Amazing experience with these guys today. We were only in Bristol for the day and Nick saved us when our door handle broke and sorted us out with a replacement even though they were technically shut. Talked me through some tips for getting the new one working and hey presto the door locks again. Went out of their way to help and we are unbelievably grateful

Managed to lock myself out and walked over to ask if they could help me get back into my house - even though they were technically closed (which I didn’t realise) one of the lovely men came over and helped me get back into my house and had a great sense of humour about it! I only wish I caught his name, what lovely guys thank you so much!

Fast, cheap and friendly service - key spares were cut within minutes (and worked perfectly - no issues with keys not working as I’ve had in the past at other places). Will be using in the future and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely useless. Called them 3 times, each time with a promise of a call back. I even sent an email with photos of my door lock problem. I would advise you use someone else.
