Extremely ignorant workers... Books are unorganized being my first time there the lady expected me to know where I should go Never returning to this library Brighton park needs to do better get people who have manners and are willing to help people instead of shame people

My son had a wonderful time he has autism disability nonverbal so I was surprised that he was quiet and interested in more books. The staff was great the stat was patient with him. And the library helped me with a lot of things for his disability.

Very helpful staff, they make sure that you're wearing your mask over your nose! I was able to order two books from the Harold Washington library and have them deliver to the Brighton Park library for my pick up there. Nice and convenient.

Really nice building! The app makes it very easy to order materials from other libraries and have them shipped here. The hours vary by the day of the week, which is nice because you can come by in the evenings some of the days.

The head librarian, Ms. C., was very informative and extremely helpful. We were visiting from out of town and needed information. She is your go to person, if you are in the area. …

The staff here is lovely, they have a great selection, the building is always clean, and it feels safe here. The new "free" cart in the entryway is especially awesome!

Nice, clean, staff is pleasant. Security officer pleasant but your face mask needs to be On covering nose and mouth. If not he will let you know.

This is one of the few libraries in Chicago where you can borrow a Wifi hotspot or a Chromebook kit with a Wifi hotspot included.

Computers are always available. Staff is friendly and available to help. Clean areas and plenty of seats for studying.
