Location was very convenient, as it was only a few minutes walk from McPherson Square Metro, which itself is easy walking distance to the White House and those main tourist sights. McPherson Square Metro stop is also on the silver line, therefore was ideal for our travel later in the evening to Dulles Airport. The location was in a safe area and was a barber shopfront and although we thought through our booking it shut at 6pm, we were told on arrival that it actually shuts at 7pm, with the guy in the shop saying we could leave them until then no problem. As it transpired we actually picked them at 6 to head to the airport in plenty time for our flight.

I found out about Bounce because of my Airbnb host, and found one that was a block from where I needed to be. They were friendly, my bag was untouched, exactly where I left it when I returned. My other option would have been to haul all the way across the city to Union Station and pay 3x to store one small bag there. This saved me time and money and I got to meet a small businessman I'd never have met otherwise!

I was a little surprised this location was in a Barbershop. However the gentleman that confirmed our reservation was very polite and quickly took care of our luggage. Pick up was a breeze, He remembered us from earlier in the day confirmed that we did have our belongings and we were out the door.

Friendly people but a bit messy place (it is a hair salon) so that it doesn't look reassuring at first glance. Luggage is left exposed in plain sight. Don't know what happens if left overnight. We left ours for a few hours and everything was fine to be fair.

Great storage area. It's super convenient, especially if you plan on taking the metro to the national mall. It's around a 5 minute walk to the nearest station. Plus, just very nice people.

Conveniently located a couple blocks from the Metro and near a lot of museums and attractions. Easy drop-off and pick-up with friendly folks! I would absolutely do it again.

I wasn't happy that my bag was left in plain sight on the floor just inside the front door of this barber shop for 6 hours. Not safe enough for me.
