Body food Lean meals have changed my life!!! I’ve been a customer of Body Foods for over a year now and can’t get enough of their meals! The greens are raw... hardly any gravy so you end up eating dry balls or chicken. It doesn't show any nutritional value and they don't answer their messages. Rice and pasta was the worst. I had to throw that part off and cook something to eat with the almost non existent gravy.
