They were transparent from the beginning and were filled with ideas on how we could have all we wanted and stay within our budget. We learnt all about the 4c’s and the importance of selecting the ideal diamond for us. We felt no pressure from Zorro to make a quick decision and he was very patient with us with several meetings before making a decision on the final design.
