The lady at the store on the 27th of Dec at 9am can really improve on her customer service skills and be more helpful. I got a size of a pair of flats which was the last one left and asked for a discount she said discounts are only given for faulty products. I still purchased this at full price and only tried the right foot also forgot to check the left side before I left the store which was a mistake on my part. I go home to see scratch marks on the leather part of the left side. As part of customer service you allow the customer to try on both sides of a pair and when you finalise the order At payment you have to show and make sure the customer is happy with the purchase its not always about making a sale if you want returning customers.

Store team members were extremely rude. No sense of customer service, no manners, respect or etiquette in speaking with customers. Store still had plenty of time to close, we were met by Kaydee, who had seen us in store, did not approach once to help, instead came up and rudely interjected "we have to close yea, so..." and walked off. Work in retail myself, and could never imagine treating and speaking to a customer in such an immature and plainly rude way. Team should be trained on how to properly interact and communicate with customers. Never going back there. Would not recommend others to go there either.

I had excellent help from the girl working there, she was friendly and went out of her way to make me choose the perfect shoes. A big thank you to the worker Sarah. Will definitely shop there again
