We always had 2 small babes in tow and needed to make every second count. I really appreciate him coordinating home viewings for us in an efficient way. Loved that he is of this century and communicates via text. Super appreciate that he was quick with responses and never left us hanging. If he ever took a tad longer to respond, which was rare, he would have an explanation which wasn't even necessary but I appreciate his transparency. Lucky for us he was a master at interpreting what we wanted because we couldn't always articulate it in the right way. He totally "got" us and our vibe. There were times when he even told us this wasn't the right house and he was right. Bobby was like a friend who wanted the best for us and simultaneously remained highly professional. Super great combo. I would highly recommend. Oh another great thing was that we needed to get the knob and tube taken out before getting our home insured and he made it happen before possession date.
