Dont go here ladies, under experienced and terrible customer service! Got a brow lamination and wax and get home about 20 mintes later and under my brow really started to burn and it was red raw. Had to go out and get burn cream from the pharmacist to help take out the burn. I messaged niahm straight away explaining what was going on and also that I obviously wasn't happy. She replied hours later telling me it was something I'd done or put on. And not once in the reply did she ask how I was, if it was sore, nothing. Then I wake up the next morning and my eye area is completely swollen and red raw. I immediately message niahm with photos and was met with a generic message telling me it was something I'd done and took zero accountability, again didn't ask how I was(it was really bad) and said seek medical help if I need to. Not one concern from her and not a sorry, nothing. You can clearly see the wax line where my delicate skin was ripped off but again was told it was somehow something I'd done. I asked for a refund and to take some accountability and was called up and told she doesn't do refunds but will this time, and that it is both our faults. I understand skin lifts its happend but not to this extent. And the worse part was to be met with such attitude and didn't care about her client. Not in one message did she ever offer any kind of support. I was in pain all the next day in work with an eye which looked like I'd been hit in the face. Also she them proceeded to tell me I'm clearly not a candidate for wax and lamination which is strange because I've been getting it for years with my regular therapist and this has never happend! I only went to bonki again as my therapist was away. I messaged her photos and she was far more concerned about my skin then niahm and she did nothing wrong! It's going down slowly but it's possible it could scar. Also after all that my brows feel like straw, so dry and brittle. They must use cheap products as they never feel this way after a lamination. Also the girls are very inexperienced and don't seem to no what they are doing. Go elsewhere to someone with care and experience and who won't neglect there duty to keep you safe. Absolutely terrified now to see how this heals.

Cannot fault these girls! Always such a warm and inviting energy in the salon! Completely meet your needs when you want to have a chatty or a zen, snoozy appointment these girls aren’t just beauty gurus, it’s truly like chatting with your friends. I’ve gone to Sara for eyelashes for as long as I remember now and all I can say is she is a beautiful, perfectionist. She will not leave you looking in any way shape or form like you’ve ugly caterpillars on your eyelids! She nails my lashes every single time! Always asks if there’s anything I’d like different, but because they’re always top-notch there’s never a change needed 10/10 would (and will continue) to recommend! Best in the bizz x

If I could give 100 star review I would. Bonki is an incredible salon with the best salon owners. I’ve been to Niamh for my makeup and she listened to exactly what I wanted, was so warm and friendly and I’ve never been happier with my makeup. I go to Sara for my brows and she is a true perfectionist and professional. An expert at what she does. Both of the girls take such pride in their work and are clearly so passionate about what they do. Always so happy with my brows and the experience in Bonki. I got so many compliments after my brow lamination and my makeup with Niamh. Couldn’t recommend this place more for all your beauty needs- hair, make up, brows, lashes and nails

I have recently started visiting Sara for eyelash extensions and it’s safe to say I won’t be going anywhere else in Sydney! She is the warmest and sweetest person ever. Straight off the bat she wants to know exactly what style you’re after and whether you’ve had lashes before etc. Throughout the process she checks in to see if you’re ok, we’ve also had such great conversations - she really makes an effort to make you feel as comfortable as possible! Her work is truly so gorgeous. I’m now visiting her every 2-3 weeks! Couldn’t recommend Bonki more!

I’ve had my makeup and my lashes done here and the girls at Bonki are so so great. The minute you walk through the door they make you feel at ease. The girls poured me some bubbles on my birthday to sip while my makeup was done and made me feel a million dollars. When having my lashes done Sara made sure she knew exactly what I wanted showing me lots of pictures and talking it through with me. My lashes were so stunning I loved them. Definitely recommend!

Have been going to Sara since I got to Australia for my make up on any special occasion. The knowledge and skill she has is incredible! Recently got to come and experience the amazing new salon. The space itself and all the girls, not just Sara, were so warm and inviting and made the whole experience feel so special. Counting down to days for another excuse to go in and get dolled up!

These girls are just the best! I go to them for lashes, brows, makeup and nails I have never had a bad experience with them. I love how they customise each service so that you get exactly what you want. They use only the best products and hygiene is a priority with every service. You come out feeling gorgeous and with sore cheeks from all the giggles can’t recommend enough

Any time I’ve visited the salon for eyebrows with Sara or Niamh I’ve left so happy with the result! The girls are so welcoming and friendly and the salon space is so gorgeous and unique! They explain everything as they’re doing it and made me feel confident I was in good hands. Would recommend anyone to visit either of the girls for an eyebrow transformation :)

Niamh has been doing my brows for a while now and I couldn’t be happier - the HD tint lasts for so long and my lamination is always perfect and leaves my brows still feeling healthy which is amazing!
