This man is experienced, good with his customer service, charges reasonably and provides an excellent quality in his repair work. I highly recommend him. I have had more than one item repaired by him and I don't feel the need to go anywhere else.

I took 4 pairs of my favourite shoes here to get fixed and cleaned including louboutins and salvatore ferragamos. The results are incredible - they look new again! I'll definitely be coming back. Great customer service and reasonable prices too.

Took leather boots in for a zip replacement at 9:15 when the opening hrs say 9am start. He was an hour late, and the chemist next door said that is normal and people are always asking them where he is. So I leave my shoes there and he says

I dropped my shoes off on a Friday and was told they would be ready in the afternoon the next day. An unfortunate personal emergency occurred and they had to close early on Saturday, and were unable to finish them by the afternoon.

Went in with my wifes Luois Vuitton bag that had a broken strap. Excellent repair job, it took my wife a little while to find the actual repair it was that good. Quick turn around as well. Highly recommend
