If I could give I minus rating I would! Absolutely disgusted at the quality of your products. I brought toys for my parrot from you guys only to find wood Bora in them, surely this means you don't check your stock before putting them on your shelves. Secondly, I brought food for my parrot only to find worms inside them! How can you put stock on your shelves without checking for quality, especially when the products are being given to our loved pets. I will never visit your stores by Bluff Spar or by Bluff PnP again!

These Great people at this store treat you with the utmost respect and value your business. There is no reason to go anywhere else, this is the best value for money with a wide range of products for all your pets needs. Worst shop to visit in all of Durban. Been there on four different occasions and was dissapointed every single time. The are not helpful. Sitting around chatting ignoring clinets and when you do ask for help they make you feel like toi requested a kidney. Will not support this business.

This shop sells sick dead fish. It's not up to the customer to check the condition of their fish. Went back to explain story to the shop just to make them aware that their fish are sick. I was told I was suppose to check the fish before I buy it. Beware! You at your own risk

Was drawn to this petshop over a Facebook ad. When we got there, we were told that the fish that they advertised weren't for sale yet?! Besides that, had brackish puffers in fresh water with one already dead. The sales assistant seemed like she didn't know much as well

This is the best pet store I've ever visited. Not only do they sell high quality products and adorable little pets, the staff are always very helpful and very friendly. Visiting Bluff Unleashed Pet Store is always a delight. These guys deserve 10 stars!
