These guys are saviours: locked myself out with the dog inside. The engineer arrived in less than 10 minutes and managed to open the locks both for the entrance door and the flat door without breaking them and without the need to replace the locks. So efficient! Fantastic managed to find and replace a very complex conservatory lock system which we thought may have to be completely removed and changed to a new system. They managed to find the manufacturer (I tried!) get the right parts and fit them within a week!
