Bigo packers and movers, We've done an awful lot of moves and I have to say the team at Mumbai allide Pickfords are the best that we've come across. The whole team is excellent: great communication, clear expectations, and they're obviously in command of all the details involved in a move literally to the other side of the world. It's a great Allied Pickford Mumbai combination of professionalism and kindness here. We need to give a special shout-out to Ajay and Kaniya who are the best unpackers that we've ever had! These guys are just fantastic: super kind, funny, warm and friendly, with a great eye for detail in doing their job. They were great with my family and they made sure we were totally happy with everything before they finished up. Nate should get a bonus for putting up a mobile allide Pickfords advert at an intersection right near the University too!!

Service are not as mentioned. They asked me that they will do bubble rapping but it was missing in washing machine, fridge infact in maximum household items.They said there are 72 boxes packed and what I recieved is 69 only. Now executive is saying it's approx figure, really don't understand how he can give approx figure for boxes. Few household items were not there and after enquiring they are putting blame on packing vendor taking them on concal and doing all the dramas. Even after sharing the pictures as a proff they are blaming each other for poor service. Even the material which I recieved the boxes are of Haldiram, very unprofessional and bad service. I don't know wheather they can give solution for my missing items.

Hi taken services from Bigo to shift home ..very pathetic service ...false promises by representative,they will say they are professional only professional labour are send but unfortunately the labour send for packing and shifting all of them where not at all professional one of them . U cannot blame a labour they will do as they are advised ....representative told they don’t use gonni to pack they only use cartoon ,please don’t believe they will use as many gonni as they can ...the representative said 14feet big vehicle is send for safe transfer but instead they send a small vehicle .....very disappointed by the representative he didn’t inform us that they will include GST also ....at the end we landed up paying more ....

Reliable Service Shifting is always been a difficult job since packers & movers is not an organised sector. I used so many time with different different packing & moving company but never been satisfied always I had received my goods in a damage condition. My last 2 shifting was with 2 different companies. Moving with Bigo packers & Movers - I used Bigo Packers & Movers to move my goods from Mumbai to Satara there entire service was an excellent and they delivered my household goods safely & timely. I would recommend Bigo Packers & Movers. There service was superb.. They packed my entire stuff nicely and delivered to my destination very safely. I would recommend Bigo Packers & Movers to everyone.

Do not trust the high ratings and become fool like me. Don't look at JD rating also. They just vanished and all the phone number becomes switch off at a time once you give your items and money. They took money from me and didn't gave truck details driver number anything. They tell you to do insurance and pay money but that is also fordged. My bike is broken. But the numbers are off so you don't know what to do. They deliver the materials in a place and then you have to arrange for delivery and unloading which will be charged to you. Do not trust these guys like me or you will be at great loss.

Worst experience from bigo They make you fool they give fake quotation they will talk goody goody during quotation once u give all goods and payment they don't even receive call.. no response at all... Don't trust on them... with quotation they play tricks b4 one day they will change the quotation with high rates... and they will say we r not available.... Don't fall in to their tricks.... Share with everyone.... 1 start ke layak nahi hai... 3days they make me run with tention stressed.... It's a not Bigo it's Big No company...

I discussed about shifting house with my friend when she suggested me about bigo packers, i thought to ignore but just out of curiosity i called them and had conversation regarding the shift. The response was so good and assuring that i said yes to them and it happened so quickly and was hassle free that in no time my furniture and all stuff reached our new house. They are available at all steps and are responsive to all the queries or doubts. Didnt face any problem regarding damage or any other problem.

Worst experience. The staff is so incompetent that they don't even provide proper delivery address to their drivers. They ask you to take your packages from the highway directly. Doesn't even send any guy with the driver to offload items at your place. Takes full money beforehand and then threatens you later. Extremely pathetic. Please choose someone else and don't waste your time and money with these unprofessional goons.

The highlight is that Bigo Packers managed to deliver my car from Mumbai to North East in the midst of COVID 19 and lockdown. I appreciate Mr. Vikram to provide updates from time to time without any fuss. My car was delivered as it is. The company did not charged me any extra amount.
