Thursday evening at Bowlero Christown was a delight from start to finish! After savoring every bite of Thanksgiving delicious food, my family and I ventured onto the lanes for two games of bowling bliss. The staff's outstanding service added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. Their friendliness and attentiveness made us feel truly welcome. From assisting with our bowling shoes to ensuring we had everything we needed, the staff at Bowlero Christown went above and beyond. The facility's vibrant atmosphere and well-maintained lanes contributed to a fantastic family outing. I couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience, and Bowlero Christown has definitely become our go-to spot for a perfect blend of good food [hearing from the satisfying customers around us], family fun, and exceptional service. Can't wait to return!

Although the lane we were on kept giving us problems, we did have a good time. I asked the person up front that I couldn't sign up for the rewards and he said he'd send someone but that someone never got there. Well the main reason for this review is to let people who don't know, know about how extremely overpriced the food and drinks are here. Not even top golf has their pitchers of beer and appetizers as high-priced as this place. This is a fun place but please make food prices more affordable. A pitcher of beer was $28 and a platter of appetizers was close to $40. Average price for a pitcher of beer anywhere is around $8-10 and an average for appetizers are around $12-15. This was way overpriced. Please fix this. Thank you

I think if you're going to a place where you can bowl or play pool this is definitely the spot to go to. Will I say that it has the cleanest of all the atmospheres of all the bowling alleys in Phoenix most likely, but you definitely need to lower your standards as to what you expect. The cleanliness of a bowling alley should be. I will say though over at the pool tables they definitely need to put a fan or some sort of event in that area because it was hot as hell. But the actual experience of playing pool and bowling was a fantastic experience.

Such awesome service. Me and my family went a couple of weeks ago and we were constantly being checked up on by, I believe his name was Aaron. If I’m mistaken, I remember him having a beard. Anywho, he was so awesome. Eventually he gave my daughter and nephew a complimentary stuffed toy for them to have. The kids enjoyed it as it was their first time but it definitely will be remembering to them as we were treated with such excellent service. Thank you so much again, and we will be so excited to be back soon.

The place has a really nice atmosphere of fun and friendliness from when you walk in until you leave. The Front Desk staff are nice and very informative of what specials sre going on and the pricing. The Servers are friendly and quick. The food is really good especially with the new changes. The amazing Unlimited bowling special is my favorite, such a great deal. The server Fionna was especially helpful in recommendations for food options and was really sweet. She checked up on our group often.

I love bowling but this place is awful. Our lane broke down every other frame and when it wasn’t fixable, we just decided to stop playing and not even entertain our last game. The prices are far too high for the poor service and faulty machines. We couldn’t even enjoy our game because we constantly had to flag down a waitress and those poor humans are assigned to so many tables they barely have time to take a breath. It was overall just an awful experience and not worth your money.

When we arrived, my 1st impression was better than expected. Place is clean and is spacious. Various arcade games, they have a bar with billiards. Took my boys for bowling. All good except was placed with another 6 person group so area was pretty tight with all men in both groups. Food is pricey to feed boys. Did spend about $200.00 to accommodate 6 boys with 2 hours of play, shoes, and food. We went on a Monday and used a Groupon as well. So could have been much more.

Incredible time! Service was fast - definitely worth the price. We went on a Saturday and got the unlimited deal with shoes included. There was no wait time. The towers are $25 for 100OZ. Wide selection of ball sizes. The place is clean and retro. They play classic jams all night long. Over all a great place for a hangout or even a date. Other options available include the arcade or pool tables.

We scheduled a night of bowling for my children and grandchildren. Little did I expect that they were going to have such a wonderful time. From the moment we got there, Aris greeted us and treated us like royalty. We bowled for 2 hours unlimited and had pizza and wings. They delivered the food to us promptly and it was nice and hot. Misty our server was fantastic. We will definitely come back.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend! Ordered drinks at start of first game and they didn’t arrive until we were leaving about an hour later. Tried to cancel the drinks because they were taking so long but they refused. Also refused to refund us! So they charged us for a service they didn’t even provide. Very sketchy!

Bowlero brings back memories of bowling as a kid. The place was contemporary and clean. The food was typical bowling alley far. It is a family destination as they have the amenities like games, pool tables, lane bumpers, and a bar for adults. The only concern was the balls were badly in need of replacement.

Been here a couple of times and it’s normally pretty good. Got 4 stars only because the equipment kept breaking and they had to come fix our lane and the lane next to us multiple times. Also the prices have gone up again. Cost us 62 bucks to play 4 games for 2 people and this was a special rate.

Great place to hang and chill. Food was good. Updated But they won't post prices of shoes and games. Don't brother calling they takes forever to answer. A bit pricey. Cleanliness 9/10 Activities 10/10 Good 8/10 Service 7/10 If this was helpful please give a thumbs up!

Been here twice with my family and each time it was great service! The food is what you can expect at a bowling alley, and the workers were attentive and helpful in helping us put up the bumpers on our lane. Overall great spot to hangout and good discounts on Tuesday!

This place was definitely a great place for family or friends fun time. Yaz the attendant worked so hard for multiple lanes we tipped her 3 time. Call ahead for specials. Thursday night was unlimited bowling. Shies included with price. $18.99 per person

Kids birthday party and we couldn't get the food we had ordered in any timely fashion. It was a Thursday afternoon. Second, when did bowling come so expensive? 3 games, 4 people, 116 dollars. No wonder the place is vacant, can't afford to go back.

Been going here for years and all of a sudden they changed the Sunday discount day…. Like wow . Spiked the price completely up. Not a good deal for Sunday at all. The main guy in the front is also rude, 3rd in counter with him being rude.

Good prices, very busy, decent food :) the only thing I disliked is the bathrooms were dirty, sanitizers weren’t refilled. I would definitely recommend a hand sanitizer in each lane!!! Much needed . Especially if we’re paying a COVID fee.

What an awesome place to go! I went with my 2 brothers and my mama and we had so much fun! Awesome arcade, great music, and an overall amazing atmosphere. It was super busy and full of life. My mom had a drink she said was made on point.

It's a very nice, clean place! The staff were so friendly and i had a great time. The buffalo cauliflower bites were my fav too. The food wasn't great, but it's a bowling alley lol not a4 Star restaurant If def go again! …

It was great being back in this bowling alley after so many years.. you can order food and drinks right from your lane and they'll bring it to you! It's a little pricey but we really enjoyed our night!

Aris the manger is the worst Manager you could ever have terrible service when I was having a problem she laughed in my face. Never coming back because of her. Very bad experience

Old school vibe. Love the lay out. The lanes themselves were super oily. Could not get much break out of my Motiv Venom nor Motiv Primal. I will be back to figure these lanes out.

It was a lot of fun! The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because they didnt have any socks to buy and didn't know until after we paid for 2hrs of bowling.

This place is awesome the new Renovations or just beautiful but it's extremely expensive so bring lots of cash and have a good time.

Had a great time with the family and kids. They have a good selection of games to play for kids. There's also billiard tables.
