Blondie's Cookies is an incredible place, and my recent experience was made even more delightful thanks to the exceptional service provided by Tee. Horrible if I could give zero stars I would. Me and my family come to this place weekly. Today around 1 pm a employee who refused to give her name but wears a black turban refused to serve my husband. She said your not getting any services here. She said that her son shouldn't have left JD's crying. My husband told her that he didn't know what she's was talking about and insured her he doesn't work at castleton mall in the JD's. My husband was publicly humiliated and unaware of what the employee was acusing him of. I asked to speak to the Manager at the time who said they have a right to refuse anyone service anytime they want.Then also admitted her and the employee had the wrong person. The Manager ran in the back refusing to give me her name or the employee's saying they don't do names and that I needed to look corporate up online because she wouldn't give me the number. Will never return to this establishment again.

Is it hard to post the prices of the over-priced cookies so that I’m not stuck asking the price of everything? Is it impossible to think someone would only want one cookie instead of trying a box of $4+ cookies? Employees should be wearing gloves when reaching into display cases for any reason especially when casually brushing your fingers against items. I understand there were no other customers but I didn’t need two employees staring at me while I tried to discuss the cookies I was interested in with my company, it was so uncomfortable. Why aren’t the display cases closed? Cookies/brownies are exposed to the air all day. A nearly palm sized unfrosted cookie being over $2 is RIDICULOUS.

The cookies are good, usually the employees are nice. However, a couple of weeks ago I watched one of the employees chase a group of children down the hallway of the mall with a taser whilst yelling and cussing at them. This same employee also accosted me once several months ago when I went in the store and requested the mall employee discount that they offer, simply because they don't receive a mall employee discount in the store that I work at (mind you, I am not a manager of my store nor do I have any power to make those decisions). I haven't been back since, and will never go when he is working. I'm not sure how this employee still has a job.

my mom and I constantly get cookies from this location. The service is great and so are the cookies and the people who work there. We are regulars of this location either in person and DoorDash ( mainly doordash) but The woman that works there recognized my moms name from DoorDash and her order. She is absolutely lovely and nice ( sorry, I didn’t catch her name though) Marcus ( I think that was his name) is awesome too! I will always recommend this location.

Screw this place. But my kids love it. That girl got me messed up. I'm sorry for my emotional uncontrolled crying during a situation I couldn't give up on and appreciate the employee that came and helped in my sad time of need. To the girl tho. You should cool all the way down because we are regulars that meant no harm and we will come back to fix this. But thanks to the men that were patient and helpful. I am sure you'll never forget us and know who we are when we return. But to that girl.... Watch ya mouth.

i’ve never tried cookies from here but i wanted to get two cookies for a birthday present which totaled $23. as i was eating my cookie, i pulled out a hair from my mouth which immediately made me loose my appetite. im really upset i paid that much money for a cookie i couldn’t even eat. the second cookie’s icing wasn’t even on the cookie either. the gentleman who helped me seemed he didn’t want to be working, which i understand working retail can be irritating but don’t take your bad day out on me /:

I would never recommend this place to anybody… I saw one of the employees touching the cookies with their bare hands. Disgusting. The staff was also extremely rude on top of that and gave me attitude when I said nevermind to buying a $9 cookie… There are no prices posted anywhere so how was I supposed to know this mediocre cookie would be $9??? If you are ever in the area and decide you want cookies, go to Crumbl 10 minutes down the road. This place is far from worth it.

The service here is so great, every time I pop in the employees are so nice. I've gotten countless cookies that are so good and they feel like they've just cooled down from cooking. The prices are pretty good, especially for all the work they put into their cookies. The cookies are also PERFECT, they're perfectly cooked so the inside is just a little chewy I love this place to bits and I will absolutely keep going until they make me leave!

Never seen cookies like the ones at blondies ! The seasonal ones they have right now for Halloween are so cute, my favorite time of year :) my last visit i grabbed a few sugar, chocolate chip, and brownies (pop them in the microwave for 30s & a glass of milk… yummy). If you have a sweet tooth definitely recommend 10/10 !

The last review is a bit disturbing to believe because every time my wife and our autistic son go in for cookies they are very extremely nice and very helpful to my family I do not know her name so I will just refer her as the African american woman who takes care of us most of time.... The cookies is GREAT!!!

The lady who waited on me the last 2 times I was there was fantastic, and the experience was great both times! Definitely coming back cookies were amazing!! Thank you..

Have been going to this location for years now and Memphis & Brandy NEVER fail to give incredible customer service and have always gone out of their way to exceed expectations and go above and beyond. This company better keep them close because they are what’s keeping this location thriving!!!!

Brah, the guy was so rude, we had never been there before and wanted to try, we asked how to order his response was "Look for what you like and tell me what you want" we asked if all cookies were the same price he responded "No" but gave no prices. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Stopped in this weekend during the shopping madness. Everyone was polite and efficient. The cookies tasted amazing. Thank you for all your hard work.

Customer service is aweful. The female cashier was talking negatively about nearly every person walking by the store. We ended up not even purchasing after comments that were made about a handicap couple. Her comment about this couple is to vulgar to repeat.

I have to say that the crew at Blondie's at the Castleton Square Mall are great! Brandy and Teesha are always very helpful. I have ordered many larger cookies for special occasions and they come thru every time. Love the cookies!

I had a great experience at Blondies. The cookies are great and all of the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos to the management staff for the development of such a great staff. I will definitely be back!!!

Me and my cousins came in there last minute looking for a cookie cake and Marcus and Tee came through! Very friendly, and had great customer service. Would definitely recommend! The cake was also decorated really nice.

Brandy, T, and Marcus always bring their A game to bring castleton the best cookies around. They are hands down the best Blondies has to offer compared to any other location I have ever visited. 10/10 recommend.

Staff is super friendly. My family goes to the mall often to walk and we always stop for a drink and cookie. They make it a point to make my son smile. Great store and better people.

They did an amazing job with my wife’s cookie cake! Marcus really helped me out and got it done quick and easy. The cake looked amazing and was delicious. Would recommend!
