I can’t say enough about the enormous effort they dedicated to us at one of the most stressful times of our life. All while being extremely considerate of our schedule and being emotionally supportive during such a big move. We can’t say enough good things. The experience I had with Bradbury Estate Realty was amazing! My Sales Representative, Randy Andrejciw, took the time at the beginning to understand what my goals were and that is when everything became a reality! Within one month he found my new home and sold my former home, within one day of being on the market! I was given a plan of how things were going to go, what was expected of me and was kept up to date with what was happening. The team came in to do the staging, which I believe made a huge difference! I was amazed to see how well the team worked together. Whenever I had a question, it was promptly answered. I felt like they were my friends, doing what was best for me, as opposed to being a client. Randy helped us sell our home in Hamilton and buy one in New Brunswick during the early, chaotic weeks of the COVID-19 pandemic. Randy quickly adapted to the disrupted real-estate market selling our home quickly for a good price. Randy went above and beyond by helping us declutter and prep the house for market. Randy also helped us liaise with realtors in New Brunswick and he came up with a system for a sort of "work from home" approach to house hunting; this "work from home" house hunting was vital to us as we were unable to go on a house hunting trip to New Brunswick due to COVID-19. As a final note, I spent 18 years in the Navy and bought and sold many houses in that time; I have never had such good service as I did with Randy and Bradbury. Really top notch professionals.

I want to say first off that having moved a few times we are never big fans of moving you never know the unexpected things that happen especially this type of move to the east coast etc ,but working with this group has been amazing.Every detail from listing our house ,staging our house ,and selling our house was seamless. I would not recommend Bradbury unfortunately. We bought during the high end of the market and they were unable to negotiate a fair price. She essentially gave up due to the crazy market conditions and wasn’t willing to work with us further. The other issue is the house we ultimately bought Bradbury toured for us on FaceTime as we were out of the country. To say she oversold it is an understatement. The “walk in” closet she described is a cubby, the bedrooms were tiny by todays standards, and since it’s an older house the ceilings are way too short. Overall when it came to having our needs first she was ultimately uninterested and wanted to offload us as clients during a crazy time in the market. We went with a more popular agency in Burlington and are having a much better experience now.

He was genuine in getting to know me and trying to find out which property was going to work best, which was challenging due to a very limited budget. As a first-time home buyer in Ontario, I was nervous and had many questions. Diana is a legend and Jeanine is amazing. We had a ho hum house and they came in. Came up with a plan on what to renovate. What was important. And put in countless hours nights and weekends getting the house ready. They did way more than we ever expected and did it with a smile. Cool , fun ,smart women who know there stuff. As a finishing touch made it look like an gorgeous boutique hotel and we got over asking with multiple offers within two days. On the back end found us our dream house for a great value.
