We were so lucky to get a last minute appointment at Botanica as someone had to cancel! Next time we will book earlier to guarantee our visit as we will absolutely be coming back to this gorgeous Day Spa. The Couples Room is just beautiful as are the individual treatment rooms that we saw as we walked past. Our Therapists Mia and Julia were just so friendly and welcoming and their technique was incredible. Both my husband and I said it was the best massage we have ever had. The Massage Tables were like floating on a cloud and the whole experience had us both feeling like zombies afterwards as we were just so relaxed. Thank you to all the lovely staff who made us feel so welcome and so relaxed. We will see you next time.

I had the Royal Botanica four hour treatment as part of a treat weekend to celebrate my Birthday and I wasn't disappointed! The lovely therapist who pampered me throughout was Yoko. She was very attentive and explained how all my treatments were going to be performed so I knew what to expect during my session. Yoko explained that she wanted me to relax and fully enjoy the experience and therefore would keep talking to a minimum during the treatments. The massages were fabulous and I could feel the tension fall away from my muscles. The facial, using Elemis products was pure bliss and the products smelled devine. When researching wellness spas i came across amazing reviews and ratings for the Botanica Wellness Spa clinic. I called to enquire and spoke with Sofie who was so delightful to deal with. One of the best customer service experiences i ever had. I booked in my sister in law for the Royal Botanica treatment with Julia. She said it was like being in heaven and that Julia was an absolute artist! I can't thank the team at Botanica enough for making this experience as special as my sister in law is. Original booking was made with Sophie, a breath of fresh air in customer service. Sophie provided a seamless booking process with our couples massage therapy and her manner of greeting was warm and professional from the moment we stepped through the door. Our therapists were Rebecca and Shanae, both of whom provided a thorough personal consultation with my partner and myself. Both skilled therapists, extremely professional service and my partner was asleep in minutes... I myself enjoy quite a firm massage and was impressed with the diligent manner the therapy was tailored to suit. Highly recommend!

The Destress package I had was exactly that. 90 minutes of a perfect massage followed by a 30 minute facial. The ambiance, music and environment was soothing and May, who administered my treatments was just as soothing. She had the perfect pressure for the massage and was very sweet and pleasant. Just a heads up, the spa does not have showers but the lotion used was not oily and didn’t really require rinsing. Parking in the hotel is not included with treatments. Nevertheless the hotel and spa were lovely and everyone I interacted with was helpful and kind. A very pleasant experience.

I booked in for the 4-hour Royal Botanica Signature Spa Journey on Saturday 18 Jun 22. It was absolute pure bliss. A perfect way to spend the weekend being pampered from head to toe. Julia my therapist was amazing, professional, and brilliant at her job. Made me feel so relaxed and wonderful the entire time. From the dry scrub, body wrap, massage to the facial it was heavenly and the Elemis product range left my skin glowing. If you have an chance to enjoy such a sensational treat I would highly recommend.

From booking my appointment to receiving my treatment, everything was seamless. Kate was my therapist, she was well presented and had an eye for detail. Her massage was devine! Kate took care walking around the room, made sure I was never cold and recovered each part of the body with intention. It was hard to believe that others were in the spa with me, it was quiet and relaxing. Great thought has gone into the set up and layout of the spa. I can't wait to return. Thank you.

Everything was an amazing start with making bookings,step into the spa I felt so warm and welcoming staff were so professional and friendly. I had a facial with Kate she was beautiful, professional, knowledgeable she understands what I need on my skin and worked into it. I felt with care and skin felt so amazing after the facial. It makes me think I would love to have facial there regularly. I felt so special being there and I loved it so much. I will be back!

My partner came here first. After constantly hearing how much her skin had improved, how amazing she felt, and how perfect she looked, decided to try it myself. Just started a couple days ago so theres not a lot of change. But the costumer service is incredible. Staff is super friendly and the products that they work with feel great. I have never used skin care before. She took the time to explain me and gave me a super simple Routine. Totally recomended it

Had a very relaxing massage experience at Botanica today. My therapist Julia was very professional, the massage pressure was perfect and adjusted to my particular needs. My husband said the same of his massage with Chiara. In addition to an excellent massage, there was no distracting noise from people walking through the corridor or people talking, which I find happens regularly elsewhere and can really take away from the experience. Highly recommended.

As a professional in the industry and now a Spa Consultant myself, I had high expectations when visiting Botanica Wellness Spa. My expectations were absolutely met and I enjoyed every moment of my guest experience. The products were beautiful, the herbal tea was wonderful and i was delightful to see all staff impeccably groomed. My therapist was well trained, had great product knowledge and delivered a treatment I could not fault. I will be back!

My family bought me a spa voucher for my birthday. I had a massage and a facial, both were amazing! It was such a luxurious experience and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I have very sensitive skin, and I’m allergic to aloe Vera (often the go-to at spas), so I really appreciated the use of gentle but effective products! My skin felt so hydrated and smoothe afterwards. I would absolutely recommend this spa!

Had the De-Stress Spa Journey from Megan and it was the best back massage I've ever had! She was very friendly, professional and tailored the massage exactly how I like. Only issue was that the journey included a foot massage which I was really looking forward to, but I didn't receive this element unfortunately. Still a really relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Had the most lovely experience at Botanica Day Spa with the Pure Indulgence treatment for myself and my Mum. Lovely, tranquil environment and simply exquisite treatment thanks to May and Julia. By far the best facial I have ever had - Julia was a standout and my Mum enjoyed her time with May equally. Highly recommend and look forward to returning again.

Amazing! This is my favourite place to get a massage in Melbourne! As soon as you walk in, you feel relaxed. Staff are professional and friendly. My masseuse Yoko-san was considerate, polite, competent and even taught me a few massage techniques to try in between my visits. I walked out after the massage and immediately wanted to book in more! 10/10

Booked a double Muscle Melt massage for the BFF and I, it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend the 90 minute massage….. first time I truly relaxed fully in a spa session. That extra 30 minutes made all the difference. The booking process was easy, staff were lovely, and the session itself was all we could have hoped for

My wife thought it was good but I wanted a deep massage and got a fairy massage walked out more sore then when I arrived, when they did my facial or what ever felt like I was being sunburnt it was burning my skin, honestly if you want a good massage don't go here I payed $1300 for the Royal package and for me was 100% not worth it.

The clinic is immaculate. The service amazing. The best of all was Mia my masseur she was the best I have ever had. The message is exactly what I wanted with the firm pressure.
