel. Vue fantastique. MAIS, attention si vous réservez un chauffeur par l'hôtel ! L'hôtel nous a fait payer le transfert de la gare a l'hôtel a notre arrivée 10 fois le prix normal du trajet en taxi (15 USD au lieu de 1,5 USD) et sans reçu. Pas une catastrophe mais surprise désagréable dans le principe qui gâche l'impression généralement honnête et positive du service de l'hôtel.

Hotel is nicely placed right behind the bibi khanum site, and rooms were also nice with good showers, water pressure and wifi in the room. There is also a nice rooftop terrace with a good view of the bibi khanum. Rooms were not cleaned up over our 2 night stay however, and reception was rarely manned, which lead to a lack of oversite over the entrances to the hotel at any given time during the day or night. Breakfast was available, but not looked after much (ie. Marmelade was not replenished from the previous day breakfast) and was rather minimalistic. We were asked to pay the hotel bill in advance a few time, instead of at check out as per norm. Checkout was also being rushed, felt like trying to push us out of the room fast. As there are other hotel alternatives in samerkant, return to this one is not necessary. (2.5/5)

It was our first visit to Samarkand and we had only two days there, so Bibikhanum Hotel turned out to be a great choice because of, firstly, its location (convenient for many key sights & spectacular views of Bibikhanum Mosque from the hotel, and thanks to Mansur, our room too!), and secondly, very agreeable breakfasts in a beautiful room. We loved our spacious and beautifully decorated room that literally opened out to the Mosque but was still very sleep-friendly quiet at night. We particularly liked the soft taste of the bottled Samarkand mineral water provided by the hotel daily. All in all, it was obvious why this is such a popular hotel in Samarkand.

L’hôtel est si proche de la médersa Bibikhanum que l’on pourrait presque la toucher! Il donne sur une large rue piétonne arborée et bordée de cafés et magasins. L’environnement est pourtant assez calme. L’ensemble des monuments peut se visiter sans avoir à prendre de taxi. Son emplacement est idéal. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien décorées et confortables. La salle de bain est étonnamment grande et d’une irréprochable propreté. Le personnel est amical et arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Il y a aussi un restaurant et une terrasse. Le rapport qualité prix me semble imbattable!

Просто шикарное расположение. Всё рядом из достопримечательностей. А вид на купол Бибиханум каждый раз, когда вы выходит из номера потрясает. В самом отеле отличный ресторан с прекрасной кухней. В нём же проходят завтраки- вид из окна на весь комплекс Бибиханум не оставит равнодушным никого. Очень отзывчивый персонал- на все просьбы реагируют. Всегда помогают с вызовом такси. Единственное, что надо быть готовым- почти ничего нет ванного- только флакончик всё с одном и кусочек мыла. Но если про это знать, не будете разочарованы. У нас был номер прямо с видом на купол мечети. Всем рекомендую!!!

Гостиница в стиле хостел. В номере от двух до пяти отдельностоящих односпальные кроватей на деревянных ножках-бревнах. Потолок тоже с деревянными балками. На полу исшарканный паркет и Ооочень скрипит. Нет форточек. Чтобы проветрить комнату, необходимо открыть окно, которое размером с дверь, а окна выходят на веранду, то есть спокойно можно войти и выйти в окно. Вообщем, с открытым окном не поспишь, хотя бы потому что очень шумно, все ходят мимо, да и боязно. В номерах нет тапочек, халатов. Чайник был, но был сломан. Завтрак неплох, но на открытой веранде, поэтому всегда всё холодное. Персонал плохо знает русский язык, как с остальными языками не знаю. Из плюсов, пожалуй, только расположение.

Mi sono trovato molto bene e consiglio questo hotel. Si trova proprio dietro la moschea ed uscire la mattina dalla stanza e fare colazione con questa meraviglia davanti agli occhi è fantastico. La struttura è nuova, tenuta bene molto pulita. La camera è grande così come il bagno. Non hanno il televisore ma una buona connessione wifi. L’albergo è anche sede di un’agenzia viaggi. Fuori dall’hotel il viale Tashkent, una meravigliosa passeggiata in in meno di dieci minuti si arriva al Registan. Se arrivate in taxi bisogna farsi lasciare dietro la moschea o vicino al bazar perché davanti il viale è chiuso alle auto. Non ho dubbi a consigliarlo.

Enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location of this hotel, most of the attractions are nearby & good view of Bibikhanum Mosque from the hotel. Check in & chek out experience was good & quick, receptionist speaks good English. Room is very spacious, neat & clean. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is also spacious, provided Shampoo, shower gel, soap. Tea, bottle water & slippers are provided as well. The breakfast is included & good, varieties of hot & cold dishes are available. Restaurant sitting is very nice & we enjoyed dinner here, food & service quality is very good. All staffs are professional. I recommend this hotel.

فندق موقعه جيد بالنسبه للمزارات السياحية ( اقل من ١٠ دقائق مشي للبزار ) ولكن مدخل الفندق سئ وصلنا مساءً وحاولنا الوصول له ولكن لا يوجد اي لافته او علامة تدل علي مدخل الفندق فقط إسم المطعم الفندق يحتاج الي بعض الصيانة ( خصوصاً الحمام ) وايضا يفضل وضع بعض علاقات الملابس ، بالنسبة للفطور كان لا بأس به ، في العموم السعر الغالي مقابل مكانه وليس الخدمة ملحوظة ( لو عاوز تاكسي او بتطلب سيارة محتاج تمشي قليلاً للحصول عليه ) لان مكانه لا سيارات تستيطع الوصول عنده

Кроме нависающих над головой куполов Биби Ханума ничего интересного. Стоит отметить удачное расположение отеля в центре старого города, где все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Персонал вежливый. В номере очень жёсткие матрацы, спать на них сложно. Кровати односпальные, сдвинуть в одну большую без щели невозможно. Сантехника не понравилась. Выбор блюд на завтрак вроде и большой, а есть особо нечего. Кофе платный, так ещё и очень дорогой. Из панорамных окон ресторана открывается хороший вид на Биби Ханум, но сам он давно требует реставрации.

Fantastic location, right adjacent to Bibikhanum Mosque and a pleasant 5-10 minute stroll down the pedestrianised heart of the Old Town to the stunning Registan complex. Pine-cladded rooms are well-appointed, with air-conditioning (crucial in the summer!) and a mini fridge, as well as a spacious en-suite bathroom. The roof terrace is perfect for a sunset beer, and the restaurant served up delicious, inexpensive fare. The breakfast selection was a bit bare, but the they do serve fried eggs upon request, as well as a generous selection of watermelon.

Excellent hôtel de charme qui possède certainement la plus belle vue de Samarcande. Idéalement placé à 10 mètres de la remarquable mosquée Bibi Khanum,, à 100 m du bazar, à 10 mn à pied de la place Registan, et à 15 mn du mausolée Chah I Zinde, cet hôtel comporte une vingtaine de chambres bien tenues. La plupart du personnel, très serviable est francophone, voire anglophone. Excellents petits déjeuners souvent servis en terrasse avec vue à 189 degrés sur la mosquée et ses dômes turquoise et verts. Из плюсов - расположение в шаговой доступности от достопримечательностей и вид на Бибиханум на завтраке. Остальное - ужас. Сантехника в номере убитая, тапок-халатов-щеток и питьевой воды нет. Сейфа нет. Отказались дать даже второе одеяло, хотя при бронировании это было указано. Я бы останавливаться в этом отеле не стала, некомфортно.

Hotel nel centro storico proprio di from alla moschea di Bibi khanym. Le camere sono disposte su due piani in un cortile con balcone dove la cupola della moschea sembra essere parte dell'hotel davvero suggestivo per la posizione. Se desiderate un hotel ma non pretendete troppo dagli standard di qualità questo è il luogo ideale. La camera è abbastanza ampia così come il bagno, ma vecchiotto, doccia compresa, in inverno è freddino. Nel complesso va bene ma non è eccellente

Großartige Lage und schöne Zimmer. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit ist schlecht. Man fühlt sich nicht willkommen und eher als störend. Laundry Service dauerte extrem lange (über 48 Stunden) und auch hier erst nach mehrfachem Nachfragen. Frühstück okay, es gibt keinen frischen Kaffee. Keine freundliche Begrüßung, kein Guten Morgen. Beim Check-Out wird auch nicht angeboten, ein Taxi zu rufen. Alles in allem gerade noch okay.

we reached our hotel when the sky was getting dark.....just before the down pour....lovely hotel.....nice rooms.... but be ready to lug your suitcase to the main road....to yr taxi or bus.. the staff are very helpfull.... its situated on a pedestrian road ....oh full of shops..... all beautifull handicrafts.... we had fun ..had dinner at karimbek...with the locals we danced ...and eat.... THE BLUE DOMES REALLY FASCINATE U....

Es un lugar correcto, con todo lo necesario y lo mejor de todo la ubicación. No hay como poder tener tu lugar de descanso cerca después de caminar, son muy amables. Restaurante ahí mismo, con una vista espectacular, a la vuelta hay una café con un Pilav delicioso y un buen pan uzbeco.

良いのは立地、ロケーションのみ。 シャワーの水が動画以上な出なくなりシャンプーのみが限界。朝5時に水道の水が出ないい。 朝食は早朝から出掛けるのでランチボックスにして貰ったけど乏しいし、頼んでおいたのに用意されていなかった。 スタッフはゆるめ。午前レセプションに人がいなくて困った。 ホテルからモスクの眺めは最高だけど、出入り自由なので写真だけ撮ればいい。 （実際団体観光客の立ち寄り場所になってる） このホテルにこの値段で泊まる必要なし。 すぐ近くのSangzor Boutique Hotelの方がよっぽど最高に良かった。

This is must stay in hotel if visiting Samarakand. The hotel itself is decent, but it's the view of the Bibi Khanum that makes it very special aswell as the fact that the key attractions are all walking distance.

Отличное расположение, шикарные виды для фото, рядом рынок, поэтому пол чемодана фисташек, изюма и посуды)) завтраки вкусные. Красивая плитка в санузлах. Интернет плохой только был, возможно временно.
