I had the worst experience ever with BINGLEE purchasing online. - I was interested to buy a laptop lately cause I needed to work from home, and I saw one on binglee website which was out of stock, so I wrote to support team which you need to wait for 2h until they response cause I think only one person works with customers online, and I asked from support team if they are going to have that specific laptop soon in stock and they said yes. I asked if they can let me know, when they will have it and their response was you got to check our website everyday, and that's what I did! Finally after a few days they got it in stock, before I made my purchase I wrote to support team just to be sure that they have it in stock and the answer was yes and as soon as I do the payment I will receive the laptop in 7-8 days. I did the purchase immediately but I didn't received any prove of payment or receipt or invoice nothing at all !! - Next day I wrote to support team again to ask them for invoice and if everything was fine with my purchase, they send me the invoice and I was told that on that day they are going to send it out the laptop, and I will receive it very fast. - On the 8th day still no laptop was received, then I decided to write to the support team again, another two hours waiting on live chat! I asked them for a tracking number and one of the girls that works there send me this tracking number which didn't found any parcel at all. And I told her that something is wrong it's not showing nothing, she said can you wait a couple minutes and left me on wait for 30 minutes, came back saying that they are out of stock. I could not believe how unprofessional this company is and they operate from 1957. I asked for a refund and I waited 10 days to get my money back. MY ADVICE DO NOT PURCHASE from these guys online unless you are on their shop and you see if they have the item there otherwise they don't have any idea what they have in stock. It's waste of time and stressful!

WORST EXPERIENCE and will NOT shop at Bing Lee again! I placed an order for a kitchen tap back on the 25 November 2021 and as of 21 February 2022 I had still not received it. I had called on several occasions to enquire what was happening and where my order was and every time was told we have ordered it from the supplier but it has not come in. When I placed my order it appeared online as 'in stock' and there was no mention of it being a pre order or an extended delivery time. I called on the 5th Feb and expressed my disappointment and was told by the male (I shall not name) that he would look into it and call me back. just over 2 weeks later on the 21st Feb I called for the 6th time and got the same male. I told him he had never called back and demanded to know where my tap was. He's customer service skills were extremely poor and offered no real assistance instead telling me 'you should have it by the end of March worst case'. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I explained that I had called 6 times now still with no answer and not once had they contacted me to apologise for the delay with my order. He replied well we can refund you if you want. I cancelled my order that day at 4:50pm and at 5:06pm placed an order online for the exact same tap with Appliances Online. At 6:56am the following morning I received and email to say my order was on board with their driver for delivery and it was delivered at 1:34pm. Ordered and delivered in under 24 hours! Now that is what I call excellent customer service! I would highly Appliances Online any day.

I purchased an item on catch of the day from Bing Lee and it had been the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had and I STILL don’t even have the item I purchased after 3 weeks. The catch of the day app said the item had been dispatched but there was no tracking number so I contacted catch of the day who then contacted Bing Lee, this was in the second week of waiting for an item I paid $299 plus $20 for post. Bing Lee responded saying they were waiting on stock from their supplier. That seemed ridiculous to me because when I purchased it said they had 5 items left, and I replied saying that didn’t make sense because of that PLUS they had indicated it had been dispatched on the app. They then said it would ship in 1-2 business days and I could track through Australia post but never apologised or provided any explanation to the issues I had just raised. I noticed then that they had the item still in stock, apparently 16 now and were selling them for less than I had paid! At that point they hadn’t shipped it and I said what’s to stop me from cancelling the order and getting a refund and buying from you again cheaper or even going to another retailer (other places selling for the same price in store). They ignored my message for a few days and then said “Item already dispatched from our warehouse“ and that if I returned it there may be a 20% restocking fee. Still haven’t got it, I will never purchase from this company or any other catch market place seller ever again.

Should be no stars....I ordered four items online from a retailer that's been in business for 62 years and is the largest electrical retailer in NSW. The Bing Lee phone recording states an honest family business....really?? Let us count the number of lies that I have been told:- 1. The stock is in our Victorian warehouse - Actually the stock was still in NSW after 3 days of ordering. 2. The goods will be despatched today or tomorrow - Still waiting for despatch after day 3. 3. Someone will definitely call you right back - Actually I had to call back the following day. 4. We will send you an email after we end this call - Still waiting after a day. I advised Bing Lee to cancel my order and hopefully will get the credit processed soon. I have never encountered such incompetence and lack of customer service. You cannot contact them on the 1300 number or email. The only way I got through to anyone was by leaving a message through head office and even that was a struggle. I cannot believe that this online business is still operating. They may be okay if you physically walk into their store, but seriously do not order online. Save your money and avoid the stress. Do not order online I would recommend that you order elsewhere because that was my first and last time....

Update...Bing Lee have collected my TV and issued a full refund. I thank them for that but the customer service side of the business needs a serious overhaul. Wow.....serves myself right for not reading the reviews before I bought my TV. Purchased a TV online to put in my yet to be completed outdoor Kitchen. Kitchen was finished, mounted my wall bracket, removed TV from box and plugged in....smashed screen. There was time a lapse of maybe 6 weeks between receiving the TV and fitting it in which time it stayed in the box safely stored in a corner of my house. I emailed and rang customer care, after my second email a week later I was contacted to be pretty much told you have no chance of getting it replaced because of the time lapse. Their comment was Hisense will not help you, I don't blame Hisense, I blame Bing Lee and whoever delivered the TV. If I had not sent a follow up email I would still be waiting for contact and now I'm left with a smashed TV...I wish I had read up on the reviews...my bad. Update...Hisence said "not my problem", Tassa from Bing Lee will not even respond to my many emails and calls...theres a reason why they are 1.6 from 100 reviews...and ive also noticed that this review is one of few that has not been responded to

HORRIFIC SERVICE WITH BING LEE ONLINE. I could not do a generic review of Bing Lee. But since this distributor is technically part of Bing lee. I wanted to mention the Bing lee customer phone service. The representative was Amanda and she was rude and short with me. I said I wanted a refund on a product. And she said "Well we don't work that way" in a rude tone. I bought an ASUS vivo book 14 inch laptop and the pen does not work. She pretty much said you will not get a refund in an aggressive tone. She did not want to explain the term and conditions at least or give me a link saying why I could not get a refund. The options I saw in Bing lee if that I changed my mind I could not get a refund which was understandable. I said the lap top is probably not working and she was absolutely sure that I was wrong about that, even though she had not seen the lap top or any evidence. I wanted to talk to her higher management but she was short and would not allow me to speak to them, which I was really upset about. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE NOT TO GET ANYTHING FROM BING LEE.

Ordered an ipad on the 15th of AUGUST, and finally received it on the 24th of DECEMBER. When i originally purchased the ipad, the Bing Lee website claimed the dispatch and delivery time to be within 2 weeks. Which was an outright lie, and they did not have any in stock. After claiming "supplier issues" from Apple, my delivery date was pushed back, and pushed back. Every time i called they would advise another 2, 4, or 6 weeks wait time. I requested several times for a solution, of which they had none. Could not substitute for a different ipad (without me paying out an extra $1000 for the top-of-the-range model), could do nothing. They offered to refund my order in full, but what would be the point of that, since none were in the country i would not be able to order anywhere else. So i was left hanging for over FOUR MONTHS waiting. Poor form to sell an item you do not physically have. Yes i am aware of other situations where this is normal, such as drop shipping....but don't take people's money (a lot of money too...not small change!), if you can't deliver.

Not the best experience. Don't believer their next day delivery statement. I ordered on Sunday and on Monday I called because I didn't get any notification saying my product will be delivered. So I called up and the lady I spoke to said its with the van and it will be delivered today. I waited until 3pm and spoke to someone else and they said don't worry delivery is running late but will be there. Called again at 7pm and they said its abit unusual they havnt replied but will probably still come. Nothing. Called in on Tuesday and they said oh a date hasn't been selected since it wasn't delivered yesterday. So they could do it tomorrow. Called on Wednesday and spoke to a rude lady who said "well where were you ion Monday it was meant to be delivered?" I told her off and said excuse me I have been calling and waiting ever since Monday. she said if I continue with the attitude she will terminate the phone call. Crazy how she has a customer service job and is plaine rude. Worst customer service and delivery service. Lack of communication. Don't do it.

Appalling Company to Buy From Purchased a Samsung Q990B soundbar on Dec 2022 for a Christmas gift. Don't get me wrong, the soundbar was stunning and fantastic. But for a business that advertises "trust" and "experience", they are absolutely disgusting. Parcel came with damages all over the box and drag marks that looks like its been dragged across concrete. Called them up for and exchange, they blamed the damages on Australia Post *that* they did not even use. I paid for Austalia Post but got a way inferior postal service called Allied Express. Still have the tracking details and everything. They told me they had no stock in Melbourne branches, so I had to send it back to Sydney for an exchange. For a flagship Samsung soundbar, its fishy they don't have stock in their biggest retailing branches. Checked a couple of days later, guess what I find? One hour click to collect, ready to be picked up in the Melbourne Dandenong outlet. I will never buy from Bing Lee again, they are LIARS and an absolute DISGRACE to the Australian market.

Bing Lee's return policy does not specify a return period. Now I know why: its so that if you do ever try to return an item, they can say that you've taken too long. I bought a Fisher & Paykel 10kg washer that (a) leaks from the front door when I wash a queen doona and (b) terminates with soaked, soapy laundry when loaded with towels. I began complaining about this 2.5 weeks after receiving the item, when the problems became apparent. Bing Lee sent a technician from the manufacturer who said that he's received lots of complaints about this model and there's nothing he can do. He advised me not to wash doonas and towels in it. Bing Lee's rep. said that they won't take the item back as it was not "dead on arrival". Edit: after I disputed the charge with my card issuer, posted a YouTube video, and wrote multiple negative reviews of Bing Lee online, Bing Lee finally took the washer back and issued a refund. I am leaving this review because such a fight should not have been required.

I purchased two Dyson air purifiers on the 15th Jan 2020, almost two weeks ago i received a Samsung Microwave. I called and explained the situation. Next day it was picked up but two hours later another microwave arrived. Called again but Bing Lee store was unable to ship the items I purchase straight away, they asked me to wait so they can retrieve my purifiers from whoever else they ship it too or if they can't find these then I have to wait until they order again from the manufacturer. The next day another courier come but unlike the first one, he wasn't able to give me pickup receipt or any paperwork at all. Very bad experience. For the inconvenience and excessive wait (not sure how much longer) The customer service rep offered me $50 voucher. UPDATE: It turns out that these 2 Dyson purifiers were lost, I was offered to upgrade to better and more expensive Phillips units free of charge , received 2 Phillips 2000 3 days after the offer was made

I was here reading reviews before I wanted to buy my T5 SSD from bing lee as i found it for a cheap price than any other stores. But after reading all these 1 star bad reviews, I decided to have a quick chat with their customer representative (Sonney) and wanted to double check if they are legit and have the actual product in their store. Sonney was very helpful and quick with my questions and decided to buy straight away. They shipped it next day and I got emails notifying me at every stage which was amazing. I got my SSD today ( took 3 days to come) and its well packed and genuine. I bought this as to test their product quality and customer service and I can assure you these guys are doing great now. Thanks for your fast delivery and I would buy more with you guys for sure. For people who take reviews seriously like me, just give them a call and check the stock before buying so you can avoid many delays and issues. Thanks again Bing Lee

Bing Lee does not even deserve 1 star. I am absolutely disgusted by the service I received when buying a fridge through this terrible company. I paid $60 for delivery which included unpacking, installing and taking away the old fridge. When the delivery people came to do it they refused as they said they didn't want to unpack the box because it mat damage it, even though we asked they refused. When I called customer service about this I spoke to JOHN who was one of the rudest people we have ever spoken to, when we asked for his employer ID because we wanted to complain about his service he gave us the number 666 and laughed. I can not believe this can actually happen. We lost hundreds of dollars of meat because of this, I had to make an international call for the total of $40 to sort this out a few days later while I was overseas and i was treated like absolute rubbish by the customer service staff. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Very frustrated and concerned at the service with Bing Lee. Firstly, they advertised a BBQ for $1,500 that is no longer even produced (the maker confirmed that with me), and rather than Bing Lee telling me this after waiting for 3 weeks, Bing Lee told me that stock was arriving in 4 months time. This was suspect, so I called the BBQ maker directly, they told me that this was impossible as the product was discontinued, and none had been allocated to Bing Lee. Having then communicated this with Bing Lee (i/e caught them out on their own lie), Bing Lee confirmed with me that the order would be cancelled, and that I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days. Well its almost 3 full weeks later, and I am still waiting for a refund. Moreover, I have not even received a response from the numerous emails that I have sent Bing Lee in trying to follow this refund up. Be warned before dealing with this mob...

We received a notification via SMS on Friday, 7th April at 6.43pm to say that we should be expecting the delivery of our items on the following day which is on 8th and that we will be contacted by the delivery team in the morning. Waited morning of the 8th but no contact made by the people who meant to deliver. Waited afternoon, still the same till I make contact via Live Chat and was informed that we should still be expecting it on the 8th between 5.30pm-8.30pm. Waited but again, no delivery made. Things like this is very crucial as we wasted the whole day waiting for nothing and if we received an update then at least we didn't waste our day waiting at home. We don't have issues with buying the items from your sales rep but our issue is the lack of communication from your delivery team to notify us of our item's whereabouts or if they're coming at all which wasted our whole day for absolute nothing.

I ordered a new Samsung tablet through Bing Lee, late Feb. An email confirmed delivery date of 15 March (and a note that shipping was estimated to be 19-21 days from the order date). Contacted support to confirm the order wasn't shipped on any of these days. At this point I was told they didn't have stock and it was delayed. It would've been nice to receive a notification about this so I could make a decision to take my business elsewhere, earlier. Following this I requested a refund which is now taking 5 to 7 business days, despite the order never having gotten passed 'fraud screening'. Additionally, no email was delivered to confirm the cancellation of the order. I'm convinced this business exists exclusively to collect people's money, invest or gather whatever interest over time they can then return the base sum when people realise they've been scammed.

2 full weeks after placing an order, they still cannot confirm when my order can be fulfilled. The only response I can get from them is "the stock is in Sydney". I've ordered for pick up in Melbourne. All this while, on their website, it still says that "delivery available within 4-6 days" and 1 hour click and collect is available elsewhere within Victoria. Very unhappy with this experience and will never order from Bing Lee again. If it's out of stock at a location or not available or pick up, it should just say so like all other major retailers' websites, instead of stringing customers along. Update: thanks for the update. My order was from 27 Nov. It's 15 Dec, 18 days later. You're estimating next week. Can you please help me understand why this is acceptable when it says 4-6 days on your website? Thanks.

I made a $1500 BingLee purchase when I saw a $50 Coles voucher promotion just after Christmas. The order was delivered partially and I was only told after I rang them three weeks later that the other half of the order is not in stock and I have to wait another month. I can live with that but would’ve appreciated some communication on their part before I rang them. When I enquired what the progress with my $50 voucher was they said it was part of the promotions department and I would hear back....which was two weeks ago but I’ve got very little confidence that they honour their word and their advertising. In a nutshell they’ve got my money and I’ve got half my order minus the $50 advertised promotion.

Delivery was confirmed for today via email from Bing Lee. No SMS was provided on the day for the delivery time frame. Received a call mid morning saying truck had broken down so will be delivered tomorrow. Then received an SMS about a hour later stating it would arrive today between 1 and 4pm, so I came back home. Driver then cancelled the delivery at 230pm. Rang the driver and he mumbled something about being scheduled for tomorrow.. driver tracking shows him still making deliveries. Call bing lee and they could not care less, even after asking for a voucher or compensation was told no but Sam might or might not email me with an offer. Last time I will ever order from Bing Lee.

We ordered a SMEG Kettle over 2 months ago, we called almost weekly after being promised it will arrive via express post, they constantly lied to us about it being express posted and it never was, to the point of when we asked for a refund they said it will take 2 weeks for our refund to arrive, they wouldn't offer any compensation and just told us bad luck and to go to the ombudsman if we have a problem, Bing Lee just sounds like another big company that doesn't care about its customers, they said to us that we get plenty of orders and losing 1 or 2 customers isn't an issue for them. highly recommend for everyone to shop anywhere else but Bing Lee.

My Washing Machine blew up today, went looking for a new one and the only store that had the one I wanted was Bing Lee, Spoke to Al on line about purchasing one, was happy to sell the last one in Melb, E&S has them for $688 and free delivery but a lead time of 5 to 10 days, I asked about price matching and was told no because E&S didn't have stock for delivery. therefore there price is firm at $899.I went back to E&S and they offered me a loan washing machine to use while I wait for my new one, plus free delivery of the new machine, So Bing Lee has lost a sale for $211 and poor customer service. Check other retailers before considering Bing Lee

Avoid at all cost!!! crooks! first of all they advertise products being in stock and get the money from the credit card at the time of order - when following up on the order status and ETA they inform the real delivery time (in my case 3 weeks....), I've then asked to cancel the order....after 10 working days I'm still waiting a refund for $ 200, when following up on the refund, they provide a mobile number to contact informing I have to talk to account payable....extremely poor service. I'm about to contact ACCC as this is unacceptable. first and last time I would buy anything from this untrustworthy business....fellas use amazon instead!!!!!

Do yourself a favour and buy from Appliances online instead. I bought a heater from Bing Lee and was told that it would be 1-4 days, transport is expensive when they don't deliver themselves and send via Auspost, still haven't received the heater and customer service is terrible. There are way better online appliance stores out there. Kicking myself for ordering through these guys, only ordered because they had the model of heater I wanted but it's not worth the wait. Other appliance stores have delivered next day and are more affordable so kicking myself for not getting a different model heater through a different provider

Scammers masquerading as a business. I bought a microwave which when I unboxed was found to have a faulty door. Eventually responded to my customer service request and sent round a technician. With a load of conditions attached presumably to scare people off making a complaint. He couldn't fix it but told me he'd raise a report. Also told me that what I'd bought was junk! Didn't hear anything for a while so contacted customer service asking if they had received the technician's report. No response and have ignored all my attempts to contact them. Avoid at all costs, I don't know how they get away with it

Well done Bing Lee. Assuming you set out to waste my time you have exceeded all expectation. Placed an order on 18 October for a food processor and sandwhich maker. After waiting a month and not receiving any update I called and was informed that the order was delayed because the sandwhich maker was on back-order. I asked to refund this and just send the food processor. Fast forward another month and the food processor still hasnt been dispatched. Have asked for a refund. To save myself the time and effort I will consider making my own intricate electronic devices before ordering from Bing Lee again.

Oredring the product was easy and price was great for the Samsung Lock. I bought the lock on 16th June and todayn is 22nd. I have no coomunication at all from Bing Lee regarding the shipment or tracking. There communication after sale is terrible. I am still giving them 3 stars just because the website is easy to browse and is user friendly. But there communication after sale is non existent. I called them up and requested for a email with tracking details but I was told they cant do it and i will have to write the tracking number. i didn't had the pen handy and it was bit inconvenient.

Purchased a TCL - 65C715 - 65” QLED UHD ANDROID SMART TV last week from Bing Lee. The overall purchase experience was great. Customer service followed up promptly to call back requests and have been available even on the weekend. Not too sure about the negative reviews that are looming. I think Bing Lee may have taken feedback onboard and has really improved their customer service. The prices are reasonable and competitive with multiple options to pay such as Afterpay which made me buy from them. I will be purchasing again in the future and once again good job people at Bing Lee ! :)

Worst experience ever purchasing from Bing Lee. I placed an order at the beginning of the month for a scheduled delivery date three weeks later. Then I contacted them a day before the delivery as I haven't heard from them at all. In the end they said the item hasn't arrived at their warehouse and the delivery will not come on the scheduled delivery date. So what is the point of choosing a delivery date when they can't even get the stock in? Plus there is no heads up about this issue until I actually ring them up... and I almost booked the lift for nothing :(

I ordered a TV online on binglee and got very worried afterwards when I saw the review online of their services. I must however share my excellent experience with binglee. I asked on the online chat support prior to my order about stock, which they confirmed they had in NSW. Ordered with delivery date one week later. Called support after a few days which confirmed my order was in processing and on track for delivery as requested. Called again the day before and they confirmed again. TV arrived on time, in quality, right model and all worked great. Thanks!

My order from 9 Feb was confirmed as scheduled for 16 Feb delivery. The item was in stock in the warehouse 45mind from the delivery address. It didn’t turn up and no communication. After I called and they rescheduled, it still didn’t turn up. I called a third time and after a long wait on hold (and being told there was no supervisor that takes calls) it was rescheduled for a third time and finally delivered on 26 Feb. Absolutely hopeless and a complete waste on my time. You can buy the products elsewhere and my strong suggestion is you do.

I have waited 2 weeks 3 days for my order. I have contacted Bing Lee to be told to keep waiting for the item. I have checked tracking number provided but everytime I check the delivery time Changes. I would not recommend binglee to anyone. If you're after products for the same price range and will be delivered on time I recommend the good guys. Binglee put money first customers last! Pretty disappointed as I ordered before the busy postal times and still waiting. Also change your attitude to your paying customers who pay your bills!!!!

Order a Airfry a month ago and now still have not arrived yet money taken from day 1 . Called customers service, 45 mins on the line and the lady cannot help at all, so useless and unprofessional blaming AuPost for everything, cannot even send email to customers to tell them the shipment has been delay. Help your self and order somewhere else like the Good guys or appliances online they will do price match for you. This will be the last time I ever order something from Binglee. The business is such a joke.

Really disappointed with Big Lee. Ordered on the 21/7 website said the items was in stock. Received notification 22/7 they wouldn't be delivered till 25/8. I still have not received the delivery and now I am being told there was no stock and delivery is not expected till 28 Sept for the oven and there is no word on the dishwasher at all!! Terrible customer service, I emailed and phoned numerous times without any response, I was starting to think I had been scammed. Would never use them again.

Absolute joke of a company!! There was an item on sale for $699 so I added to cart with an additional 12% off code bringing it to $621. It was in my cart and I was completing checkout. All of a sudden the price changed to $949!!! It was 11:45pm so did not align to any mentioned time the sale was ending. They removed the sale price to charge me retail while I was adding my card details. Completely dishonest and dodgy trading practices! Do not buy from them. 0 stars if I could!

Got informed that their warehouse does not have the stock due to their error and offered a few different items which I do not agree due to having specific needs on the product. Requested for an identical product with a slight spec difference and was rejected due to price difference, ending up with a force refund without my consent. Would assume that a close to identical product exchange would be fair (similar original RRP), albeit the discounted purchase price.

The absolute worst possible place to buy top-of-the-line Samsung whitegoods, and then be avoided for days by Tassa, the most useless customer support “leader” - when their said products are defective. Add to that, Tassa had the audacity to state that our 4 month $1000 machine’s plastic, which figuratively decayed/fell apart, was deemed as our fault, and therefore not his problem… Tassa, we’ll see your utterly useless self at the Small Claims Tribunal.

“0” star. Terrible experience!!!! I placed an order for a TV as I found it much cheaper than other stores. After I paid, I received an email saying that my order was successfully placed with an official invoice. One day later, they told me that there is a price listing error so they cancelled my order without prior notice. They said that they have the right to cancel this order because it is an unforeseen occurrence, even though it is their fault.

Absolutely one of the worst online retail and customer service experiences I've ever had. Ordered something, waited a week, then they send me an email that told me their inventory system was wrong and they were out of stock. And that the supplier had discontinued the item. I spoke to the supplier and they told me they definitley still had the product available in AU. Binglee straight up lied to me. Buyers beware.

USELESS. I'd give no stars if that was an option. I will never deal with Bing Lee again. Their advertising is misleading. I ordered something that said would be delivered in 2-7 days. After no movement, I rang and was told they don't have it in stock and not sure when it is coming back. Despite this, the same item is still selling on their website showing as being ready for delivery USELESS. Do not buy from them

Horrible experience so far. It's been 2+ weeks since I ordered my rice cooker. They initially sent my product out however it arrived damaged. I returned the package the same day I received it. After several emails and phone calls, I'm still waiting for a replacement. A tracking number would suffice. Again, I've been stung by not looking up reviews of a company before buying. Shonky at best.

"Order today and we'll deliver tomorrow" said the blurb on the website. Well the order wasn't processed for 3 days and then given to Australia Post the next day. According to the tracking, I "may" get it 3 to 4 weeks after ordering... Contacting support and they've basically fobbed me off. I'd order from Harvey Norman before I used this company again, and I never buy from Harvey Norman

So I called them ready to buy and asked for a price match. First issue was they claimed the store I was price matching didn’t have 2 physical stores (they have many more). Second issue they need to view the price online despite me having a quote in writing AND if you ring the store the price is available to all. Clearly they don’t need the business and won’t be getting any from me.

Bought a 55in hisense TV. Had to wait a couple of weeks to open it why I waited for a mount. It turned out to be DOA. Binglee wouldn't help one bit. Just passed it off onto hisense. Wouldn't take it back. Now expects us to wait 3 weeks for a tech to come look at it. Pathetic and against ACL. Fair trade has now been informed. I would rather give Gerry Harvey my money in future.

I purchased a Yamaha Sound Bar 6 days ago through Afterpay, which the first instalment has been processed BUT I have not received confirmation of my purchase. I have tried emailing, calling, several times, but no response.. Terrible customer service.! . And really not sure where to go from here as reading most reviews this may be typical.. A company that sent me a faulty item and when I returned it they claimed they received an empty parcel posted to them. How could Australia post process an empty parcel? Bing Lee sends me a photo of the parcel I returned and everyone can see half of the parcel is thicker than the other side, a solid proof that that the parcel has an item inside, and cannot be empty.

Ordered a washing machine online prior to checkout it said the delivery date would be 3/09/2021 processes the payment then states the delivery date is in fact 25/09/2021 very cheeky now I have to wait weeks for something I though I was getting the same week. Save the trouble and go else where. They take your money even though the item is not stocked after I confirmed with them it is available. After constantly following up my order I was told they are out or stock and waiting delivery from overseas. Ended up getting refunded after 3 weeks as they had no ETA on when the stock will arrive.

Never purchase from Binglee. Sent a damaged Oven and no stock to change over, refused to offer an alternative at same price. Refused to refund the item until it was picked up. So I had to outlay more money to purchase elsewhere. Totally unhelpfully, went to Appliances Online and received far better service.

I just bought a washing machine in the boxing day sales and was very impressed. The machine was just as expected and the delivery people were professional and efficient. They installed the new appliance and took away the old one. They gave me a 3 hr delivery window and then a 30 min ETA. Highly recommend.

Ordered a present for my daughter from Bing Lee who advertised that the item was in stock. Called 17 days later to be told that it was now off back order and was in the warehouse. The statement was "It will be sent out one of these days!" Pathetic service. Would not order anything from them again!!!

Used Bing Lee to purchase a fridge. Ordered at 10:30pm, and got a call at 10am the next day saying to expect delivery between 3:30-5pm. Delivery came on time and was quick and easy with good communication. Was also much cheaper others. Would definitely reccomend!!
