This service was the BEST! I was a little skeptical at first but using Bounce was great. We had trouble finding the location, but called the listed number and Zack gave us great directions. The services provided at this location are great! Not only do they store your luggage, they have a shuttle service/Uber. Had I read more reviews we would have planned to go to the beach since they have showers at the facility where they keep the luggage. Zack is very reliable. I would definitely use this service again!!! It's perfect for a late flight! You get to enjoy your last day in Maui and know your luggage and transportation is taken care of! Thank you Zack!!!

The best shopping is in New York for sure but I truly didn't plan it this time. So I ended up buying too much and didn't want to carry it around. I looked up lockers with daily rates and I certainly across this beautiful app. I found something close to Penn Station and I am happy I did. I was walking empty hands all day long before my bus came and I bought even more gifts to bring home. Great app and outstanding service. Thank you guys!

I was skeptical at first but we really needed to store our luggage before our late night flight in Vegas. Glad I took a shot and used this service. It was easy, secure, and safe. The location we chose was great and the people who serviced us were helpful. Best decision we could have made. The app was easy to use and booking was smooth. I will use this service again and tell others about it.

Had no issues. Dropped off our luggage and picked it up. It was pretty simple haha. Only issue is that you can definitely become confused about the location. We were looking for an actual place that said storage or something but that's not the case. It's actually a bail bondsman place. Once we figured that out, we were cool.

We had a whole entire day to roam around Las Vegas, after we checked out of our hotel, at 11. This place was literally a weight off our shoulders! Safe, secure, friendly and available more hours than others in the area. If we are leaving late in the future, we will be using this service again.

This process was so easy, and made a day in Manhattan SO much easier. I could not have done all I did with a suitcase, and it was more than worth the small cost. The guys who took care of me were excellent...totally service driven.

I was so thankful for this service. We didn’t have to hold onto our bags while we waited to check into our hotel. Definitely would recommend if you ever find yourself in a situation where you don’t have a place for your luggage.
