I would say this supermarket admin and managing are discriminating and being partial. Based on my observation... Not only my eyes, my family, their offers and discounts provision are partial. The partiality can be seen, for example during the CNY, the prices of the goods are really cheap compared to the HARI RAYA and DEEPAVALI season. Their clothes are never new arrival. During CNY, their clothes stocks are marvelous and comes with good price. I wouldn't be really this business that emphasizes partiality and practice them by prioritizing certain demographics. It's a disappointment to such business practices or better to be said, they are being unethical.

There was one of the chinese men cashiers who was very strange. I wonder if you screened your hires. The cashier had been working for a long time. I thought he would complain by other and change his attitude, but his "pattern" still the same ;). He sweep the trash at people's feet? juz now i felt something on my foot and saw nothing, BUT when I turned over and saw the cashier vigorously sweeping trash off the table with a rag? I don't know if it was intentional or not (There's no way he was standing sideways and didn't know hv ppl there)? but he's the only person I've ever seen sweep the table that hard and don't care if there's anyone;).

Good & Reasonably priced. Best prices IMHO in Penang. But watch out ... done items in the supermarket might have the wrong price tag. I got cheated once. Departmental store upstairs is not bad too. Sells all kinds of stuff. Nice underground car park. Billion is not too popular with the affluent crowd but very popular with the mass middle and lower class. I love shopping here. The only downside is that this is not an ultra modern mall with the latest of every fad and fettish to pander to fickle whims and fancies.

Medium sized supermarket within Kota Permai area. Prices for most vegetables, fruits and foodstuffs are quite reasonable. Can get rather crowded with shoppers during the evenings and weekends. Sometimes there are good bargains prices. The supermarket upstairs sells many types of clothings, stationery and has a section selling all things from RM5. There are a few kopitiam nearby offering variety of food too.

Fresh fruits and vegetables daily, a wide range of groceries products with reasonable price (not really nowadays), has its own free car park. I'm still a regular customer there, since it's only 5 minutes away from my house, convenient and fits most people's needs. However they're short of workers, so you might need to have more patience when queuing.

Not the best experience because of the outdated looks. But the parking is free and ample. What best is you can buy all sorts of groceries here with reasonable and affordable price. Wet market, fruits and vegetables are fresh as well. Locals loved it as it is surrounded in the middle of the neighbourhood.

good place for quick buy. multi storey medium size shopping centre. you can get almost everything you need here. price is cheaper for some items. surprise to see haidilao steamboat pack here. plenty of parking space along roadside and indoor car park. might be peak during sales.

Neighbourhood supermarket. Definitely a help to those who lives nearby. A full fledged supermarket meeting all your needs. Some item may be costlier but hey, on the bright side, you get to save time, petrol, parking and don't have to spend on unnecessary item.

I went to buy peanuts at the stall in front of Billion. The peanuts are tasty. Abt Billion, the prices of clothing hv been hiked up astronomically before the discounts. You still pay a high price. It is even more than the pre-GST price. Do not be fooled!

Refreshing and surprisingly well stocked and updated .Despite being in a small old forsaken town in BM .. Good clothing to kitchen wares , plastic wares and cutlery sets.. Extensive groceries available too and lots of dark and dinghy parking lots .

Have been renovated extensively lately with the upper floor opened with more space n more varieties. There are two food outlets now at the bottom floor and the bottom floor has been renovated for a modern look .

They just completed refurbishing the internal of the billion . There are more stall added as well as cafe . Overall better than the old time unfortunately staff service remain the same ( poor ) …

Very crowded on weekends. Although crowded, not many counters are open. Most crowded at the fresh market area cause only counter to weigh and pack. Clothes department is all mostly chill.

Billion Kota Permai opens at 9 am during this MCO period till 31 Mar 2020 Update on the opening hours... The market place opens at 9 am... But the dept store (upstairs) opens at 10.00am!

Being shopping here since before they actually move Kota Permai during my childhood. You will find what you want easily as they have most the the wanted items with reasonable pricing.

The management should have the lifts repaired as the stairs are not user friendly for the elderlies. The lighting at the basement carpark should also be “revamped”.
