Due to the carelessness of there agents our passports were misplaced. Our package to Singapore and Malaysia was expensive as compared to others. Dinner wasn't included in our package. our flight from Singapore to Malaysia was cancelled and nobody informed us. No one came to receive us on airport, we waited there for 2:30 hrs then a diver came. when we reached to Malaysia hotel, In the evening driver has to collect us for our night tour to Malaysia (according to itinerary) but they cancelled out tour without informing us and shifted that on 3rd day. Like this our whole day was wasted. Travel triangle agents haven't provided us the one day stay in Genting Highlands and even they didn't gave the tickets of sunway lagoon in our package while the other agents gave all this in cheaper rates to their customers. In future we will not prefer travel triangle as we are highly disappointed with services of travel triangle.

Last Friday December 17th I celled up Blue Ribbon Travel . In Whitestone to See if we could come in that very same afternoon. Georgine picked up the phone and said it was alright to come in . Even though they close at 5:00 . They close for the weekends . When we walked in Georgine was very nice and so was her boss . They helped us out to make plains for a future trip . And range for a car we really wanted to drive on that trip . We were very happy we went to Blue Ribbon Travel. I put them in my phone for future trips . . . .
