Worst ticketing system in whole dubai!!! There is no payment at the exits. Had to wait in long queue at the payment machine. Plenty of paid parking. But literllay had to wait almost an hour to get out from there as the gates were not opening for some vehicles. Lot of car horns and people getting angry had spoilt the mood. 1hr - 20 aed. If u have one purchase bill of 100aed from the selected retail shops (can be found from the QR code on parkings) , then 3 hours free. Hope they can make online payment methods for these parkings.

Great and convenient parking to visit Bluewaters island or even JBR is you don’t mind a short walk with incredible views! A bit on the expensive side , but most restaurants and shops validate your parking. Mind you that it gets very busy in the weekends and that the ‘ticketless’ parking validation results in long queues at the payment terminals and when exiting the parking. Count on 30-45 min to pay and exit especially in the weekend! Bluewaters Island is a must visit place in Dubai!

Worst parking experiencie ever! 20aed/hr to have to wait in line forever to get in and out! There are places with free parking with better design, layout and smoth entrance/exit... I have no problem paying, but you need to improve the way exit works, you cannot have 20min wait lines. I'm never driving here again, much better to park in JBR and just take the lovely walking bridge or avoid all together, plenty of amazing places in Dubai.

المكان ممتاز وجميل لكن رسوم المواقف مبالغ فيها وايضا غير موضحة قبل الدخول عشان تختار هل مبلغ 20 درهم فالساعه يناسبك او لا وهذا الشي الي تعودنا عليه في اي شي يخص دبي الا فهالمواقف تحس بالخدعة لما تجى تطلع اخذنا قهوة من ستاربكس ب 40 ودفعت مبلغ 40 للمواقف خلال ساعه وخمس دقايق لازم تكون فاتورتك اكثر من 100 درهم عشان ماتدفع رسوم المواقف . اتمنى يراجعو الرسوم ويحطو لوحه عند الدخول واضحه بالرسوم ويخلوها مثل باقي الاماكن .

The parking system they have is just another way to rip you off! I spent 650 AED in the ZENEVE London shop and ended up paying 40 AED parking. The gentleman in the shop didn’t knew how to use the validation system, at the exit gate they just really don’t care about the issue, rude and hopeless people!!! Blue Waters is a nice place for a walk, but never ever again, thanks to their parking!

20 AED/ Hour, paid extra for the waiting time to exit. Worst parking service ever seen. Only one payment machine in each floor(approximate waiting 20 minutes) Again queue for 1 hours to exit, and asking payment from the exit gate as well. There should be online portal for users to pay the fee (to avoid queue), and exit process needs to be fast for the paid vehicles.

Very worst experience ever in my life. . parking soooooooo expensive...it feels like they are only making money... Not worth spending Soo much and the parking sucks .. Soo many vehicles with only 1 exit ... Vehicles blocked everywhere and again they charge for being late to exit ... Woaw terrible experience ever... Never park your vehicle here

They charge high parking fees yet offer just one validation machine per floor, leading to long queues. You end up paying more just waiting to get out! And with their automated number plate recognition system not working, you can forget about the ‘free’ 3-hour parking, as the validation system doesn’t work.

مواقف السيارات اصبحت مدفوعة الآجر الساعة 20 درهم او انفاق 100 درهم في مطاعم محددة للاسف لن اتمكن من الذهاب الى هذا المكان كالمعتاد لان رسوم المواقف مبالغ فيها اضطررت الى الانتظار عند المخرج اكثر من عشرين دقيقة لان أحدهم خرج بدون ان يدفع فعلق هو ومن خلفه وحتى انه لا يوجد اي موظف امن او رقم هاتف للاتصال !!!

The parking situation is unbelievable it’s actually funny they are so rude their machines for the parking pay does not work, so we spent one extra minute inside the parking (im not exaggerating) and they charged us for 20 dhs!!!!!!! And they were so rude about it …

It's a rip off - I came to Bluewaters to have dinner and then got charged 60AED for parking - on top of my dinner bill. I used to come here regularly - but no more - I'm done with this place. This destination is basically nothing but a few shops and restaurants.

Bluewaters Island is a top-notch destination in Dubai for New Year's Eve fireworks viewing. It offers a modern, vibrant atmosphere with excellent dining and retail options. The island's location provides stunning views of the JBR and Atlantis fireworks.

We came for two cups of coffee in Starbucks worth 34 AED we end up paying over and above 40 AED for 1.1 hours parking!! They charge me full price for 1 minute. Will never come back to Bluewater area. Wrong decision by the management

Plenty of parking space. No queues during entry or exit. No trouble getting the ticket validated at a restaurant. And the best part - the whole process was paperless. PS. This is my experience from a single visit, on a Friday night.

Very expensive parking 20 AED per hour and loong queue for exit +30 mins (10 AED). I think they're trying to make the money spent for the biggest giant wheel, The Ain Dubai . Don't park a vehicle in the parking lot not worth it

Very experience in parking. First entering over the weekend takes time and then out. Another big issue they have only 3 payment machines for parking and while payment over the weekend you have to me in que for almost half an hour.

When you enter parking there is no barrier or ticket, after spending some hours at exit they charge me 80 dirhams for parking, concern authorities should take action on this behavior

واو شكرا دبي دايما فيها كل ما هو جديد وغير مألوف المكان عائلي شبابي لكل فئات المجتمع الوصف لا يكفي حق العمل والجهد المبزول في اجمل مكان في العالم من صنع انسان وتوفيق من رب العالمين

It was ticketless parking and if u want for more hours then do shopping there around 100 and will get parking free so beautiful place with family and friends

The payment system is horrible. Very few machines are available and it’s a very slow process. In the queue for about an hour just to pay the parking.

20 AED per hour, seriously? This is a deterrent for hanging out at Blue Waters despite the fact that a 100 AED spend gives you free parking.

Parking is changeable, not far busecuse it's a very big place. u can't come back in 1 hour, have to make parking free

Good number of parking 3 hours free, but you need to give plate number to the store if you buy 100 dirham or more
