Love love love love love this place and can't recommend it enough for people looking for local swag, souvenirs, or keepsake "Austin" or "Texas" stuff!!!!! Atown's sister store but a bit more "open" feeling. The employees here were super nice and very helpful. The price of their stuff is honestly not bad for what they offer. I love picking up local shirts here. They have supee cute designs and I love the fabric. Most of them are a poly-cotton blend and this makes for a very soft feel. They also have super trendy souvenirs, clothes, glasses, socks, bags, hats, candles, soaps, jewelry, bathing suits and even kid's stuff/toys. I probably left out a bunch of other stuff they sell so make sure to go check them out yourself! I got a souvenir cup and a tshirt while I was here. I love all the different fun things they have here but most of all I love that they support local businesses. Words can't describe what this place has to offer so check out the pics I posted and/or go see for yourself!! Plenty of parking is available since they are located in a plaza. Just make sure you look for them next Jimmy John's and Francesca's. Their signage is kind of hidden behind a tree.

They have a lot of cute stuff (which is why I am giving them higher than a 1 star) and sometimes I find a lot and other times I just walk in and out. Today was one of those times because the staff was completely rude. The two cashiers looked at me both at different times, in the eyes, and didn't say a thing. Yes, I appreciate that they didn't come up to me every five seconds and ask "could I help you find something?" However, blatant rudeness isn't cool and trust me, I have my massive betch mode some days but at least I know how be polite when I am being paid to do so. Also, if you were judging me on my gym clothes and bad hair do, well you should really examine yourself, just because I wasn't a size two and looked like I was going to SXSW you really shouldn't judge. You never know where people come from and how much they were going to spend until they didn't even get a "hello" from the employees.

Terrible customer service and return policy. Last Friday I purchased a pair of pants at the regular price of $69.50. On Sunday the pants I purchased were on the sale rack, $30.00 less. I went inside and inquired, if I brought my pants back with the receipt if I could "repurchase" them for the sale price. I was informed NO, that they couldn't do that. I was informed that they had a 2 week return policy, I could return them. On Monday I returned them and they wouldn't let me purchase them for the sale price. I even stated that "I guess I should have brought a friend with me so they could purchase them for me." I was informed that they didn't make the policy just followed them. It was as if I was forbidden from purchasing the pants. I could purchase anything else. Totally doesn't make any sense. Will not shop there again!

A great little shop with a large array of quirky things! If you have a friend or family member on the fun side, you're bound to find the perfect present for them here. There's knick-knacks, accessories, candles, soaps, decorational pieces, etc etc etc, a little bit of something for everyone. I wasn't able to finish looking at the selection, but I'd love to come back again!

This store has great small gifts. Lots of skin care. With that said our, visit lacked any warmth. The three employees were all huddled around some display of free cookies. No greetings or interactions with guest. They were not rude, just not helpful. Please go to Atown where you are treated well and the environment is calm and welcoming. Same company but different feel.

They have a good selection of brand make -up. Good place for quirky Austin-y gifts. Their mugs and sox are hilarious. Boyfriend says, "best coffee cups ever ". Good selection of hair products. If you buy the $30 yearly membership you will receive 10% off on purchases. That makes it cheaper than Sephora and Ulta. I'm not really into their clothing selection.

This place has an amazing collection of perfect gifts, from Voluspa candles to quirky ice cube trays (in the shape of fish, swizzle sticks, guns, etc.). They also offer complimentary gift wrapping. And even better, they have a suite of beauty and bath products - I go here for bumble and bumble hair products.

This store is the cutest! I love getting lost in all the random knick knacks they have in the store! Everything is so personalized to Austin, and the clothing is so trendy! The associates are super helpful if you need any suggestions for gifts!

First off, I love the staff here. Always very friendly and helpful without being lverbearing. They have a good selection of local items, keepsakes, and gifts. The clothes they carry aren't my jam and don't come in my size, but thats ok.

Blue Elephant is great for Austin themed gifts. All of their stuff is super cute. I shopped here for family and friends this past holiday and got everything I needed in one stop! The staff were more than happy to help as well!

Interesting place to buy great gifts but everything’s pricey. I guess that’s how it goes considering their location. But you’ll find cool things here you won’t find elsewhere like these nifty desk signs!
