Never have I been spoken to so poorly before! I took in a baby outfit to exchange that still had tags attached and the receipt and because it was out of the 30 day return policy they refused. Even after explaining it was a gift prior to my baby being born and as I had an emergency cesarean I was unable to get to the store to exchange it. They simply didn't care, still refused and didn't even apologise. The girl was so condacending and pointed out the date it was purchased compared to todays date like I was an idiot. I would have thought a store like Bonds would have exceptions in place for such circumstances. I will certainly be telling people to avoid Bonds Craigieburn like the plague!!!

Unfortunately I find bonds way too overpriced for the product they sell. Esp since it's made in poor countries,( hope they paying the factory workers a living wage at the price they charge.) It's actually not affordable for me. Some items I loved that they used to make they have stopped unfortunately, so don't buy bonds anymore.

There's a lady who is pretty much always working there when I visit and she is always in a good mood and extremely helpful because she knows her products and store like the back of her hand! She's genuinely happy to help you make the right choices and even order in for you.

Very bad service!! Working lady yell on customer for no reason! You have to have a good customer service/ respect for customer specially for old people!!!!
