The apartment looked exactly as it was advertised and it actually exceeded my expectations: It combines very high, modern details with the charm of an old house, completely repainted and refurnished. The kitchen is superb, the bathroom has the standards of a hotel, the neighbors are polite, friendly and very respectful. From the moment I've declared my interest for the flat, Nick has yet again demonstrated high professionalism with his very clear and extremely helpful manners. The whole transaction was smooth, easy and in a month I moved in. Nick and the whole team answer any email pretty quickly and never fail to help whenever you need to. I recently purchased my first property through Borgman Earls Property Consultants. In this instance i was mainly dealing with Tracey. My experience with Tracey was great. I chose to enter the property world in a great time of uncertainty due to Covid 19. Tracey was extremely helpful in arranging viewings in the initial stages whilst adhering to Covid guidelines. As the sale progressed there where many external factors that tried to slow down the process, however, Tracy was great for staying in touch and offered support at all times.
