Firstly- no live jazz, just a projector with a clip in loop. Secondly- we ordered our drinks. 2 out of 4 for drinks in reasonable time. Other two waiting. Drink 3 came. No drink 4. After chasing it up they told us they had no aperol (despite us spying a bottle). Instead we asked for a mojito. Eventually given a virgin one. We had to then ask for the rum. Rum was on the ingredients list for the mojito. Finally I got my mojito with rum. Third- asking for a rum and coke. No rum. However I was given rum in my mojito. Odd. I asked for a second mojito. Fourth- our first pizza took a while but he had almost finished it before the rest of our food came. So slow. I can’t say the food was amazing either. Generally slow service. Only go if you want the meal to last forever and you want to kill time. Also on many occasions the cat wandered into the kitchen... health and safety?! Defo unhygienic.

Beware!!! If you are tourist from another country they try to cheat you!!! We got a Cocktail Menu in English with good prices - for example a Long Island Ice Tea for 29.000 som. When the check came they wanted 59.000 som (more than double price) even for all the other drinks - at all it was about 50 dollars instead of 25 Dollars. The waitress couldn't explain this, so the manager came. She told us "the menu is an old one an they have new prices, but the waitress didn't explain because she doesn't speek english". After I told her this seems to be cheating and asked for the police, she began to discuss. I told her that I never pay that price and asked again for the police. After 5 minutes of waiting she changed the check to the correct prices. This behavior to tourist is unbelievable and very brazenly!!!

The place is too bad and the staffs are too pathetic with bad service. Did reservation one day before but when we arrived we were denied entry by the waiter. it’s too bad and not acceptable in any possible way as a foreigner . . A message for the manager/ owner of the place - Please hire some new waiters as the present waiters are very very very rude and have no manners at all. Teach them some. Not recommended to anyone if you want to spend some nice time then don’t visit this place

First day in Samarkand and this was walking distance so decided to go for lunch. Waited over 50 minutes, no explanation or even asking if we were ok. About to get up and go when they brought cold chicken salad with tacos, we said we’d pay for the drinks but won’t be eating. They pointed out on the menu it says 20 - 40 minutes, we said it was nearly and hour and someone should’ve said that earlier. Anyway we paid for the drinks and left

We loved Blues! We had a great time, the food was delicious, and the beer and vodka choices were good. The atmosphere is very cool and casual, although the bar is quite small. Our waitress was very helpful, and the menu was in Russian. I’m not sure whether the bad reviews for this place are genuine, because we didn’t pay any extra for being foreigners, and the service gratuity was only 15%. We left our waitress an extra tip because she was working so hard but still stopped to order us a taxi.

Entering the café we were already pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and the music, but what really made our day was the kitchen. The chefs really know their job. I had an incredible juicy steak, cooked to perfection and I am not exeggerating. As desert a great cheesecake. And a good selection of drinks, including fair local wines. And all for very reasonable prices. The only suggestion for the staff is to be more alert to customers wishing to order.

Отличное тихое уютное место, есть два зала, один поменьше второй побольше. Еда для бара просто обалденная, рекомендую взять пиццу blues, в узбекистане такой точно нигде больше не попробуете. Цены приятно удивили. Персонал адекватный, расторопный. Меню было не полное, но это был рамазан, клиентов мало, поэтому ничего удивительного. В общем рекомендую к посещению, не пожалеете :) p s. есть коньяк собственного производства, обязательно попробуйте.

It's a nice bar for this area. Just theyr not correct, and in some way a shame. I went there with my Uzbekistan working college. Surprisingly they have two menu card. One in English and one in Uzbek. And also the price big different. If I pay more as a expat, ok. Just the Uzbek citizen paid also more because we sitting together. Unbelievable !!!!. I will post this on any place wherever I get the chance.

Единственное место в Самарканде где можно почувствовать атмосферу Америки. Обстановка в музыкальном стиле, везде музыкальные инструменты, на стенах фото знаменитых блюзменов, отличный бар. А пить хороший алкоголь, когда играет джаз, это непередаваемо. Очень давно там играла живая музыка, жаль что сейчас уже не так. А вообще было бы круто если бы джаз играл со старых приемников... 10/10 Очень советую

Отличное и веселое место. Интерьеры попытались сделать под Америку. На постоянной основе играет блюз из youtube. Был несколько раз. Есть 2 зала - 1 внутри за отдельной дверью; и 1 во внутреннем дворе. Лучше сесть во дворе, там веселее. По еде - брал стейк рибай (по факту это не рибай, а просто мясо на кости) довольно неплохой, тако тоже неплохо приготовлен. В общем остался доволен.

So, if you're just passing by traveler from overseas it is a best place considering a total from Samarkand and even Tashkent. There're quality places, places with good food, or an atmosphere, but no other place will provide you with everything. This place has its soul, I mean, if you are really tired, you can recover here. It is tasty, cozy, and even funky.

Безумно приятное и тематическое место, которому уже 20 лет. Атмосфера и интерьер чётко определяют концепт заведения. Вкусный их фирменный коньяк, пиво и жареные абрикосовые косточки, про кухню даже говорить не буду, так как она очень вкусная! Кстати, были там 2 дня подряд)) уж очень там понравилось и ещё недалеко от отеля! Очень рекомендую!

Very Good atmosphere, although the bar is a little small. We liked the interior and good music. We had chicken wings which were delicious. Fast service as well. This is one of the best bars in Samarkand I guess.

Потрясающий бар с 26 летней историей! Ребята сделали оригинальный безалкогольный лимонад тархун/блюкурасау в жару идеально и налили белого вкусного местного вина! Сервис на высоком уровне, лучше чем в Ташкенте! С любовью из Новосибирска!!! Вы классные)))

Went kind of expecting some live music, but not to be. Did sit and have a nice drink. The staff were friendly (not English speaking). The red wine was ice cold, but the beer on tap was good stuff. Pretty small, but had a good pub/bar feel. Oh, and there was blues on.

It's not safe at all. The worst pub in the Samarkand. The waiter and the manager are so plutomania. Not a good place for sophisticated people. You can't chill abundantly, anyone can come to your table and start swearing and punching, really sick people out there.

Highly recommended if you’re looking to temporarily escape to a Western-style bar. Great music and ambiance and their mushroom pizza is the best pizza I’ve had in UZ (the secret’s in the sauce). It can be a bit smoky in there but it is a Blues Bar after all.

Bonnes bières mais musique décevante compte-tenu du nom du bar. Le blues était en fait une vidéo d’un spectacle américain et nous avons même eu droit à Céline Dion à un moment donné… le serveur a « oublié » de nous rendre la monnaie pour 2 commandes sur 3.

Very good food (2 of each lg beer, delicious soup and Cesar salad for 105.000 = 12$). Excellent music, jazz style (I would have liked as well listening to the cool pop videos of the 90's). But: smoking is permitted (therefore only 4 stars).

The food was very good but the waiter was very rude and disrespectful to us (2 women)! They pushed us to leave and found ways and solutions to get everyone a table except us ! We were very disappointed as the comments were very positive.

Avoid this place at all times!! Don't even think a moment to go. They are a scam. They add 50% at the bill. They said the menu has old prices. Then they fantasised a non existence tax. They're rude and a scam. Don't go there.

If you have tables, why not install people at your tables? Ended up spending 360k at the bar with empty tables just behind me... weird atmosphere. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Zeer leuke bar. De enige die ik in deze sfeer/inrichting in Oezbekistan heb gevonden. Op een westerse manier ingericht met sfeervol licht en achtergrondmuziek. Veel eten op de kaart voor weinig geld. Aanrader.

Бессмертный Blues, всё живёт и по-моему совсем не испортился. Хороший коньяк, кухня качественная, интерьер располагающий, дополнительный зал появился. Приятно возвращаться сюда.

Good atmosphere. Lots of reserved tables, though. Lucky for us, there was one free table. There were construction works in front of the building (as of 1st week of July 2023).

Do not expect typical UZ food. International food in a small bar with western music decoration. Great for a change if you are a bit tired of plov and manti. Recommended!

This is the only proper bar in town, where a female can come for a drink without it being weird. The atmosphere, music and staff are nice.
