BEWARE !!!! I recently purchased a Moose knuckle from them and was given a discount code at check out from the sales associate on call and wasn't mentioned anything about not being able to return product if not satisfied as it was purchased online. Upon receiving item I didn't feel satisfied with the purchase and then called them asking if I could return it for a refund and was told that they don't handle any returns only the online team does so was told to email them. When I did that I was told that they can only give me a store credit only and my response to this was I do not find any other item that I want to purchase for 1000$ plus at the moment I would like my refund and was told no that I can only exchange or get store credit. So when I went to ship it back to them I come to find out that I also had to pay 30 $ for shipping back to them ( on their website it says "Easy Returns" LOL) I wasn't mentioned in the email that the shipping would be at my expense until I got there with the package. Then I called the store same time to tell them to keep another jacket they had in stock at that time on hold for me until they received my return and they said they have it in stock but cant hold it so I just decide to wait. After my jacket was received I was issued a store credit then when I called the same store associate to place the order cause he told me to call when placing the order so he "can see what he can do" to compensate me for the struggle with the first order, I added the product to the cart as it showed in stock in a size medium to then him telling me sorry its sold out !!!. Then he went on to making it seem like it was my fault I didn't like the first product that I bought and that he went through a lot of work to get the jacket back in stock for me the first time.. Then after hearing that I just thought I will go for a size up because It was the only other style and colour I would have wanted and he also mentioned it might sell out on black Friday to kinda scare me to just buying it quick and getting me out of his hair so I did and then he said now I would have to pay more for the new jacket and I was mad at this point and reminded him the same jacket was going on sale at moose knuckles website for 40 % less ($906) and the one on their website was $1170 with tax) while he only gave me 20% and put up a fight to even match the price of the original jacket which I bought which was only a little less but finally he did. When I received the new jacket the fur was all messed up when I compared it to a friends moose knuckle same style and I just was not happy with it, as I was forced to buying this as a second choice. I begged them to please refund me as I was also going through a recent rough financial period, and now they replied and said "sorry you were entitled to only one exchange and you used it "( when I asked for a full refund not to exchange again..) . The conclusion is after I asked for a refund they told me the refund policy was on the policy page but at the time of buying the store associate who was on call with me, and who definitely knows about the refund policy should have told me about how discounted items are not refundable . This is as how sales reps wold say for items that are on final sale " this is final sale and there are no refunds" I should have at least been told this at check out instead of him doing everything he could just to get the sale and not truly caring about the customer. If I was told this information at checkout then I could have definitely made a better informed decision wether to give them my business or take it else where. I am totally lost and cant even afford to pay off this item now and mentioned that to them to make a one time exception just to be a little humane for someone struggling to even make the payment now due to a recent financial downhill that occurred after purchasing the product . I now have one more thing to stress about because they truly don't care about their customers. only the money we bring and once they have it they will not care about your concerns.

Yuck. Terrible first impression. Well, I will not go back to this store nor recommend it to friends/anyone, because I like doing business with people, and moreover with common sense. As someone who lives in the neighborhood and frequently shops in this area, I have yet not dealt with a small clothing store with such an inflexible approach toward their customers. Owners usually say hi and shake your hand, I guess because building good relationships with clients makes good business sense -- they remember how they felt in your store. Dealing with this store makes it seem like their entire business depends on selling ONE bag, and in the process losing a (potentially) long term customer and, by extension, all the people they would have brought along with them. I bought a jacket and two Matt & Nat bags. The store did not have the right colours so they had to order the bags. When the bags arrived they called me. I told them I would like to pick up only one of the bags and had changed my mind about the second one. At this point the service rep reminded me that discounted items are final sale, and that she gave me 10% discount on the bags (she forgot to mention this at the time of purchase), but they said they can do an exchange instead. I tried to reason with them by pointing out that I still don't have the bag in my possession (i.e. it is in their store), and although they are not obliged to do so, I would appreciate it very much if they can make an exception because I made a mistake and did not ask about their return policy. My point: even though their policy is no refunds/exchanges, in certain situations especially when it does not cost them anything or all that much, they can be flexible and choose to act in the customer's interest. They can "bend" the policy in order to build a good relationship, good reputation and have returning customers (especially when the bill is over $500). I know I appreciate and feel so grateful when the owner is forgiving. They could have even asked me to pay for the shipping costs they might have incurred if they really wanted to keep me as a customer. That kind of a store is a store worth going back to over and over again. But the only thing I can conclude is that they didn't. Instead, they are choosing to hinge their entire business on ONE bag, that will likely be bought by someone else within a few days, to quote the sales rep. Well, I will be living in the neighborhood for the years to come. But was my first and last time at this store.

Final Update: Everything was resolved about a month after I made the initial review. To be honest, I will never shop here again due to the insane amount of work I had to put in following up with these people, but in the end they did make good on their promise. I got a different bag from the warranty, and it has been holding up very well so far. Update: I have been contacted by Boutique Bubbles, who have told me that they will contact Matt & Nat, and that I will be able to choose a different bag online, or if Matt & Nat do not approve this, I will be allowed to choose a different bag from the in-store stock when my replacement bag comes in. I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars, and will update again when this is resolved. Original review: Avoid making purchases here at all costs. I bought a Matt & Nat bag here, and it broke within a week. The store simply does not accept returns at all. They told me the 30 day return policy applies to online purchases only, which is honestly completely ridiculous. I am uncomfortable receiving the same bag under the Matt and Nat warranty, because I carry my laptop in it (Microsoft surface pro, not heavy or anything), and the bag went crashing to the ground out of nowhere when all i was carrying was my wallet and a water bottle. I do not want to risk carrying my laptop in a bag that will do that. The store could easily just keep the new bag that arrives on warranty and refund me the purchase price, but they have refused to do so, citing that they do not do any returns or exchanges. I can't understand why they would refuse to do this when it costs them nothing. They would be receiving a brand new bag from the manufacturer. They offered to ask the company if I could have credit for a different bag instead, but told me it was unlikely. They told me they would call me back with information on this by yesterday at the latest, and I still haven't heard from them. I am just in disbelief at how awful they have been. Please save yourself a hassle and buy your products from a store that stands behind the products they sell.

12/29 update After verification, it turns out that I made a mistake. Boutique Bubbles did not give me a small gift due to delayed shipment. It was another Amazon store that gave me a refund and gave me a gift because it was out of stock So only give Boutique Bubbles 3 stars ============================================= 12/21 update, A few days after I gave the evaluation, this store finally responded and sent it to tracking number Just received the goods, the store apologized for the delay and gave a small gift, which is considered sincere. This purchase is finished perfectly, and the evaluation has been revised!! ============================================= On 11/21, I purchased 2 pants at the Boutique Bubbles online store, valued at $440.38 CAD. After waiting for 15 days, I still haven’t received any shipping notification from the store. I wrote 6 letters to inquire, but they all fell silent and did not reply. I called the store to inquire, and the online customer service is the same person as the store customer service. The customer service can only relay my questions and cannot process the order. I said I don't want to wait any longer, please refund. But the person in charge has still not responded. The store does not ship, does not reply, and does not refund. This is a fraud !!! I saw that someone left a negative comment before. That person bought a jacket for $1,000 and didn’t receive it after waiting for a month. (The review has been deleted) It seems that I am not the only one who was deceived Please note that this is a shop with no reputation !!!

Update: The owner of boutique bubbles called me after a week and told me because of my critical review, they will cancel my order. But really, the coat was out of stock similar to many other reviewers pointed out here. I only bought here because moose knuckle's official store did not have black anymore, the price here is actually $100 higher than the official site. Every other boutique that I've shopped at (TNT, livestock, altitude, etc) ships within 3 days even during covid. But here, you will only receive a call from a salty owner in 5 business days. Instead of apologizing and earning back my business (I would have changed my review), the customer gets bashed at. So no, I will never shop here again and i urge you the same! Also note that after I left my review, suddenly there are now first time reviewers leaving 5 stars, from reading other negative reviews this seems common so you make the choice yourself before shopping here. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Be aware of their shipping time for Online purchases. Bought a $700 jacket and only 1 confirmation email in 5 business days. Just read their shipping policy and saw that they ask for up to 10 business days to process, that's 3 weeks if you factor in shipping time. By the time the product comes I won't even need a winter jacket anymore. Sent email asking if it will be shipped soon but no reply.

I gave my CV because I wanted to apply and the lady stuttered and gave me a look as if she was bothered. I asked if the position had been filled and she said no. She barely looked at my application and asked if I had any experience in a clothing store. Not only do I have years of experience in customer service and retail, I have a lot of sales experience as well. She clearly didn't want to be bothered with my application. Why I'm not sure but I don't want to play the race card because I was professionally dressed since I had just came from work. If you dont want people to apply, then dont post your ad on the door so people won't think it's okay to apply. My application for sure was thrown away based off her demeanor and look she gave me. And mind you I went across the street and was told to go to Bubble because that's where they are recruiting and would be able to speak to the manager which never happened.

I am currently living in New York and a friend recommended this store located in Montreal. At first, I wasn't sure if I should order because of the international delivery times. However, the selection of men's coats is of good quality and the prices are honest. I opted for the 457 ANEW SLAT - MEN'S 3/4 PARKA in navy blue which I received in only 5 days! My fears were wrong, the packaging protects the product well and the coat is great quality. I can't get enough of it! I am very satisfied with my purchase and the customer service of Bubbles Shop and I will not hesitate to order again on this online store for my future purchases. I have purchased a winter jacket online from Boutique bubbles and received ten percent discount as a first time buyer. When I received the jacket, I decided to send it back because it’s was too long for me .sent the email requesting that and I received an email saying, I only can exchange it because I used discount. I left a review to warn other buyers in case they didnt know about their policy. Few hours later the store owner contacted me and not only offered me to send it back with full refund but he offered me more discount in case I’m willing to keep the jacket . I absolutely love the colour and how warm it seems , it’s only long for me which in this case with their professional act and their great offer , I decided to keep the jacket . Wonderful service.

My whole adventure with this store started last spring when i purchased a leather jacket online. Thats when the waiting game started…it took 3 weeks for them to realize they didnt even have the item in stock so refunded me. I set up a back in stock notification which i received in september, so purchased it a second time. Again it took another few weeks to realize they yet again do not have it in stock and refunded me a second time. In November, i get a call from the store telling me they finally have the item IN HAND and offer me a 30% discount if i still want it. Of course i do, so i purchase it a third time! Guess what?!? I receive a refund weeks later this time, no email, no phonecall, no apology. This store is complete nonsense.

Nous avons acheté deux manteaux de très belle qualité dans ce magasin recommandé par nos enfants qui vivent à Montréal (marque Nobis que nous avons appréciée mais d'autres marque de tout aussi belle facture sont proposées). Nous voici maintenant bien équipés pour affronter l'hiver québécois chaque fois que nous viendrons les visiter. Morganne et Nicolas ont été de très très bon conseil. Oui ils mettent en avant leurs produits mais jamais pousser à l'achat de manière pesante. Bien au contraire ils prennent un temps infini et beaucoup de patience pour savoir ce qui nous plait, ce que nous recherchons ou aimons, quelle taille est mieux adaptée... Je recommande ce magasin et leurs vendeurs sans réserve.

Aucunes réponses de l’équipe administrative, m’a commandé aurait été ramassée Canada Post accepte de prendre la responsabilité et se sont excuser de la situation et sont prêts à rembourser Boutique Bubbles pour régler la situation mais la boutique refuse de faire une Claim ou d’avancer la situation malgré les faits. Vraiment le pire service que j’ai reçu a vie. Avoir su aussi que ils ne faisaient pas de livraison à domicile j’aurais acheter mes choses en boutique. A ce point ci je ne retournerais jamais ni conseillerais cette boutique a qui que ce soit. Achetez partout sauf ici. Je vais devoir faire une charge back avec la banque maintenant.

In December I ordered a Moose Knuckles coat as a birthday gift to my wife from Boutique Bubbles as their online price was better than other places. Four days later I received an email just after the store closed to call them and that they tried to reach me by phone and left a message. Sad time when a store has to lie as my cell showed no missed calls or left voice message. I called them the next day to just find out that they don't have the coat. By that time all other stores were sold out. Will next time deal with more reputable stores who at the least honestly admit when they fall short.

Nice store with nice, pretty products; however, the two times when I ordered a Matt & Nat bag from this store, there were issues: first, delivery took so long that I ended up cancelling my order, and the second time M&N agreed to the colour I ordered, then there were no news for a long time, then I discovered that M&N no longer had that colour... It wasn't Bubbles' fault, and I ended up resolving the issue directly with M&N, but if you're ordering M&N from Bubbles, forget it--they seem to have no pull with the company, which does whatever it wants. Kind staff, competent.

Wow. Finally Found the only size xs in the Mahikan Kanuk jacket forest green. The jacket was listed at 840 down from 1200!!! I was so happy. Then when I added it to my cart it said it was 1200. I called the store and found out that only the size small is on sale and the other sizes are not. Ridiculous! I’ve never heard of anything like this in my life. Because of my size, the sale doesn’t apply to me :( The person with whom I spoke was very calm and polite. Whoever it was moves pretty fast, because now the sale price has been removed entirely. Totally bonkers.

Similar to many other negative reviews, my partner and I purchased a coat because the price was pretty good. Then 11 days go by and we still have not heard from the company that our coat had shipped. So we reached out to Boutique Bubbles via email. 2 more days go by (now close to 2 weeks) and that's when they tell us the coat is actually sold out and there is nothing they can do. Absoultely terrible company with no respect for the customer. Spend the extra $50-$100 and buy from a reputable place. AVOID THIS ONE.

One of my favorite boutiques in Montreal, I found it first time as I was walking around in the summer shopping for dresses. They cary an elegant collection of cloths. In the winter also they have variety of options for jackets as well as hats, bags, and accessories. The ladies that work in the store are very nice and helpful. Driss was so helpful and patient as I chose out my Matt and Nat backpack at this Canadian brands store. He even offered me his measuring tape when I wanted to know if my laptop would fit in said backpack. Problems: lack of communication within the store. BE AWARE:FREE SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED BACK TO YOU IF YOU RETURN AN ARTICLE. I lost 27$ in the process. The information is there on the site, but I found the presentation misleading and not enought in evidence on the first page and during the checkout process. No answer on phone, 4 days been trying to have online chat/email, and you get ONE reply to whatever message every 1.5 days and no where further ahead.
