Surprised this place is still in business. The owners do not like customers and are hostile and unwelcoming whatever your query. I would walk half a mile just to avoid being barked out. Thy have even designed the counter so that you cannot get close to the till or ask a question.As for parcel collection and drop-off; I would only use as a last resort. I have left parcels there (untaken) because the woman was so difficult. I suspect the reviews on here suggesting they are helpful might not be genuine, who knows, maybe it's my face :-)

I recently suffered heat stroke whilst delivering and collecting parcels from this store. The two ladies in the store became concerned for my health as I could hardly stand up ans could hardly breath. They helped me out so much even though one of them was desperate to get home after her shift. I really can't thank them enough for their help and kindness. I wish more people were like this. If I am up that way again I will call in abd thank them again. Ladies I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

If you are walking there from Putney Tube Station, then the shop is on the right-hand side of the road. Used the Hermes return depot there to return a product to Amazon. Make sure you enlarge the QR code that Amazon e-mailed you as you need that code to print off the return label to attach to your parcel. In addition, make sure you have taped up your parcel securely to ensure it gets returned to Amazon safely.

Walk 30 minutes to post an Amazon refund as this was the only local print in store option. Forgot my mask that day so I entered the shop with my coat completely covering my mouth and nose and kept them covered the whole time. The shop assistant refused to serve me even after I explained the situation and I was extremely well covered up.

The Bishops Store team are always so polite and helpful and cannot do enough to help and assist every time whether I’m grabbing supplies or picking or dropping off parcels. They also have a great range of products on sale at great prices. Support local and leave every time with a smile. Keep up the great work team …………….

It's always mixed in the shop. Sometimes the staff can be informative and helpful but on other days are completely rude. It's as if everything is the customer's fault. They are quite incompetent when it comes to parcels, and can offer very little help and advice.

Absolute disgrace. Would leave no star if I could. They were rude and unhelpful. The lady behind the counter told me she would leave my package in the street because it did not have a box despite being advertised as a package less service. Do not use.

I run my small business deliveries out of this shop. All the staff are excellent and helpful & ensure all packages are always safe, scanned and secure. They also have a fantastic selection of food, drinks and snacks, which I pick up occasionally.

Would give no stars if I could. Rude, unhelpful, refusal to help, talling on phone when customer buying something, bullish. I needed one tiny but of cellotape which I could see behind the counter and they refused making me have to buy some.

Do not use this store to post parcels! They will take your telephone number and offer to message you a tracking number but they will never text. UPS denies receiving my package, the content of which was to the value of £100.

Would like to have given this shop 0 stars. I brought in my Hermes package to return a product. When the clerk couldn’t scan the barcode, she told me she would just throw my package in the trash if I left it for pick up.

Sold me the wrong product over the counter and then would not refund me or swap the product after I’d paid. Absolute waste of my £10 due to their mistake. Very annoyed and they were very rude about it.

Second time refused to take a parcel. This time she claimed it was too big (two months ago, different parcel, she needed the QR code printed out, refused to try to scan it from my phone..........)

Terrible staff. DO NOT take your parcels here. They have zero knowledge UPS and how to send with them correctly. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. The store itself is dirty, old and run down.

Cracking store, loads of essentials at reasonable prices. One bonus is the Mexican food, really good. The ladies are all very helpful and have to put up with idiots. 5 star review.

I always use this shop to send Hermes parcels or return online shopping parcels and have always had good, easy experiences. The ladies there are very informative and friendly.

i was in this store to post my parcel. Never experienced such a rude behaviour. People working there are so rude. Please avoid going there as you will be turned away.

Used them twice for the parcel service and they have been pretty poor on both occasions......However, if you want to buy Mexican groceries they’re really good.

Caution to those who use Apple Map: the shop's opening hour is changed since covid; if you really need to use the parcel service go there before 6!

They can't find my parcel I returned through them it hasn't moved for over 3 weeks. No help at all from them. I will miss getting my refund.
