I recently purchased a new suit. Used this business to dry clean 2 pairs of trousers and they were returned to me with multiple holes in then in the same spot on both pairs. Took both of them back to be repaired and both the owners denied that it could had been them. They took absolutely not responsibility that it was caused by the trousers being damaged from the dry cleaning process. It should be noted that I had used this business for over 10 years and I wold never use the again. I would strongly recommend to avoid the business on how I have been treated....

Unfortunately, I wanted my $100 thick mattress (approx.6 months old) protector dry cleaned, doesn't fit in washing machine. It was ruined with balls of polyester in it...I am sure they have insurance for these mistakes, but didn't get even refund. The owner told me to go to seller, and I am sure it was not their fault. Now using Allambie dry cleaners, lovely people, great affordable service.

We dropped of my partner's suit early Sunday morning, came to pick it up Tuesday night. IT WAS NOT EVEN CLEANED!! It had the same sweat stains and nothing but slight ironing was done on it. Trying to ring their number now to try and get a refund, but no answer! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I'll be taking it further

Terrible dry cleaners - I have had a number of bad experiences over the past few months including getting trousers back that have obviously not been cleaned and even still have creases in them. They have also recently just ruined a very expensive silk shirt by ironing it and burning through the fabric!!

Unfortunately, I have to warn people :After Dry cleaninng my mattress protector had lumps, I couldn't use it at all. Shop probably has some Insurance; I complained and got nothing... No apology even. i had to buy new mattress protector - i will never use services here again.

We have been having our clothes dry cleaned at Pacific Blue Dry Cleaners Brookvale for years now. The service is always consistent, professional and friendly. Clothes cleaned and pressed perfectly and always on time, highly recommend Pacific Blue Brookvale.

I put in a pure WHITE Witchery jacket. It came back with a dirty looking 'pinkish' tinge. Went back....they spent another two days on it. Came back STILL slightly pink looking. Certainly NOT white. Not happy - won't be going back!

I guess all laundry shops are doing their best in washing our clothes but one thing I loved it here is the friendly staff, always!
