First off I'm so glad this facility is here. It is hands down a terrific place to do laundry. I hope it's around for years to come BUT last night April fool's evening was a horrible horrible evening. A young lady with a dark ponytail was so rude to me and my client I can hardly believe it. At 10:10pm she stated to hurry up her Uber would be there in 3 min. I gasped because he just had taken our 6 loads of laundry out . The young lady clapped her hands at us and rushed us so fast that we didn't have time to put our things in laundry bags . Instead I threw most of our clothes in my car. Unfolded and still damp. THEN she asked if the cart was mine or the laundrymats because she had to go NOW and the cart was to be left. That was the cart I used to throw my clothes in my car. My client said that the cart was the establishments and she replied (you can't make this up I swear) I missed my last bus and I don't have money to throw away Like you do!! She also said that we made a mess!! Yes we had our stuff sprawled out everywhere yes we sure did but it was all going with us too. She was so rude omg I've never ever encountered anything like it. My client is suspectable to having seizers and that little inappropriate bullying has jumpstarted what was normally relaxing and therapeutic into an evening of trying to calm her nerves. Im not offended easily but tonight I surely was tonight. Other than that I love this place. Thanks for your time. P.s she also got thread on the floor confused by my clients service dogs hair and said "eww dog hair" unbelievable :(

I love this place usually. Drive 20 minutes from SW here because i can use an app and the machines are big/fast. But accidentally came on a day they’re filming. Rather than closing for the filming or booking to film before opening/opening later they shut 90% of the laundromat down. What would’ve costed me under $20 cost me $40 to double up on the smaller machines. The dryers of course blocked off were the larger ones. Just poorly planned. I would’ve rather been warned filming was happening and the laundromat would be closed/mainly unavailable and possibly went somewhere else. Instead i loaded up three small machines versus two larger ones and then all the lights/cameras/machines come in. Congrats on whatever you’re filming for but bad business on your part to completely block off huge parts and let paying customers get shoved to the side I have been coming here for 6 months and will not be returning after this which sucks. I’ve spent over hundreds here as do others and while it sucks I came on a bad day you should’ve just closed versus letting someone come in get comfy just for all of Hollywood to come in 10 minutes later. Attendant was sweet once i was able to get her attention through the crowds but owner is nowhere to be found which is insane considering it’s his business being filmed. Absolutely uncool and inconvenient. No signage was posted or anything. Filming crew starts at hair salon early morning to get it out of the way to move onto mid day filming of the business business and inconvenience loads??

I came here for the sole reason that they have AC and it’s 106 outside. So, it’s not a fridge, but it’s massively more comfortable than outside. You can pay with an app, and I got $10 for signing up which paid for my laundry. The machines are big so I got to do one load instead of my usual 3. The hardest part about my normal laundromat is actually getting the quarters in the machine lol. The bathrooms super clean (the fact there IS a bathroom is rad). In fact, everythings really clean. The nice attendant was cleaning the whole time. I got zombie tattoos from the sticker machine. Got a bottle of water and a lil bag o Fritos. Good tunes on the radio. Bob Ross on the tv. Goshdang, if i wasn’t doing laundry I’d say I had fun.

Wow! What a step up from the laundromat here previously! Some things.. - Machines don't take cards but they do use an app called Speed Queen. I haven't used the app yet but I plan to in the future - There was staff on-site during the Sunday rush which was great for any questions and they also had beverages. - Machines are well labeled with their capacity instructions and base cost. This would have been five stars except the washer I was using only rinsed out the premium prewash detergent spot and not the regular soap dispenser. Also the large washer didn't get my clothes all the way clean? Maybe instructions on how to adjust your soap from a two load machine would be helpful. But a great spot!!

I dropped my comforter off to be washed and I was blown away by the kindness and professionalism provided by Keilee (spelling?). Her customer service skills literally turned my whole day around. It’s rare that you meet people who are so kind, cheerful and hardworking no matter the job they’re doing. It’s obvious she is one of those people. Not only did my comforter come back perfectly clean (and quickly at that!), but a little bit of my faith in humanity was restored for the day. I hope this company recognizes what an asset she is. Thank you Keilee for being such a wonderful human, I will definitely be back!

I don't often come on here to leave a review but this place is great. State of the art machines where you can use an app to pay which also will notify you a couple minutes before your laundry is finished so you have time to go back in. Machines are nice and reasonably priced. The facility is clean as they have an attendant working. The bathroom is clean and smells nice. They have a seating area with plugs to charge for those who may need it. I will be definitely coming back and this might be my exclusive place to get laundry done. Plenty of parking outside too

I hardly ever need to go to the laundromat and generally dread it but this place is great. The machines are brand new, the place is sparkling clean and they have the biggest washing machine I’ve ever seen in my life in case you need to do a months worth of your families laundry in one load. The owner was there when I went in and was super helpful and friendly. They even sell snacks! Seriously, if you need to do laundry outside of home, this is the place. Two thumbs up Bridge Town Laundry. You’re doing it right.

Definitely the hidden Gem of laundry services in Portland. Since my apartment closed my laundry matt on site I've been to some of the most aweful and frankly unsafe laundry places in all of Portland but I'm so thrilled I've found this place I don't plan to go anywhere else! It's clean nice friendly staffed new machines pay with card coin or App seating plus games and snacks for the kids. For it's small size in such an unassuming location it's certain packed full of everything you could ask for.

While I know I’m here, this is not like washing laundry at all! This is the vanguard of laundromats - absolutely awesome. Cell phone charging stations, app-controlled machines that are brand new, temperature-controlled, staffed, wifi, bathroom, parking, and cleanliness like no other. Free dryers on special days and terrific sound system. These owners had the courage to invest so that those of us who don’t possess our own facilities can feel as if we do. No small feat dollar wise. I’m grateful.

Coolest laundry I've ever experienced. All new machines with touchscreens and the ability to pay with an app. Clean and comfortable. Staffed and feels safe. They offer laundry service as well. TV to watch and charging stations for convenience. The owner was working today, and was very friendly and helpful. The machine I used (Big one), offered a free, 1 minute wash of itself, prior to my insertion of my clothes. Very cool. Highly recommend.

We went during ‘happy hour’ which means FREE DRYING 8am-5pm Tuesdays and Thursdays! Such a great deal. All the machines were brand new and clean. They’re offering a $10 credit when you download the speed queen app for the first time and pay for a wash. (We did two loads of laundry wash & dry for $3.5!) They also have a nice place to sit with tons of outlets for doing work while you wait for your laundry too!!

The staff are always cleaning and helpful. I'm in ahh the owners are the nicest people and their dryers are fantastic. I have a wash $ fold business, and I've been to almost every laundry mat from Hillsboro to NE Portland, and this place is definitely the nicest mat I've ever been to, quite frankly So even if it's not in your neighborhood, it's worth the trip here, from wherever you are.

It's ok Except for Alcoholic's yelling at customers that they don't belong there and they do cause they help wash The Windows on the door's What a Stressful experience I hope no one can come in the building when under the influence of Alcohol again that was terrible & she was going to go ahead & Drive under the influence I am very concerned for the Safety of other's & Pedestrians

I really LOVE this laundromat! The machines are accessible via mobile app and come with a notification with a countdown timer. You can tailor your drying time and come in multiple sizes! There is a service worker their local, both I have met are very friendly! The place is clean, cutely decorated, and in a convenient location. I believe the machines are eco friendly!

I had an incredible experience with Bridgetown Laundry service! It truly made my weekend a breeze. The pickup and drop-off of my laundry were punctual, and the overall service and communication were absolutely seamless. Bridgetown will be my go-to place for wash and fold service! Bridge Town Laundry was so easy to use. Door Dash picked up & dropped off our king sized comforter with a 24 hour turn around. Chris was very helpful & communicative! Modern laundry indeed! Machines are very new- can pay with app OR quarters . Can even get $10 in app credit if first time using speed Queen app . Easy to use touch display on machines. There’s even a wash&fold service here if you want to drop off laundry. Folding tables and laundry carts are newer and clean.

Owner very friendly and helpful! I am visiting from out of town and had not been to a laundromat in many years, so using the high-tech machines was new to me. She took the time to guide through it. Also, kudos to Bridge Town Laundry for answering the phone! Other laundromats I called never picked up!

Wow what a great place and what a helpful informative attendant/ owner? I enjoyed everything about this place and I will be back soon. One thing is that the door opens and shuts way too much so when you dry on the dryers closest to the door it opens and shuts the entire time you're there.

Decided to run a load of laundry while on vacation. Safe! Staff on sight! Clean. Organized. Easy way to upload a card onto an App and avoid the quarter situation (although if you need soap, bring that $1.25). Hannah was very kind and patient with all my questions. Thanks BTL!

Absolutely the best laundry facility! It's so nice to walk into a clean, warm, and friendly atmosphere. The best experience was my blankets were super clean for a decent price all controled by my your phone (when u down load the app) There's no doubt I will be returning!

I cannot believe the cleanliness and the efficiency of their "all brand new" machines. There is a restroom and charging spots for power cords or USB. Onsite staff that is very helpful. They use a Speed Queen app that has a sign up incentive. It's my fave for sure!

I went in to do my laundry and I was blown away. It was very clean. The laundry attendant Brandi was very helpful and extremely professional. She made my experience incredible. I will recommend this laundromat to my friends and family.

This place is by far the best laundry mat in Portland All new machines you can even rinse your machine before you use it. The owner super friendly and helpful. Place is immaculate even has a very clean bathroom. Thumbs up

So clean and affordable! My clothes feel and look ten times cleaner and softer than when I use my apartment's washing machines. Plus you can get 6 loads done all at once in their large washers for only $8!!

Been coming here for years but now with the brand new washers and dryers, there is no need to go anywhere else!! With the on site person they added now also, really helps!

Clean need and looks like brand new Little more expensive than the garbage places but machines pre-wash themselves and the place is always clean and the staff is friendly

It's a decent place to get your laundry done! They rant put of laundry baskets but a very nice local allowed us to use hers immediately after she was finished.
