The large company that services my car told me that I need a new tires so off I went to Bob Jane in Elizabeth. I chose them because they have great reviews but those great reviews don't even do them justice. Rob at Bob Jane checked my car and told me I still had 5000 klms left on my tyres and there is absolutely no need to replace them yet. If they'd replaced the tyres I would have been none the wiser, this also tells me that they are not desperate for work as their reputation precedes them. Honesty like this is sometimes hard to find these days so I won't even be price matching or checking any other company out in the future as I have complete faith in their integrity. This simple act of honesty means Bob Jane now have both our cars.

Our Buisness has been a Customer of Bob Jane at Elizabeth since Mark and Ben opened at Elizabeth. We have had a few issues but they were sorted. Today I rang a few times to book our Work vehicle in for a aligment and balance, but each time I phone I got told I was being put on hold, the first on hold was until I hung up after a fair time . I rang back , I need to put you on hold. Excuse me I am on a mobile and it cost money of which I am paying for. So I rang Salisbury and they took my booking for our vehicle to be looked after. Thank You Salisbury, you now have our Vehicles, it may not be much but it is money to you now, Thank You. Lyn and Mario

It was 2pm..I was looking to have 2 tyres fitted today...(175/65 14) After ringing a few places with out any success.. These guys said they could do All Rounders for $115ea. I said i can be there in half hour..they said that would be fine. I arrived in that time and they took her in within 5 minutes. I sat in the waiting room watching "The chase" with a cool cup of water. It was very neat and comfortable. Within 30 mins my car was done. I paid the $115 and was on my way. These guys were very professional, helpful and friendly. Thanks guys. Definetly be back next time I need tyres.

I started using BJane Elizabeth about 2 years ago. They have always been professional, courteous and HONEST. My wife got a screw puncture to her tire this week. I took the wheel down today and the manager said "we can repair that, no problem. Just give us 30 minutes." I returned 40 mins later, they brought the wheel out to me and because we use them regularly they said "no charge!". This is the definition of GREAT SERVICE! I cannot recommend the manager at the Elizabeth site highly enough (sorry I forgot to get your name). Well done and THANK YOU

I had a really bad day topped off by nail in my tyre and came with unexpected very flat tyre.I think the guys he is owner of bob Jane done and he done my job with full enthusiasm and he done within 10mint when I ask him to pay he said no need to pay he haven’t charge me unbelievable these days still alive that kind off people appreciate guys and salute of you absolutely phenomenal service will definitely be a returning customer.

Excellent service by manager and staff.Fitted me in for 2 new tyres due to a bad puncture and nearly worn out other tyre with no notice or appointment and all done in 1 hour.The manager showed great compassion as i had the car booked in elsewhere for a headlight repair and then a 5.15pm neurosurgeon appointment in the city.Great customer service.Highly recomended.To top it off was offered coffee,biscuits,tv,remote and newspaper while the job was being done.5* service.

Great service!! Went there Saturday morning with a punctured tyre to repair. Was done within the hour with the tyre back on the car, also other tyres topped up with nitrogen. The boys were busy in the workshop so the manager on the day fitted the tyre himself. Great teamwork at Bob Jane Elizabeth. For a tyre/car centre, you'd think they would understand simple road rules, like keeping left in an 80 zone, common knowledge right?. I had the displeasure of being stuck behind their company ute in an 80 zone, and when I finally get around him, he waves his arms at me life a caged gorilla, does he even know simple road rules?. what a great representative of your business.

I've been coming to Bob Jane at Elizabeth now for over 10 years (possibly longer if I include going as a child with my grandparents) and the service is always amazing! Got a set of RE003s and a wheel alignment on my Wrx... get the car back and the clutch squeaks and my bearings front and rear have split. These guys are rough with cars do bring them here! A free wheel alignment for the trouble does not do justice for the $$$$ I am now having to spend to get my rexxy back into the same condition as I dropped it off!

Been doing business there for many years. There are two problems. 1/ The area for parking and getting out of there is small especially with a caravan. 2/ The coffee in the guest waiting rooms is terrible, they need to put more beans in the machine as it comes out like dish water. Apart from that grizzle, I will continue to go there for my tyres.

Bought 3 sets of 6 tyres from this store and been impressed evertime. They go above and beyond on the installations they spun my new tyres multiple times a rim to not have to use alot of weights to get the balence. Also they use a tension wrench to tighten the wheels unlike alot of other stores I've heard about. Thanks for the great service.

The best brands at incredible prices! Customer service is fantastic, did have two minor issue with a bad bead seal and a leaky valve, all fixed quickly at no cost and no questions. Mistakes and issues happen, good service is when things like this are resolved quickly and easily. My family and I will return!

Called up first thing in the morning, put tyres on order, had an appointment for 3:00pm to put them on and was told I'd get a call if there was any issues. When I went in I was told my tyres weren't there and the only thing they could put on was $40 dearer per tyre. Was definitely unhappy about this.

We visited the Elizabeth store on Saturday the 5th of November and the amazing staff went absolutely above and beyond to help my son with his flat tyre. Thank you so much to the staff on shift you absolutely made our day. We appreciate all of your help and will definitely be returning customers now.

They put my spare tyre in upside down which locked it in so you could not get it out, and being a tyre you have to pump up they never put the valve back in so if you could get it out you could not pump it up. Could leave you stuck on the side off the road and not be able to fix it.

I was very displeased with the quality of service and product I recieved, plus the condition of my car when returned. They had two attempts to get it right and they failed both times. Bob Jane will never see me again. If there was a zero star rating option, I would've done that.

Nothing but outstanding!!! I took up their time with a flat tyre, after looking at it, cleaning it up and pumping it back up, I was not charged a cent! They may have not used any materials, but they still used their time. Excellent service!
