"This is part of the Ross Family so they delivering great deals every day on clothing, shoes, home décor, fashions, toys and much, much more"
"I only go to the Brickyard as a last resort because most of the stores in there are Spanish the whole Brickyard is turn Spanish speaking and if your English and don't speak Spanish they treat you like a minority like you shouldn't even be there the customers the workers everybody the last time I checked we were in America and ain't Spanish was the second language spoke are the main language is English and my family's been in this country hundreds of years longer than any of these other families so can't I be treated with respect the way they would want me to treat them? All I ask is treat me the way you would want me to treat you is that so hard?"
The Brick Town Square is a place I have been to several times over the years. Although I do not live anywhere near this area I like the selection of garden material at the Home Depot. I have also been to the Dollar Tree store, The Party Store and Lowe's. The stores or businesses in this area are not connected. In the dead of winter, you must walk outside to each business. This is not an indoor mall setup which is the reason for my 4-star rating. I tend to come here during the early to mid spring. I do not come here during the winter months. The Dollar Tree store has a much better selection regarding dog and cat treats than the Dollar Tree in my own neighborhood. Also, it is much larger and better organized. Free parking lot with ample parking. There are several fast food restaurants in the area. I have not eaten in a fast food restaurant in over 15 years. For example, a Burger King and McDonald's are conveniently located. There is also a sit down restaurant on Fullerton Avenue. I cannot recall the name of the restaurant. However, it is similar to Chili's restaurant in terms of food selection.
As I know it, The Brick Yard... It's not what it use to be. There are a lot of stores that have closed down. One new and up coming store is a Spanish store next to Harbor Freight. The store is loaded with everything you need in the food department. However. I can find a lot of their items cheaper at Capututos an Italian store on Harlem Avenue. I went shopping tonight and the checkout lines were long. There were only two out out six lines were open for business. Overall, I would continue shopping there if I have time to spend. Target, Lowe's, Harbor Freight and the newly relocated Family Dollar which is now located where the old Walgreens use to be are excellent. The Brick Yard is a plus for everyone living in this area.
Brickyard Xsport review: Staff that has been there a while are rude, they will not say hello or good morning... or if yur a pretty girl and the front desk person is also a girl then yu will not get a hello or a good morning. Most of the weight training machines are old and are always ALWAYS breaking down. Even the sauna was breaking down. I've been to other Xsports in the area and all of them have nice new machines.....this is the only one that has old equipment. The only reason I like this gym is because it has 2 floors. It gets really busy but the 2 floors alleviate it a little bit ....they should open another xsport in the area with a 2nd floor so this one wont be so busy...it drives me crazy.
This is part of the Ross Family so they delivering great deals every day on clothing, shoes, home décor, fashions, toys and much, much more. They have the looks and brands you love, at prices well below other retailers. The store are conveniently located in neighborhood shopping centers so you can start, and finish, all of your shopping close to home. They have a simple checkout process that’s a breeze and fresh merchandise arriving daily so you’ll always find something new! you will find amazing deals on the hottest fashions and quality home merchandise so it’s no surprise that dd’s stands for Deep Discounts! You won’t believe the prices. Love this place..

The owner of this store is very strict. Not much of a selection. I have government insurance and had to get glasses there, but now I have to wait 3 months to recieve them. So I had no other choice to contracts and pay $70 for them since my prescription expired. She kept trying to sell me her contacts for like $400 for a year supply, I'm not doing that. I can go to walmart or online and purchase my lenses for a whole lot cheaper price and get 1 box for each eye. Waiting 3 months for a free pair of glasses is way to long to wait. The staff doesn't even look happy, no one there was smiling. Not a very welcoming experience.
I went to the Unique thrift store today in the Bricktown shopping center. They have a great variety of items, clothing, dress shoes, every day shoes, sneakers, designer shoes they had some Fendi shoe and some old Jordan's that I thought were kind of expensive. Jewelry, all kind of watches necklaces and toys, housewares, decarations and luggage. If your looking for something you should be able to find it and they have great prices and half of on Mondays. Also unrelated I saw this great big bird sitting on one of the signs probably looking to have a meal. Picture included.
I went with a friend looking for black pants. I was just looking for whatever, there's plenty of parking. The stores were clean, some were a bit more organized than others. There's public restrooms in a few of the stores. There are a couple of restaurants to choice from, Wendy's, subway, burger king, and there's a grocery store on site as well. Oh yeah old country buffet is stll there. I can't remember if there was a gym in the area. But if you're for something simple then check out this outside mall stripe.
I seriously thought going to this place was a waste of time... But since I received a gift card I decided to go and check it out... I was truly amazed and blown away by this place... There was a gentleman by name of Julian who gave me the tour of the place and I was really truly amazed how big this place is.. Julian thank you so much for all the tips the advice and the guidance you gave me I'm looking forward to starting my time there soon.
It's unfortunate that each Home Depot is not the same. Some stores are very attentive to customer needs. Brockton Square store is one of the better locations where as the store on Waukegan road and Howard in Niles Illinois should be restaffed from top to bottom. Employees, for many years, have been introduced to "bad attitude" managers, and that attitude has reached to the smallest departmental employee. Shut it down and start anew.
Always un organized clothes all over the floor customer service is at it's worst! I asked a lady where I could find an item and her reply was you have to look around and find it !? ... how can I look if everything is un organized thrown on the floor foot prints on clothings, broken items ... I cNt believe they just opened a year ago. This is a complete disappointment!
Good stores. A few fast food places. Tmobil . 5/3 bank . Target. Starbucks. McDonald's.jimmy John's . Chipotle grill plenty of parking. There's a Wendy's across the street. There's a jewel osco. Xsport . Aldi's. Thrift store. Lowe's.Theres a Popeyes on Fullerton near by. There's also a Long John silver and a Taco bell on Fullerton plus a Burger King.
Visited Aldi today and really liking the new look. Very clean and orderly. Sadly they do not yet have the hand baskets. I like this Aldi the best because they have continued the in store one day sale...like chicken thighs at .59 or .69 a pound (this is the family pack so I can freeze for later). You have to go for yourself. Plenty of parking.
I love this plaza. You have several good grocery shopping options. Such as Aldi, Jewel Osco... There are also plenty of other stores to shop at: Marshals, Target, Ross. You also have Starbucks there and other dine in options. There is also a Xsport gym on one side of the shopping plaza
Visited unique thrift shop. Too disorganized though they have a lot. Prices were not too good either and they have no dressing area so although you can return items, don't throw away your tags even if you have a receipt. lines were lengthy for check out as well.
I love it here, I live near brickyard and brickyard mall is the place to go, so many clothing stores and food stores/markets. So many fast food restaurants and even a champions and footlocker for grown ups and a kids footlocker. So much more!
I love Brick Town, even as a child where it was literal mall. Essential point of conveniency, a staple of the northwest suburbs and a diverse region where staples can be purchased. There has been strange incidences here but all-in-all it is
This outside mall has all my fave go-to's such as a Target a Jewel-Osco, and Home Depot (love the plant section). They also have a ton of food options such as Buffalo wild wings Starbucks, Mcdonald, Burger King, and even a Chinese buffet!
It's too big for its own good. .You can get lost trying to find the store you want, its the way this giant Bricktown was configured.. a confusing maze of stores.Parking is in abundance and there is plenty of stores to shop for every need
Brick town square is very convenient place to go, is have different stores, restaurants, & go grocery shopping all in one area. I really enjoy going there I hope this help the next person or people. Happy shopping …
I can always find something at a cheaper price. Although there isn't always more than a few. That's okay, As I said b/4 You can always find something at a great price. Especially now that Christmas is around the corner.
Would love coming here more if they would stock their shelves and organize their craft isle. And hopefully they'll hire cashiers that are a little faster and smiled more. Looking forward to the suggested improvements.
It is a big mall, I went to Target and then Jewel, I park as close to door as possible, be careful in the mall, I don't know if they have Security in the parking lot, it is a popular mall, many people and lots of cars
I went there for the convenience of the location, so many stores in the same place. I was disappointed. I must have gone at a bad time. The three stores that I visited had empty shelves. I couldn't find my items.
I hate the layout of this mall as you have to pretty much drive to get to each different section but it pretty much has all your basic needs for shopping in the area. So it's a local convenience.
I remember coming here in the 80svand 90s.. it was great. Its not the same since they tore down the mall.. but there are alot of stores around to find things you are looking for. Easy parking.
This is the shopping mall close to my house. The is a Target, jewel, Aldi, Marshall's, papa Jones just to name a some of many pretty much you don't have to go to anywhere else. Love it !!!!!
Great staff. Very helpful and humorous csr had me in there really enjoyomg picking up some oil. I almost left what I paid for laughing on the way out. Will be back for the giggles for sure.
You can find some decent quality home decore and home goods items. I have found well priced quality baskets/totes here to use for gift basket making. For what this store is, it works.
They have plenty of stores. They have rainbow, Ross, and more. I like that it's all connected with lots of parking. There is an aldi and dollar tree. Some good places to eat at too.
Staff is friendly. Plenty of parking space. The men's locker rooms are kept clean at all times. Spacious workout area with pool and jacuzzi: locker room have dry and wet sauna, too.
One of my favorite place to shop, feel safe, and plenty of Stores in this area. $1.25 tree Store, Ross, Aldi, DDs, Arbor freight, Jewels, Target, etc need a hobby lobby …
I love shopping here you can literally do all your shopping here. You can shop for food or clothing hey you can even grab lunch at the buffet so I definitely gave four stars.
The stores are individual not like them all they used to have years ago they have a thrift store call unique it's awesome It has good deals lots of clothes shoes et cetera
The new grocery store is a great addition to the neighborhood. They have a nice selection of products that the popular chain stores, like Jewel and Mariano's, don't carry.
Oh, wow, I visited Our Bricktown Square, before Brickyard Mall but, it changes a lot. But I love how is transformed now, it's very nice business place, big place …
Went to Lowes , to pick up paint and a paint roller , they had the color that I was looking for . Parking is never a problem there , that's why I like going there .
Not sure... waited in the car while my niece brought incredibly cheap (and really) cute boots ! The store looked like a big barn/flea market type deal. Oy ! …
This here is a mess store here there and across road. What kind of shopping this Not a mall nor a plaza. Just get a driver so you can jump out for the next store.
Nice big mall, clean and lots of parking, great to walk around, for exercise. I went to Joann fabric store, I love them, even though the dollar tree is closed.
Unique thrift looked as though a hurricane and just went through the store. Prices were not thrift comparable. Check out lines were twenty people deep. Filthy.
Always shop at Aldi's. Dollar Tree doesn't always have shelves stocked. Delivery was being done while I was there. Which did me no good. Carts were scarce.
I love my dd store I have 1 of each color of there purses they are very cheap in prices and they always have someone welcoming you there store I love it.
Simple stopping, feels open and safe. Never an issue while shopping here. Gem, Target, and Lowe's alongside a choice of more modest retail locations.
Easy parking, feels open and safe. Never a problem while shopping here. Jewel, Target, and Lowe's along with a selection of smaller retail stores.
Love this plaza. Seems like any store you might possibly be looking for would be here! Nice Area as well! Though roily enjoyed my visit as always!
This outdoor location has a nice variety of retail options. From the Home Depot to Ross to Aldi! Plus, many super casual eating establishments.
Multiple businesses are on site from groceries, clothes, electronics, fast food, and home improvement. Great spot for the big shopping lists.
A nice shopping area with fast food around to keep that shopping going, just be mindful of the cars around. Not all shoppers are careful.
In out and money gone. Love stopping and shopping and looking for a better sale. Its a mere addiction I tell you cause I need nothing.
It was nice went to DD's they had a clearance sale will be going back. Need to get some more pillows for my bedroom and living room.
Nice variety of stores. Not a great place in the winter as no covering but is manageable. Best during the warmer part of the year.
It's ok. I liked it better when all stores were connected and didn't have to go out to the next store. Like the old days.
It's really nice over there I haven't been over in a while and now it is really nice great stores to shop and nice people
Unique store at the checkout Center the employees are real rude should be in training to treat customer welcome
Is good place to do a one stop shopping there's Aldi's ,jewel ,fresh market produce store ,harbor freight etc.
They have great prices on a variety of clothing, accessories, and so much more. I got what I was looking for.
It a shame that there used to be more stores that people shop in But it's okay. Still I find things there.
A great place to shop. Many levels with like stores together. Easy to get around with plenty of parking
Great place and has a variety of stuff to do whether you want something to eat or just look around
Went to target for Christmas lights, large selection, mobile car was charged,in and out self serve
Quick trip to Aldi's. Store was clean. Pick up everything I needed within 15 minutes in and out.
A little bit of everything here. There's a target, dollar store americad best and jewels osco.
A little bit of everything, definitely more than enough stores to keep you busy for a night.
Been around for a long time still looks great it's good to see different variety of stores.
Food it's good, variety as well. I like the hibachi grill. Good place for all you can eat.
It was busy but not congested went their with a smile came out with a smile. …
A shopping center so big that you actually need a map to find the store that you need.
You know it seems to have made a comeback from it rougher years 2 decades ago
Great prices Effortable and Great Services very kind and sweet Cashiers Clerk
I am fine with all the stores on the outside, but it was better indoor mall.
A really good experience everything I was looking for was there.
