He made excellent suggestions that were helpful to me as the customer and that did not make my monthly payments higher! I give this location five stars for the following reason… Patience ‍ I work nights and could not get back to Mr. Solomon right away. He never came off as pushy, he stayed in contact with me in a professional and considerate way that took the stress off of me. He even worked with my paid date to start the policy! Professional ‍ Mr. Solomon is highly professional and knows his stuff! I felt very comfortable with what he offered! Friendly ‍♂️ Mr. Solomon although helped me stay on track still would joke with me and even was open about things I asked him about himself! Very friendly! Time conscious⏰⏳ The call did not take long and I was able to go about my day! When we moved to TN, I submitted a request online for a quote for all our insurance needs: car, RV, 2 motor cycles, renters insurance, etc. Matthew called & worked w/me to quickly get me a quote & set everything up for automatic payments & get everything started quickly & efficiently and at an affordable price w/the coverage I wanted. I have called into the office twice to add another car & with a question or two and everyone from Lina to Tara have been friendly & efficient at handling my requests. They also have been readily available by email as needed. I couldn’t be more pleased with being back w/State Farm & especially this agency! They are a great team - keep up the great work!

A few months ago, I was displeased with my previous Auto insurer due to some misunderstandings and lack of transparency on their end, so I started researching other agencies. I called Brack after reading through some of his customers reviews. He has 5 stars for a reason. I instantly knew I had made the right decision. Not only did he save me nearly $50/month, but it was the most seamless process to get coverage. I am pretty busy during the week with little wiggle room on my schedule, and Brack made my experience so simple and I never had to worry about anything. I gave him a few details and he took care of the rest. Dudes a stud!

We were moved to the Brack Gregory crew after our long-time agent retired. It took some adjustment to build relationship and learn the way they worked, which can be difficult, but they were intentional to try to meet our needs and make sure we felt valued and cared about in the same way we had previously. Unfortunately, we've had our fair share of fender benders, and so far we have had what we expected to be covered covered! Ultimately, they continue to provide us the best rate we can get and great service for that rate!

Mathew Vining was a great help. He was professional and courteous and provided many options to help with my insurance needs. It was a relief to know that I was able to obtain affordable insurance and knowledge about what was available to me and my situation.
