While on my bike trip across Canada, Bow Valley Services was quick to respond and quick to get my bike in and serviced during my brief layover in Calgary. They are conveniently located not far off the Trans-Canada highway. Much care was put into servicing my bike and now my ride is silent and smooth. A very thorough inspection was done to ensure the safety of my ride with missing bolts replaced and secured that I had not even realized had come loose. The price of this service was incredible value for the knowledge and friendliness of the mechanic. 10/10 would recommend Bow Valley Services to a friend.

I recently bought a used bike and brought it to Bow Valley Services for a tune up and check up incase there were unknown issues. Jeremy was very responsive and friendly. He showed me some features of my bike and explain some adjustments that can be made for ride comfort. His service was quick and cost effective.

Jeremy was able to see me when my past bike store was "just too busy"..for my business. Good rates and friendly services - while he didn't catch the problem first time, he was willing to take it back at no cost and do a workaround rather than charging for a large scale repair. I would recommended

Jeremy did a full service on both our full suspension bikes including fork and shock overhauls. The brakes have never worked better. Wheels are dead true now as well. Very happy with the service, Bow Valley Services will be maintaining and upgrading our bikes going forward.

I took my Kona stinky there in the fall time for a full tune up. Jeremy did a great job It was on time and the price was right. I plan on going back the next time one of my bikes breaks down.
