Library is great. Workers are very helpful.. before covid 19 it was filled with kids and adults. Would get noisy. It's just one floor and everyone is scrambled together, but still always clean and has lots of books and had different classes and activities for kids, teens, adults. Can't wait for it to be open like before covid...

The library is well maintained, clean and inviting. Although, bathrooms are not so clean and malodorous. Some of the library workers and a safety guard need to take a course on customer relations and customer care and develop more respectful attitudes towards library visitors and not rule over customers regardless of age.

I never had to study in this library, but I often go to get books. They always help me, they ordered me books from other libraries and were very kind and helpful. There are always a lot of people, workers get tired and this can be seen by their facial expressions, but they are always friendly to me.

The staff is incredibly friendly and caring - FIVE-STAR !!! There are volunteers to assist you with computers, printers, and other equipment. Lovely ambience. However, restrooms are quite filthy and poor maintained - ZERO-STAR. There are also no mirrows in the bathroom.

I visited this library to have documents scanned and I had a great experience. I didn't know the first thing about scanning but a very nice employee named Kathia walked me through the process. I will definitely come back to this library in the future and I recommend it.

there isn’t a area to charge your laptop. only a “charging station” where they don’t allow u to take a chair and sit while charging . either have to stand or wait for laptop to be charged . i don’t think i’m going here for awhile

What a wonderful place! Here is where I, if my memory is not a labile one, under the tutelage of Gregory the librarian, learned how to read. I am not an analphabetic. That is good news!

A lovely branch of BKPL located right next to the beach! The community room is clean and well lit and a great space for teaching and learning. The staff is helpful and organized.

Before the renovation there are few places to charge a laptop if you want to hang out and work on your own computer. Hopefully there will be more spaces after the renovation.
