I had a bad experience with the service on this Bradlows branch at Junction mall. I bought a Sony 2 0ch Min HiFi Systom MHC MAOD. After some time some on the speakers stop working. I took the hifi to the same Bradlows I bought from because it still has a warranty on the 15th of April 2023. They assured me that it will be fixed by their technicians. I kept on going to check if the music system was being fixed. The stuff would tell me that the manager is absent. And they’re were not taking my matter seriously. I had to travel back and forth to be told the manager is not at work. Last week they gave me the Hifi and it was not fixed. They said the warranty is not for the speakers. I am going to involve my legal team if they don’t attend to this. Why did they take the system from the first place? What is the warranty for? I paid so much for this Hifi. I know my rights.

Could not supply the goods purchased but me domestic worker…. Gave excuses , although order was paid for , then told out of stock , and client given no option but to take the demo/floor model- finally weeks later delivered and without outlet pipe, without user manual…. And not in working order. Very difficult to get quick , immediate customer response and a brand new replacement. Seems that Bradlows salesperson/s take huge advantage of ignorant clients , with excuses for non delivery. Even delivered without basics such as the instruction manual. Shame on you BRADLOWS!

What a bad experience I had on bradlows the junction Mall, I bought washing machine which was supposed to be delivered within 72 hours, only to receive it in two week's time after spending my own money to constantly check when m receiving my machine. I paid R260 for delivery, and my washing machine was delivered by small taxi(iphela) for 100. When I arrived at home I found out that the pipes of the machine are not for my machine they are for sumsung. Bad service.
