After suffering the effects of tennis ball size hail last month here in Garner, West of Weatherford, TX, my roof was severely damaged..On a respected neighbors recommendation, I called Jimmy with Black Tie Roofing to come check my damage....From the first initial telephone call to the completion of my project, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism shown by this great Company...Jimmy was always 2 steps ahead of me in answering questions, explanations, scheduling, and dealing with my Insurance company, and totally oversaw the project to a smooth problem free completion.....There are your "Fly by Night" Roofers following the storms, your local roofers who seem to change buisness names every couple years, and then you have the "Top Performing" Roofing and Construction Companies....This Company sits at the very top of this Elite list....They worked within the monetary limits of my Insurance coverage, and still gave me a new upgraded roof....None of the common problems seen after work of this sort, " nails left in yard and driveway, corners being cut, ruts in work area, bad attitude's of worker's, etc"......I made a career as a "Travelling Construction Inspector", paid to watch and keep control of large billion dollar project's, and represent the Owner's interest's....To "Ride for the Brand".....From what I saw, Jimmy is another that 'Rides for the Brand', he represent's his Company well....If you want a job done well, hire a Professional, you'll have fewer regret's..... Jimmy and his team are amazing! I originally contacted Jimmy on a whim from a random post I saw, and it ended up being a great decision. Jimmy helped me right from the start with understanding what my insurance will be doing as far as inspections and how the claim process works. He helped resolve issues with my adjuster to get them on board with the necessary replacement vs. just doing a repair job. He explained about the different types, brands, and colors of shingles we could select. Jimmy was very helpful and patient while we looked at other roof colors in the area that he recommended based on our neighborhood and our specific house colors and material. We finally scheduled the roof replacement and it was completed within the day! I was very impressed and pleased with their work. Jimmy went above and beyond what was needed to replace not only my house roof, but also the garage to match. I honestly can’t think of any negative issues we had during the process (other than dealing with my insurance people) and anything that came up, Jimmy handled almost immediately. As a person, Jimmy was such a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, to the point about how things work. We had our roof weak which caused our bathroom ceiling to fall in. I contacted a few companies and felt like they were not the right fit for our family. Jimmy came in and explained things that nobody else even mentioned. We went with black tie dye to the honesty and reliability. We could not have made a better choice. The roof looks amazing and our bathroom where the ceiling fell in, looks better than any other room in our house. The drywall team were wonderful. They came in and took care of everything within two days, and could not even tell that there was ever a leak in there to begin with. They put the new roof on and one day, despite them having to wait until the rain went away. they removed all of their debris and covered plants and Wells in the yard for protection. This company definitely goes above and beyond with their customer service. Jimmy has been able to answer questions from the Insurance side and been able to walk us through anything that our insurance company has thrown towards us . Would highly recommend this company to anyone and have also recommended to coworkers which are now customers as well.

So when I first met Jimmy I was not sure who I was going to use to replace our roof after the hail storm. I talked to a different company and they seemed very shady and seemed to promise way too much for zero out of pocket. I called Jimmy back to get his thoughts and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Black Tie did replace the roof on our house plus the gutters and a couple of windows too. The replacement of our garage doors was a little outside their wheelhouse BUT he recommend someone that was excellent. We also had the trim on our house repainted and the work was outstanding. Bottom line is if Black Tie is doing the work or recommending people to complete work you simply cannot go wrong. As with anything there were bumps along the way but Jimmy was always quick to respond and quick to get a solution in place. Outstanding to work with all the way. I was so happy with the work the did at our house that when I broke some sheetrock at my son's house I hired them to fix that as well. Simply the best work possible and always honest. Do yourself a favor and put them to work for you!

I highly recommend Black Tie Roofing and Construction. They have provided roof, gutter and window insection after a hailstorm and did a wonderful job on the complete roof replacement and seamless gutter replacement while adding additional seamless gutters across the back of the house. I also used their construction services to repair the bathroom ceiling after stepping through the sheetrock while existing the attic and left a gaping hole! Once the repairs to the sheetrock were complete and painted, who would have ever had a clue the accident ever occurred! My hats off to Jimmy, the Construction Manager, and the different crews working the variety of jobs. Professional attitude and they stand my their word! I will be using them again on the next project.

I highly recommend Black Tie Roofing and Jimmy Holaway. We had never filed an insurance claim before, so we were unfamiliar with how the process works. Jimmy sat down with us and explained exactly how it worked. He dealt directly with our insurance company, so there was absolutely zero stress for us. The crew showed up on time and completed the job in one day. Jimmy was on site a number of times throughout the day making sure everything was going well along with making sure his crew had water and were taking breaks as needed as our roof was replaced in June. Overall, they did a great job, and it was a very good experience. I will be getting a quote from them for painting the exterior trim on our house.

They didn’t just install the roof, they managed the whole project so I didn’t have to do anything. • Installed a high-quality roof, on the scheduled date, and cleaned up every piece of trash, waste and nails • Managed the insurance company. I filed the initial claim – Black Tie did everything else. The insurer tried to allow for only a partial replacement. Black Tie provided the documentation and interfaced with the insurer and the entire roof was replaced. • Single point of contact – Jimmy (from Black Tie) was always professional, punctual and personable. Regardless of who was working behind the scenes, he coordinated everything.

Jimmy was great. I noticed roof damage while putting up Christmas lights in December and gave Jimmy a call. He came out within 24 hours and inspected our roof. He recorded our insurance information and worked closely with our insurance adjustor and helped them with the inspection and then helped us walk through the claim payment and installation process. Once everything was cleared and scheduled his crew arrived on time and they were done in less than a day. The work was done in a professional manner and when they left the area around the house was neat and clean. I would and will highly recommend Jimmy and Black Tie roofing to anyone who asks.

I just wanted to let you know about one of your employees. Last night about 10:00 my wife noticed the ceiling in the kitchen was leaking water after the storm. She called Jimmy Holloway to let him know so he could look at it tomorrow. He came over immediately and looked it the attic and on the roof to find the spot it was leaking. I was super impressed with the turnkey professional white glove service that Curry and Kyler provided. Everything was thoroughly explained and they took great care of us and our property. We could not have asked for a better roofing experience. It was so refreshing having them out there on site especially with all the roofers out there just trying to sell you. Jimmy came to inspect my roof upon selling my home. The buyer had an inspector inspect my roof and told me I needed to replace it. Jimmy came over several times to help solve this issue. He saved me thousands of dollars out of pocket because I did not need a new roof. We came to a conclusion in the end and I ended up selling my home without replacing the roof.

A couple of years ago 3 roofers incorrectly said I had enough hail damage to warrant a new roof. This a roofer with drone claimed I had hail damage. Jimmy inspected my roof and let me know in detail why I do not have hail damage. I commend Jimmy and his company for their honesty.
