Their Sunday special, Chicken Fried Chicken, was a totally disappointing meal. I asked for gravy on the side and a spoon that I requested from the server twice and never received any eating utensils other than the knife and fork. The gravy was overly salted and included way too much grease and flour. The mixed zucchini squash vegetable was overly salted. It didn't come with my order and I had to ask for it to be brought out after the meal was served. The potatoes were dry and stiff like overly cooked instant potato flakes...don't get me started on the very small portion sizes. More like kid's meal portions. The server never came back to ask how anyone's food tasted (we had nine family members in our dining party today) nor did he come around even once to ask any of us if they needed anything else, until we were practically done eating. I could only eat half of my meal. (see picture that I took of my sad meal) I could feel myself swelling from all of the high sodium content. Not good cause I'm salt sensitive and suffer from high blood pressure. In my opinion this meal was not fit for human consumption nor was it a desirable "Sunday Special". My family members have been here quite a few times in the past few years and each time it is going downhill in food quality, taste and restaurant service. At least they have pool tables and bigscreen TV's.

Thank the maker! The weekend is upon us! What that means for me is that for the next three days I don't have to eat my cooking for my evening meal! So, to start this three-day Feast off I, stopped over at a place called The Brass Rail. Reading some local reviews, I see that this place has a mixed reputation. And the sad thing about it is I live so close to it and I almost never go there. Well tonight I change that! I went in after work and decided to try their Reuben sandwich with some onion rings instead of fries. I was not disappointed! I started it off with a beer from Martin City Brewery, Estrada de Terra, and with the first sip I thought to myself I need some cream and sugar to go with this coffee! A Smooth Dark beer with distinct notes of coffee that was easy to drink. Then they brought out my sandwich! On marble rye they layer freshly cut slices of corned beef. It was tender and succulent and fatty just as if they had freshly cut it off the brisket. To that they added some sauerkraut, some thousand island dressing, and some cheese. They then put the top of the sandwich on it. Walla! Culinary Heaven! For dessert I had a Cigar City dark Maduro Brown Ale, with delicious hints of chocolate it was bold yet smooth to the last drop. All in all, a very good start to the weekend! Well Done Brass Rail! Well Done Indeed!

Nice place. Great appetizers, attentive staff, super-friendly atmosphere. The drink menu was impressive. There was enough noise and bustle to create a sports bar ambience without it being overwhelming. Age-wise there was a great variety of folks, from young kids and teens having dinner with their families, to 20-somethings enjoying a game of pool, to folks about my age enjoying an adult beverage or two, and there were more than a few youngish (and some older) couples out on a date night. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. Lots of people smiling, plenty of laughter, and everyone seemed at ease and happy. It's a clean and welcoming place. The waitress was actively wiping down tables, taking back dishes and empties, and keeping the floors spotless. It was kind of amazing--I never saw her stop moving, not even once, but as busy as she was, she was great about checking on all her tables--dropping by with a friendly, "Hi," and to see if anyone needed anything. Food-wise, the fried pickles were hot, fresh, and there were a ton of them. I recommend Brass Rail to anyone looking for great food, conversation, people and/or sports watching, a game of pool, or a fun night out. 5 stars!

Came here for Monday night football game. It was decently filled up. There was definitely a shortage of waiters and kitchen cooks ‍. Food came out pretty slow. No big deal since we were sitting for a while to watch the game anyways. Just your average bar food lol. Fried mushrooms were pretty good though. I thought about getting loaded tots as a meal. I’m glad I didn’t, to be honest haha. They were a little disappointing. The place is really cute overall though. I like the vibe. It’s really big. Pool tables and shuffle board available. Waiter also mixed up the drinks on the tab and put all the apps on one tab… but not a huge deal lol. Just though I’d let the people know haha!

I've been several times and usually have the best time, even had a birthday party here once...This time the bartender was rude, didn't check on us often, gave us food literally 2 mins after ordering which meant it was sitting back there getting cold and was ordered by someone else. I think asking for a card when I'm sitting at the bar is also inconsiderate, I will pay and this process shows you don't trust anyone which makes me not want to come back. No other bar wants my card before I'm ready to leave. You have 2 bartenders when there is barely anyone at the bar and they act like they are so busy they can't even help us. I'm definitely reconsidering coming back...

This is supposed to be a sports themed bar but when asked to turn on the audio for the draft they said they couldn't unless enough people asked. Okay, makes sense. But our server was given 1/3 of the entire bar to serve food and drinks. We never made it past our appetizers to order dinner so we decided to help the server by leaving. When we asked the bartender for our checks she said "you mean from the server who is right there at your table?" After the server had been busy with other tables for almost 30 minutes. The management is failing their servers and the bartenders need to be helping the servers too instead of being rude to their customers. Maybe this is only a Monday evening kind of place to go to.

Been coming here regularly for over a year now. Ever since management changed, the place has gone downhill FAST. We come every weekend or so to spend a night away from the kiddo. But its pointless now. They used to close at 1am or 12:30 but last nigbt they had everyone out of the place by 11:45. Their new "bouncer" is an @s5h0l3 too literally IDed me EVERY TIME i came back from smoking a cigarette even though he knows I have a tab already open at the bar. Looks like the wife and I are saying goodbye to this place and only coming for chiefs games since the management are a bunch of fooking clowns.

We tried this sports bar for the first time on the Saturday before Memorial Day. The place was fairly busy with a lot of people playing pool. The service was very good and friendly. They have several beers on tap and many more in bottles. They also have a full bar. The menu has several items to choose from. We had the pulled pork quesadilla and it was very good. We appreciated that even with a lot of people in the restaurant, the noise level was low enough to have a conversation. I usually don't expect much from a sports bar restroom, but these were very clean!

I had the best experience at this sports bar. My server was the best, I think his name was cal(super friendly and honestly kinda cute too) constantly was checking on my family to make sure we were taken care of. I hardly ever go to bars anymore due to previous experiences at other places with servers but this one I will definitely be returning to! My server was very open to conversation as well, I hope every time I come he is working so I will get to have a splendid experience. He kept a smile on his face and I REALLY enjoyed the conversation and experience at this establishment. I’m so glad he was my server! If you are ever in the area definitely ask for him as your server!

In my opinion, Good place to go kick back an have few, catch a game on one of the Mini TVs with good viewpoints from anywhere in there. Or just simply hang out with friends play a game of pool, throw some darts. And I say this because I frequent the Brass Rail often. Good atmosphere, laid back, The music is never too loud. Always have the local game on , and you can hear it. Have a good menu, the food is always on point, multiple beers on tap, good selection of IPA, Bartenders are spot on with their mixed drinks. Service is always good compared to other places I go to Once in a while! Highly highly recommended good job you guys

Yikes. Poor customer service from this establishment. Our server was overwhelmed with too many tables and forgot about several items we ordered. It was nearly an hour after we finished apps before the server came back to check on us. Meanwhile, we had asked the manager if he could switch the audio from music to the NFL draft and were told they would only do that if "enough" people made the request. We closed our checks and went somewhere else to watch (and listen to) the draft and to order entrees.

The food was disappointing. Got fried mushrooms, the breading was plain and fell off right away, not cooked long enough. The loaded tater tots were dry even had beef added. The mozzarella sticks were good, but the marinara sauce was bland. The waiter was great. He checked on us a lot and made sure everyone had what they needed. I took my kids here on a Sunday to play pool. I've been going here for several years now and the food is the best it's ever been. We only had one waitress manning the entire place so service was kinda slow. But otherwise had a great time. My only complaint is that it's not a very friendly place to bring kids (17 & 12 very well behaved kids) If kids aren't welcome maybe there should be an age limit. Just saying.

Came to watch the Celtics game. They had it on nearly all the tvs. The waiter and the rest of the staff were very friendly and quick with the food and drinks considering how busy they were. I got the jack Daniel whisky burger. Medium. It came out perfectly cooked, the only thing is I would have liked more sauce on the burger. The fries, mozzarella sticks and the loaded tater tots were great. Great place to enjoy food, billiards, and sports on the tv. An FYI no one under 21 after 9.

Great place full of excitement and entertainment! Wonderful food and amazing staff! Was there on a Saturday around lunch time with grandparents and kids (7- 16 years old). Everyone had a blast and we'll be back many times to come.

Fun place to spend time with friends. We were a group of almost 20. All separate checks... wait staff was awesome. They offer a super selection of beers and several in our group ordered bar drinks. Brass Rail is a good sports bar. Great beer selection. Lots of televisions. Tons of pool tables. However they tend to be understaffed frequently. We went for a Monday Night football game and left at halftime because in 3 hours we got 2 beers and one water. Our waitress was just too busy. And that want the first time we had that experience there for big games. Outside big sports events it is great though.

We got in a bit late but the kitchen still took our order. Staff was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere is great. As someone that is generally easily overwhelmed especially in a bar, it was actually very easy to have a conversation with friends without having to shout. Food was fantastic too! Will definitely be coming back!

I like this place & go for major sporting events, but you never know what you will get. They need to do a better job monitoring their coolers to make sure beer is always very cold. Most of the time it’s not, whether bottle or draft. Food is great one time, but not the next.

Had my uncle's birthday party there. Only one server for the whole place. Management was ill-prepared. But stepped up to the plate when the only server quit. I did not eat. My friend and I went there after I hadn’t been in years. It was a nice crowd. Quite a few older couples which gave it a more mellow feel. We just had a couple of beers and headed out but the atmosphere was great, bartender was nice, and we didn’t have to yell over the noise.

Large group celebrating a birthday. Very disappointed with the mixed drinks. We come here frequently and tonite the lemon drops were truly just a mix. I asked about the quality and was told they were "pre-made". Quite a ripoff for customers that come so often. We will likely not be celebrating here again. So disappointing.

This is a great place if you want to hang out and play some pool but don't like dive bars. Not quite a fancy pool hall but way above your average bar. Staff is always friendly. Food is always good. Prices are above your typical bar and grill, but definitely worth it.

Always such a lively place with so much going on. Seems like there’s always a billiards league. Shuffleboard, tons of darts, always a fantastic rotating beer selection. And tons of TVs with pretty much anything you could ever want to watch available. A really great spot that people to come from all around.

Very good burgers (the Tank 7 Cheeseburger is my favorite), good mozzarella sticks, bacon wrapped shrimp, loaded tater tots, & chicken Quesadilla appetizers. They have a friendly & attentive staff, lots of pool tables to entertain you, & it's also a great place to hang out & watch sports with friends! :)

The place is a lot bigger that It looks from outside. Many variety of bees you can try and there are some indoor games like darts and pools available. Our waiter was very friendly and funny. Decent crowd overall and I definitely will go again. I had Ace pineapple cider after my heavy dinner elsewhere.

The service was great and very friendly. I had the club it was so yummy my hubby had the chicken tender basket he loved it says its the best chicken strips he has had. We will be back to enjoy the food and to play a few games of pool.

Wowza the food is amazing. Best Mac and cheese I have ever had out at a restaurant. Loaded tots were perfect. Burger was a little over cooked but the beef had flavor. The tenderloin was HUGE and crispy. Our waitress was Skyler, super nice, made suggestions and took good care of us.

The Philly Cheese Steak was very good. Will definitely go back.

Bartender was friendly and sweet, she said she’d made me an old fashion which was her first time. It was good, normally should come with a single cube of ice but she did a great job and it still tasted fantastic.

The place is pretty good to stop by for quick dinner, maybe to watch the game or play some pool or darts. Plenty of room for big companies. Food is ok. I like their shrimp basket and house sandwich.

We have eaten here several times in the last few weeks and the food has been excellent every time. The wings are extremely large and perfect. The service is also been top notch. Fast and friendly.
