Bridgfords have went from denying reviewers are customers to now not replying at all. Just goes to show how awful a company they are that the branch manager deactivates her LinkedIn to hide from any accountability for her consistently lying to sell properties. She calls herself a “landlord” from the stolen proceeds of scammed customers.

Absolutely pathetic. Do not waste your time, effort or money on these incompetent agents that are in their letting department. We were rented a dirty flat (which they said they cleaned), upon leaving we were hit with a cleaning fee of 100 pound and a further damage fee 50 pound for damages that already existed before we moved in.

I have used Bridgfords for my previous and current flat. They are lovely and easy to deal with. The staff such as Dale and Alice are a credit as they are always happy to talk and answer any questions I may have.
