I can't say enough good stuff about all the folks at Bourkes. From Mike's friendly greetings at the front desk or on the phone, to the quality of the mechanics in the bays, this is a terrific bunch of people and a well-run garage. Unlike many garage experiences I never sit with my heart in my throat while waiting for the call about my vehicle. It is a fair assessment of the vehicle and a well explained fix, if you need one. You never feel like a dummy or like you are being fleeced.I trust them with my kids safety in their cars too. Thank you Bourkes for many years of great service.

I can trust what they say, they find ways to work around the surprises that my older cars throw at them rather than randomly just replace parts, they give solid recommendations for specialty work like paint, and they are able to keep staff for years who always remember me. I called Bourks to check the type of collant (yellow one) they would use and the price of changing coolant (including flush). But after the car service, I found they replaced with the green coolant, also the price was higher than I got on the call. The lesson for me is that I should clarify the type of coolant and the price when I dropped the car.

I've been coming here for the past 2 years after moving from Kanata and found the people and the service excellent in all aspects of their work. I especially was amazed at the Complete Care Report that I get after each service appointment. It shows how professional Bourk's is and that they care about the people they serve.
