My last visit turn out to be a very painful experience - The masseur used his elbows on my shoulders and arms and (Yes I paid for 45 Minutes and it ended in $75 with oil) it was elbow only crushing my shoulders, arms, thighs. I had to tell him 2/3 times to slow down and reduce the pressure & NOT use his elbows and only use his hands. Writing this Review after 1 day as even after tons of Panadol my shoulders, thighs and my arms still hurts all. The masseur also gave me a head massage and poured a the whole bottle of oil on my head!!!!! YES, The whole bottle of oil on my head, the oil went in my eyes, face and mouth. After that I left in frustration and they didn’t even have the decency to give me a proper clean with hot towel, at least they could have cleaned the oil/ the mess they made on my head and face!!! Nope nothing!! Unprofessional!!! But, they definitely would take your MONEY IN ADVANCE!!! This massage parlour is a money making shop only, they don’t care about hygiene or their customers!! Customer = Money. They don’t know what a happy customer is or customer satisfaction. Be aware of these frauds/ I WILL NOT recommend this place!!

I never normally leave bad reviews but this needs to be said. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money at this place. I walked in with a really bad headache, which i stated to the masseuse. I wanted a deep tissue massage on my shoulders, neck and a head massage. I paid $50 to have my back RUBBED for half an hour. I asked the masseuse if she could use more pressure, she tried. Her movements were so erratic on my back, that I had to keep reminding her of where I needed more attention. I felt like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t care for my needs. She then proceeds to use her ELBOW on my head… KNOWING I had a headache she started SLAPPING my back with more energy she used the entire massage to let me know the session was over. Ive woken up for the first time in my life with a sore scalp! I left there feeling so stressed and angry and would never recommend anyone else to go. .

I called up to see if they had time in 20 minutes and they assured me they did.When I got there, two staff members were yelling at each other at the front desk when they noticed I was standing there, one of them told me to wait outside. The other ran up to me and said how long do you want, grabbed my arm and pulled me inside. I asked and paid the guy for 20 minutes, telling him there was one particular spot on my shoulder. The lady worked on me for 15 minutes during which I told her 4 times where I was sore, she said ok and continued with what she was doing. When she told me I had 5 minutes left I had told her that she still had not worked on where I was sore. When time was up she said ok done and walked away. You could not pay me enough money to go back there again. Not only have they wasted my time and money, I am still trying to process what I have just experienced.

What an amazing experience. I was broken after 3 days of Skiing up Mount Perisher. Quads, Calves, Back, Neck and forearms were super fatigued and extremely sore. Vicky worked on me for 2 hours and I feel brand new. She applied the right pressure and at times it needed to be extremely hard to get the breakthrough and outcome for the muscle to feel great again with no pain. Can't highly recommend her and the team and Body Haven Massage. Great facility, communication and service. One of the best massages I have ever had. 5 Stars.

Best massage in northern area. I'm using this health centre for several years now. I had my right hand side foot broken and the recovery was long but pleasent due to the knowledge and professional approach of Ari's massage therapy. I do have full trust and I learn so much about my body . I don't have pain in my legs and my right hand is better than new. If there were more stars I will happily give it to this massage centre.

My wife and I had our first deep tissue massage, for 45 mins. The gentlemen started off slow and gradually increased pressure. It hurt so good . The staff were super friendly and I'll definitely be back again. Really relieved alot of my muscle stiffness from resistance training in one session. …

I have visited a few times and on every occasion have been impressed with the skill, knowledge and professionalism of the therapists. Every single therapist has been amazing, in that regard it has been the most consistent centre I have ever frequented. Highly recommend.

I have been to many massage places in Craigieburn but always seem to end up back at Body Haven, their staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable and always will ask how the massage is going while you're there Dont hesitate to go here, keep up the great work guys!

I go in and they asked me to sit down and wait 10 minutes then after 10 minutes, someone walks out and tells me I need to wait for another 45 minutes. I have been here at least five times and it is so unprofessional that they don’t take their company seriously.

Have been going to body haven for about 2years now . Service is always 1st class . The massage shop is always clean well maintained staff are always attentive to our needs . Most over all i always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated . Highly recommended!

Frustrated by the communication. The display price and price with health insurance are different. This is something needs to be clarified before fixing the appointment. I wouldn't recommend them. They seem confused while talking.

The massages have exceeded my expectations which is a magician! I feel so relaxed afterwards, and my mood is lifted. The therapist has helped me with some injuries too. I highly recommend Body Haven, you can’t go wrong!

very small crammed area, bed was uncomfortable and too narrow. Paid for a hour full body oil massage, felt rushed and limited technique more-so just rubbing oil around. left feeling disappointed.

Massage was ok , hard to communicate to the staff available what type / areas to massage I wanted my neck done predominantly but it was missed etc the pressure was strong so that was a positive.

I had a pregnancy massage with Bella and feel so relaxed and happy afterwards. She had some great techniques to target the tension areas in my back and she was so lovely! Thank you.
