The facility itself is very nice & there's lots for the kiddos to do. But honestly it's not worth hosting a party there. My family & I had to do go find workers and ask so many questions we were not informed on what was happening or when people showed up. We invited our sons class this year and with it being beginning of the year we weren't familiar with most of them. They have it set up where u pretty much check in at the front and get socks, leave all the presents in a roll away bin in a room and leave decor and cakes on a cart out front then everyone just kinda goes. I didn't know who to greet or introduce myself to, so for 2 hours these poor parents and kids were running around just winging it waiting to hear the room was ready for everyone to meet in. You only get the room for an hour which is barely enough time to let the kids eat and do cake. We had to rush presents and let my son start while the cake was going around bc he really wanted to open his gifts while his friends were there, understandably for an 8 year old. The host was okay but not very involved compared to other places we've hosted parties at so my parents kept intervening asking kids what they needed more of & helping everyone figure things out and making announcements on what the next move was going to be. We got back some cupcakes and pizza but not the waters we paid $20 for a bucket of bottled waters and a $30 sub platter there was food left on but didn't get back. I would highly recommended reconsidering the time structure and letting parties gather as they arrive before just blindly sending everyone out into this crazy busy crowded area. Also its a bit unsettling knowing you're supposed to dump hundred or thousands worth of presents and cards into a bin in an open room with several other bins & leave them there while dozens of people go in and out. Most of us adults were more stressed out and scrambling than necessary. When you pay over $1000 for a party you expect some organization & assistance. Also I was told on the phone before coming in having multiple add ons would be totally fine and I estimated around 17 but the room was not big enough for everyone at all. There ended up being 23 kids in the room which we managed to squeeze together on tables but not enough seating for family/adults which was super disappointing. There's no room to put down purses or coats or any belongings really. If you charge someone $30 extra PER child outside of the package and they tell u at least 17 kids total are coming for that much we should get a bigger area or something or it shouldn't be offered to have that many people coming. Because obviously these children come with parents and we all want to be involved in the party not stand outside of the room. I'm overall disappointed in how it went and as I'm glad my son and the kiddos had a good time, it's simply not right or fair to parents how everything went down. We wouldn't come back for a party in the future.

I took 5 kids from 7 yrs to 11 yrs old on a Thursday evening. I'll start with the good. BTW, this place is more of a game room than trampoline park. The obstacle/ninja course and rock climbing sections were small but good. The laser tag course was descent. It's 2 stories and good room for the kids to run around chasing and shooting laser guns at each other. Players are split into 2 teams so there is a winner at the end of each game. That's it for the good. Now the 1st bad for me was the admission price. We chose what they explained as their all inclusive package. It was the highest price package offered. The price is on par with one day admission to Six Flags. They give you a game card but it only works for laser tag and bowling. Most similar facilities offer unlimited video game play with premium package and you have to pay separately for games that reward tickets and/or prizes. Many of the games are older games and some were not working. There are 4 mini bowling lanes in total but only 2 lanes were working. Bowling is not really a short game to play and even if all 4 lanes are working that only accommodates 2 groups. This means there's a good chance you will be waiting a while to bowl. There was a 4 player water gun game that 4 of the kids in my group attempted to play but unfortunately it was not working correctly. When a floor employee called for a manager we waited 6-7 minutes before deciding to go play something else. Hard to keep kids sitting at a game that's not working for more than a couple of minutes. I will not be coming back here again. This is not a hit piece against Bravos as I've never been before. I'm simply leaving this review because I was very disappointed and want to share this experience with others considering going here. You may choose to try it out or you may choose to go somewhere else. There's no right or wrong, just informing. Good luck.....

Honestly if I could give them a half star I would. This was the most unorganized and unhelpful facility we have ever had a birthday party at and my daughter and son in law have them every year for our grandsons. They have nothing set up for someone to facilitate the parents and kids coming in with the parents throwing the party. They expect you to leave gifts in a bin just sitting out where anyone walking by could get into unless you have someone from the party just sit to watch them. I went up and complained several times about the lack of structure, communication and help being given. Finally after cramming almost 25 kids in a room to celebrate our grandson. Most of the parents had to stand out in the hall because the room was way too small and then our hostess Laila was not good at her job at all. She literally stood over by the counter and did nothing until myself or someone else said something to her. She hardly smiled at all and then my daughter didn't even get all the food or extra waters they paid for. I had to be the one to let everyone know what was going on and I was the one either getting her attention or just doing it myself to give the kids extra pizza or drink. For the amount fo money this place cost I absolutely would NOT recommend for a bday party or place for celebration of any kind unless you want to be stressed out. I felt really bad for my daughter because she should have been enjoying her son's 8th bday but that was not the case.

Fun to chill and let the kids run it out! This place has always been an amazing place to bring the boys and let them run off energy! It's also a great place for the parents to sit and relax, comma dad's can watch football or other sports that are on the multiple TV screens that they have, They have places everywhere for you to sit and relax it and relax enjoy some ice cream or maybe lunch lunch. Which by the way the food is really good and and tonight I tried an Apple pie ice cream, yes Apple pie ice cream, and it was amazing. The period I was not expecting the many flavors that they had.I've brought my son here for his birthday party Which was a huge success in all the kids and the parents really enjoyed it.138 They have different packages that you can get but the best package to get is the one that's $38 that literally includes everything from wall climbing, basketball, phonebook, the maze, The vault, many bowling etc etc so it's definitely a great place to bring your kids family family and you just come in relax. One thing I did was signed up for their email subscriptions so you I'll subscriptions so you get great deals and like I said it's a great place to bring the kids to let them burn off some energy take them home and put them to bed. Place is awesome!

We had a birthday party here, as a place to go it looks fun, however I do not recommend doing birthdays here. Your kid will love it, you’ll hate it. You’ll spend over 1000 dollars for your kid and his friends. For the first 2 hours you can’t get in the party room, so if your inviting your kids class (people you have never met and don’t know what they look like) it will be hell knowing who’s who with all the kids running around. The whole thing was just hectic and unorganized. You have a party host who does pass out food for you, however we were first shorted plates even tho we RSVP for 25 kids. I will say there was nothing wrong with our party host, she was good at getting the kid’s attention, and was efficient. Honestly for the money you’ll spend here you can rent all sorts of stuff and have a better time in your back yard. Hell take the kids to Disney or universal for what we just spent. I had to put one start but really 0/5 DO NOT RECOMMEND. ALSO if you have a lot of family and friends the party room is smaller than my living room. We had 25 kids and plenty of adults it’s was very cramped.

Never again will I come here for a birthday party I should have read the reviews before I book my party the same thing happened to me as it happened to others I see. We had to wait 2 1/2- 3 hrs for the room then the pizza was cold as hell and the unlimited was not unlimited we had to spend extra money to enjoy whatever my guests could afford some didn’t even stay because of the wait time we book for 5-8 didn’t get the room until 7:30 the place closed at 9 but the charge me $475 and only gave me $50 discount on the pizza that was cold and was supposed to be free anyway nobody enjoyed themselves here because of the waiting time for the party room very disappointed with this place so much more to say what went wrong but I leave it at that for now DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE YOU WILL DEFINITELY IN UP Paying more than what you expected to pay go somewhere else and save you money and time not worth It here

Hosting a birthday party there, and so far have had nothing but pleasurable interactions with their staff making sure I have all my T’s crossed <3 but were uncoordinated with who they let in my daughter had two friends who’s parents brought their siblings and they just added them ontu my group list I planned on paying 245 after my 240 deposit and they wound up trying to charge me 715$ - they charged all my daughters sisters who are 15yr old+ who didn’t play as guests and even had the police sent to my house over their mistake they thought I was going to pay for smmfh - kids had fun but they are not organized and will just put complete strangers on your guest list and try to charge you for them! Watch out smh

Staff has continued to get worse and worse. They are blatantly rude for no reason, the rules are arbitrary, and they just genuinely don't care. As long as the kids are 10 or older, there are no rules; they can hit other people's kids, they can play in the kids area (42 inches and under), they can sprint at full speed and yet no one cares. But as soon a family does something they get yelled at by the kids working here. And to be told by the folks at the front desk that a parent can't jump if they buy the little tykes package Nothing here is consistent. The "We are a Family" philosophy is nonsense. It's fun when the staff treats you like real people, but that rarely happens here anymore unfortunately.

Great place for the whole family to exercise and have fun. The Ninja course is fun, and they have a mini course for toddlers. Pool tables to rent out, lockers are $3 for 3 hours. $15 for unlimited dodgeball, trampoline, basketball jump, and foam pit. I took 1 star away because the foam pit smells like dirty feet. Bring your own water bottles. Water is not free at the restaurant. Lots of arcade games to pay to play. I come here 2 to 3 times a year when they run specials. We always have a great time. Employees are friendly, and there are always plenty of kids to make friends with yours. Parking is free.

Met my expectations but I was underwhelmed. Service is always the most important thing and it wasn't rude, but... they don't offer a waitstaff. So tables are available but waiting to be cleaned. The prices for things I got were fair their facilities were clean the food - mediocre wine & beer only serveral activities to choose from but VERY limited, overall if I wanted to jump on a trampoline I wouldn't mind going back. Very safe plenty of rules & signs posted

Good place for the kids. We took ages 4 to 20 to Bravos and they had fun for nearly 2 hours. The equipment is well kept and fun for all ages. Somethings that could be better are it’s not very affordable for a group and the arcade that takes up 1/3 of the floor space is extra cost on all passes including All-Access pass.

Been here 2 or 3 times. Offer a wide array but young kids (staff) dont act to happy to be there. This visit a good bit of machines weren't up and running. Too overpriced for sure. $150 for 2 kids. We did two big tyke packages, a $25 arcade card, and one meal with 4 drinks. I'm excited to try another indoor park next.

Great place to take children who need a safe place to play when it’s cold or rainy outside. My 5 and 6 year old were in nonstop motion from the time they put on the special socks until we buckled their seatbelts to come home. They loved all of the activities, but the trampolines seemed to be the favorite.

  • Satvik Sharma

I don’t usually write a review but it’s important to educate people so they don’t repeat the mistake. Decent place, horrifying service. They charge loads and in turn you get way less. Not enough people to serve and ones who are around couldn’t care less. My first and last visit here for sure!

SO much fun! We love going here for birthdays and family events! There is SO much to do, lots of yummy food and the kids don't get bored even after 5 hours! Just be prepared to drop a lot of dough $$$. Tickets plus food plus arcade cards adds WAY up. But it's great for a weekend splurge!

  • James Stuckey

Was it fun, yeah. Did it have a strange smell, yeah. Was it clean, not really but we were there at the end of the day about 4 hours before closing. It was not packed and it was a really good value. It was about $37 for unlimited bouncing laser maze and laser tag and ninja warrior course

This was a great place to bring the kids, there’s such a wide variety of things for the kids to enjoy here! The food is a little pricey but they have a great selection, of your a drinker then they also serve adult beverages. The space inside of here is great, plus it’s indoors!!!!

  • A Dor

Went there for a birthday party, and the food was great! However, there were some workers that were rude and obnoxious. Then, we spent 35 $ on a game card, only to find out that there was an extra 5$ that couldn’t be used! It was an “okay” experience.

It was well-worth the money to have our son’s birthday party at Bravoz. Every employee I spoke with, whether on the phone or in person, was very nice. In addition, Chantal was a fantastic party host. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Bravoz!

We had an 8 year old birthday there today, the kids did love the place and had fun. The problem is the way the birthday went down, there is no direction for the parents of these kids when they get there. If you don’t know what these parents

Wonderful afternoon with my 11 and 9 year old grandkids at Bravoz. In particular thanks to one of the employees: Garrison. My boys were competing with each other at the wall climbing area where Garrison was working. It would have been easy

Great laser tag. They gave us the wrong access band so we accidentally paid 66$ more when we didn’t need to, and it’s was non refundable but we spent the money on the cards at the Hammertime Ride there (mini drop tower, fits 2 people)

  • Nathan Brigance

Laser tag is one of the best, but I'd stay away from trying the vault attraction. The premise is cool, but the carpet inside is disgusting and it gets on your hands and clothes as you're trying to dodge the lasers.

We had a wonderful time at Bravoz! We had visited many times before over the years. This is the first time we decided to visit in the middle of the week.

I prefer Velocity for jumping. Trampolines are larger and you're allowed to have more fun.
