I was quoted $70 per month for storage, but when it came to move the price jumped to $125/month. Big difference. I moved in on the 11th of the month, but my rent was NOT prorated the next month. THEY CHARGED ME THE FULL AMOUNT ON THE SECOND MONTH. I paid 11 days for an empty unit. I emailed the Manager about this, but I DID NOT get a response.
Just called this place and the guy on shift that’s supposed to be there working wasn’t there to let us in and give us a unit. It was definitely very unprofessional to leave the facility unattended and not able for people to buy/rent a unit. Loosing business
