Place is very bright and colourful as usual because this is typical of Blackbell. The lights and designs make the place a beautiful place to behold, especially at nights. The food was on point, had an adequate amount of spicing that flavour, and stimulated the palette. A very wide variety of cuisine exists to quench the diversity of food cravings people can have. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had to change my protein from fish to goat meat, and they happily obliged. The downside to the venue is the small dinning area and parking. I wish they had a bigger space like others.

Like adult meals, they had a plethora of options for kids. Most kids would be spoiled for choice, especially if they ate normal family dishes.
Talk about Food, it is on point. Tasty and all but the staff there are a total mess, most of them are tired of their jobs, I recommend a routine replacement of staff as most become too comfortable and they relly on the fact that they won't be reprimanded despite the review or report. I waited to observe this behavior before leaving a review and it has happened more than 3 times now within the past 2 month so I now know it's a norm. Today's experience was that my food was packed and at paypoint, the person that served it went missing and no one followed up, I stood there waiting heavily pregnant expecting to be attended to with no one before me in a room with more than 7 staff. At last another person went to bring the food where the guy that served it abandoned it, not a word of apology was issued and of cos, they don't care.

I've always loved black Bell and send my girls to buy things from there. Unfortunately the very first time I went to get food,I was disappointed. The cashier was so bias. I thought they are to attend to customer on first come and serve basis. First, just one person as attending to the payment even though other computers were there. Then because a particular guy bought a lot of things, a male waiter went to another computer to attend to him specially This was after I and few people had waited 25min for the other lady to attend to us. It's bad and very poor impression to treat customers with discrimination.

Black bell can definitely do better when it comes to service. My food was given to me lukewarm and mid meal, we had to go move our car as there was a small crowd. That being said, their food tasted great, I had the seafood okra, oatmeal&wheat. The swallow looked tiny but believe me, I was panting after the first wrap. Barely made it halfway to the second wrap when I gave up.. We also bought their croaker fish, best thing about the meal. Tasted absolutely divine. Snail was good too. Their ambience is great. Black and white interior. Extremely clean space. They hv a wider variety of food than a lot of their competitors.. price is friendly .. Great place to eat.. nothing too fancy
It was okay...I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 cuz of customer service not the food, atmosphere or ambience. So I walked in, met the server at the counter (a guy) and asked him, "what are your best sellers"? I was confused as to what to order as everything looked yummy...he looks at me, smirks and goes to sit down. I laughed and beckoned to some one else, she comes over, all smiles and I proceed to ask same question which she answers very well. With the former reaction I'd have walked away but...oh well...presentation- 5, ambience-5, atmosphere-5, food- 5...meals were very nice though
Okay food. Loved the asun the most. I recommend it. There's grilled catfish on the menu now. Lovely lovely lovely fish. I ate in and took out too. The service this time wasn't all that, the servers were too distracted with chattering with each other. It wasn't neat to any of we customers on that Friday.

Great!
It's a lovely place to get snacks and fresh food. The ambience is lovely and the staff are polite and professional. Great customer service. Good food too. Only problem is with the parking, I got called several times to re-park my vehicle because one person or the other wanted to drive out. Beautiful place with nice and delicious meals. But i hated the way all those LAWMA takes dirt in front of that place. It smells, and can affect one. I can't imagine perceiving such odour while going to a good restaurant like that to eat
Quite an awful experience for a place in VI. Food is sour, prawns and snail were terrible in taste and smell. Couldn't eat it. Flies everywhere struggling with you on the food, clumsy setup. They thought it was payment that gave birth to the complain, had to call their manager after payment to let them know that its a disastrous experience. Nothing encouraging to write home about at all, NAFDAC should check them out sha for consumer health.

The ambience is really nice. Food is affordable. Grilled fish cost N900 type of affordable which is pretty cool for the kind of environment. The food also tastes nice. Water is N200. Efo is N1000. The restaurant is not crowdy. It has this upscale feel to it. They also deliver within VI. You might have to wait for up to 2 hours to get your meal if the dispatch is not available when you placed an order. So if you want to place an order, do it early so you can get your food in good time.
They serve delicious food. Meals are affordable and restaurant isn't crowded yet. We visited 2 consecutive nights for their special fried rice; you will like it. Members of staff are warm and pleasant. Meals are warm and such a lovely ambiance. You can easily park your car but there's a tiny chance of driving into Genesis restaurant on your first and second visits because they share a fence. Overall, we had a great experience at the restaurant.
This food takes forever to come out but when it does.... OMG! Delicious. We ordered the Fish Platter and the BBQ grill platter... It was AMAZING! The chairs could do with a bit of revamping but the ambience was still great and we thoroughly enjoyed the waiters and their cheerful disposition

I ordered for grilled croaker fish from them using jumia foods, i paid 1700 and this is what was delivered. I called the restaurant, they said it probably was the steam that makes it look the way it looks and that they couldn't do anything about it, that i should call Jumia to sort it out. I chatted jumia customer service and they said the vendor said they delivered the right thing. Order online from them at your own risk.
The first time,I walked into this restaurant, I sincerely didn't know what to expect, but I wanted to find out, so in I went, and I was glad I did. The meals are tasty, and the prices are fair. It's a good place to be.

For a place in VI to be this great and affordable, Naija, there is yet hope for we!!!! Great, beautiful place. Clean and sleek environment, the array of foods on display- regular- yeah but delicious and filling. I wasn't a big fan of the cake and chicken pies though but, some others liked so..try and decide. I definitely recommend and you will love. A great hangout spot for you, your friends and family.
Food options are abundant and the food is very good. You get what you pay for but the prices are still reasonable. I’ve been back a few times to try different options as the place is that good.

I absolutely love the place.... I got wowed when I stepped into the place! It is an eatery that has a very serene atmosphere. They offer food ranging from Nigerian dishes to Continental dishes! The service delivery is top notch and yeah I love the place. If you find yourself hungry on the island stop at Black Bell Restaurant on Adeola Odeku road just before Coscharis building. Thank me later!
This used to be among the first tier eateries on the Island. I had rated it exquisite way back. It hasn't matched those standards. Still decent. I still return for the exquisite variety of their food offerings. Delicious!

Black bell meets and exceeds your expectation from a local restaurant. The meal is affordable with sizable portions. However, you may have an issue with parking spaces. The interior is neatly decorated in monochrome and the lightning is superb. For your Nigerian cuisine and the menu is highly varied. Preferred stop for quick and tasty meals. The staff are warm as well.
This branch of Black bell opens at 8am, sometimes dishes are ready at 7:45am i.e Stir fry spaghetti, Jollof rice, Beans . Bread, Cookies and Pastries are being sold here. Food is tasty but I still prefer the food from the Admiralty branch(i.e. the one opposite Farm city). Covid -19 measures are in place. Temp checks, Hand Sanitizers, and No mask,No entry.
Nice food options to choose from. Jollof and fried rice were quite nice. But I was disappointed with the seafood okro, which was too spicy. Otherwise, we had a good experience

I ordered from Black Bell via the Jumia Food app. Delivery took about 30 minutes. Ordering was pretty easy and straightforward. Food here is affordable. It tastes great too. The portions are big too and satisfying. It is very well packed for delivery too. To prevent spills or mishaps. This is very good as they are delivered on motorcycles.
The food is mostly good. Although I think like many restaurants, they have to find a solution to the dry look of the food on display, even though I think it it's probably caused by the transparent glass cabin. They can also improve on the porridge beans, and beans is naturally sweet, so it should taste good but not with sugar o, lol. More
Their foods are very tasty and well prepared, though it's expensive

Got to my favourite restaurant on the island: Blackbell Restaurant, Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. I didn’t come earlier so I missed the English breakfast for Friday. Luckily for me I met this sumptuous palm oil beans and freshly baked sliced bread with a top notch fried plantain plus beef to match. Tasting is believing.
Black Bell Restaurant is a perfect blend of affordability and luxury. It combines the pricing of "The Place" with the ambience of "RSVP" to provide its customers with a unique dining experience. They also have a very robust menu filled with lots of local delicacies. Awesome place. I will definitely recommend it again and again.
Was pretty much impressed with this restaurant. The neatness and atmosphere, even though eat-in is on hold as a result of COVID-19, is worth mentioning. Apart from the sweet smelling savor of the food, you get to see them neatly arranged before they're served. I tried fried rice with snail stew and some turkey. "Perfecto"
Ambience is okay, food is just fine and expensive with small portions. Can be a little overcrowded atimes which makes you spend so much time than necessary especially at the payment till.

Nice, decently priced meals served in a location in the heart of VI. Certainly not you run of the mill eatery as its ambiance and audience is a bit towards the middle class. My favourite meals so far is their eforiro which is truly a delight to taste. I also love their goat meat peppersoup and schrimp Jollofrice.
Black Bell is restaurants that I had high hopes for, but those hopes were ruthlessly dashed. Lord! I had the stir-fry spaghetti and grilled chicken, a seemingly safe choice. While the spaghetti was just okay, I was disgusted to find that the chicken was spoiled. Totally ruined a good day of outing.
Amazing experience in this restaurant with a very warm reception, the attendants were well-mannered from the security to the servers. The food was good, I particularly enjoyed the the rice with the shrimps and if you love some spice, try the ofada. I'll definitely love to visit again.
I loved it here. The owner /chef/manager was so pleasant and helpful. The food tasted very good and the fish was the right balance of crisp and moist. The ambience was simple, laid back and fun. There are many lunch time options available and it's a place to hang out with friends.
Blackbell VI used to be a good place to have a meal, but the standards have now fallen. The environment is dirty, hot and flies infested. Food is still ok, but the environment needs to be improved. Seafood Okra was too peppery though..

BlackBell Restaurant is one of the few restaurants where care is taken in everything they do. From the preparation of the meals, to the serving, the ambience, setting, seating, the music, it's easy to tell that the management is very conscious of customer satisfaction.

First time at the Adeola Odeku Branch. Placed an order. At paypoint, it was clear that I've been debited. However, the salty lady at the paypoint says I should make another transfer and deal with the former at my bank. No food... No Reversal as I speak.
The food is very nice. It is also moderately expensive for very good quality. However the service was less than superb and there was a new method of serving that caused a huge delay and confusion. That was my only problem though. Would highly recommend.
Funny how I always thought it was a bar. To my surprise it is a beautiful eatery. I had yam porridge with plantain and fish. It was delicious. Felt like a good home cooked meal. I have feedback on the plantain though, it was too dry like plantain chips.
I love this restaurant. It is beautiful, great food, atmosphere. I personally like sitting at the lounge/bar upstairs. Affordable foods and lots of variety. The staff are respectful. O took my bestfriend there for her birthday, and she loved it.
Beautiful place and great food is the the perfect combination you get at Black Bell. Price list for the meals is fair, you can find more information on their website. I suggested this place for an office hangout and they loved it.
Great Fast Casual Nigerian restaurant. Food is arranged cleanly and the menu has all the prices and various selections. I had he Titus fish with beans which was very delicious. Interior decor is very modern and clean.
Their Pastries is One of a Kind. You'd always like to go back for more.

First Visit. It took too long to get my meal at Victoria Island but totally worth it when it arrived. Their Strawberry Margaritas are delicious! I had two.
Very good food. Very nice ambience. The decor is very well done. Soft music plays in the background. They have a good variety of meals and also sell bread.
Nice restaurant with monochrome design and superb lighting. Courteous and friendly staff although customer service still needs a little bit of working on.
It is a cool place to just go get a bite (fast food) as well as gourmet food. It can accommodate small or large groups. Tasty meals and good service.
Meals taste superb and the prices aren't over the top. Spent about 10k for meals for two people and still got dessert. Staff are courteous and neat.
I wanted their spiced catfish. Wasn't available, I was really disappointed cos I was famished and that was the only thing I felt like eating.
