Hired them last year for tax accounting as a sole trader and an employee, I inquired them in august and it was quite hard to get a hold of them and it looks like a few people are managing multiple accounts, after a few weeks of waiting and following up a few emails we not replied to even after 1 month and followups this should have been a sign to stay clear there are emails with questions that are still not replied to. After all the enquiries were sorted they asked me for additional costs for crypto of which I was told was included already in the original quote, I asked for a refund and they waived the fee. I then waited another few weeks with no response and followed up a month after. Turns out my return was missed in their processes, after sending follow up emails they were quick to finish and submit my tax returns, but they left out deductions no deductions were added!! A positive note is they noticed some returns to be added to my 2021 tax returns but my experience was not a great one, I see that many people had good experiences with Box but my experience was far from it will not be using them again.

The best service accountant I know. Davie is down to earth yet professional, knowledgeable, genuine and quick in responding to your needs. I've been there customer for 3years now and never looked back since. He makes the process seamless, yet you are informed every step of the process. They have great YouTube channel and I booked my consultation with Sean Yee, defiantly worth every second. The great part compared to other accountant was not only just knowledge of Tax laws, but he also explained why the laws are that way with ATO document reference.
