Was a bit nervous as had never used Bounce before but the booking process was easy with instant confirmation and name and location of property provided at confirmation. Location was easy to find and check in / check out was efficient, quick and easy and felt confident with the process. Certainly well worth using to save lugging your bags around all day. Our location was the KF Express Convenience Store at Circular Quay opp Botanical Gardens.

The employees were very careful when I drop the suitcase and pick it up. The location is great as trains and ferries are on the same place. I got confused with the street, but when I sorted out, everything was fine. The entrance is facing the botanical garden and not the wharf, as they so said!

Easy as. Although I’m glad I read the reviews to find the directions from someone else who posted. Otherwise I might have wasted time trying to find the place.
